In intelligent systems, as the amount of data increases, how to analyse data and extract abnormal information is an important task. Based on this, in order to improve the detection efficiency and accuracy of abnormal data in intelligent systems, this study proposes a new and efficient abnormal data mining and detection algorithm. In the initial modelling process, this study introduced the minimum modification cost principle based on cross entropy for modelling. this algorithm optimizes the time series data cleaning process, thereby removing noise data while maintaining the integrity of the data sequence. then, the extreme gradient boosting algorithm is combined with the Gaussian kernel function to achieve data dimension reduction. this operation can reduce data dimensions and feature redundancy. Finally, the overall anomaly detection operation by integrating the improved Ada boost algorithm with the sampling balance technology can improve the accuracy of the classifier while solving the problem of unbalanced data. the experimental results show that the proposed method is superior to the traditional algorithms in comprehensive indicators. © 2025 IEEE.

the paper deals with modelling of UAS flight paths in the real operating environment of UNFICYP peacekeeping mission. the aim of the model is to optimize the flight paths of both one UAS and group of UAS in order to increase the effectiveness of monitoring and surveillance of defined area of responsibility while respecting the mandate, real spatial conditions, operational requirements and restrictions of UNFICYP. In the paper applied model transforms stabilization tactical activity monitoring and surveillance into the problem of planning UAS flight paths in a graph created from path points distributed in a defined AOR. the article consists of four chapters. the first two chapters formulate a research problem, illustrate the applied research methodology, identify and evaluate current negative areas of the subject of research and point out the causes and consequences of this status. the next two chapters represent the main scientific and experimental part of the paper. Attention is paid to defining criteria and operational requirements for UAS, and the final chapter presents modelling.

Research on neuromorphic computing is becoming popular, which is based on spiking neural networks. there are various spiking neural network simulators available for studying brain mechanisms. However, there is a problem of high GPU memory requirements when simulating large-scale spiking neural networks. this paper proposes a dynamic loading simulation method for large-scale spiking neural networks, which solves the problem of insufficient memory during spiking neural network simulation. this method uses data movement at the sub-network granularity and utilizes the host memory as a larger memory pool to reduce the limitation of GPU memory on the model simulation scale, enabling largescale spiking neural network simulation on a single GPU computer. the pipeline acceleration technique is used to reduce the impact of data movement on simulation speed. Finally, the simulation of a million-scale neural network is achieved in a single GPU experimental environment. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s). Publication rights licensed to ACM.

this paper studies the application of the Bayesian optimization algorithm in DHCPv6 stateful allocation, addressing the efficiency issues of traditional allocation strategies in high-load scenarios. By constructing a simulation platform, simulating different network load environments, and validating optimization effects in a real network, the experimental results show that the Bayesian optimization algorithm significantly improves network response speed and address allocation success rates, particularly excelling under high-load conditions. this research provides an important reference for further optimization of DHCPv6 networks and verifies the practical value of the algorithm. © 2025 SPIE.

Topology optimization of straight beam structures is carried out, and the effects of constraints, loads, mesh density and volume fraction on topology optimization results are studied. It is observed that topology optimization results are sensitive to constraints, load conditions, and mesh density. Security is a fundamental requirement of mobile Adhoc networks (MANETs) owing to their dynamic capabilities. Several different attacks hinder its performance but the most commonly found attack is the blackhole attack which drops all the data of the users shared through the network. Some existing research developments were proposed for the detection and prevention of blackhole attacks, but there is a significant need for an efficient and accurate approach that can prevent the network from blackhole as well as other intruders. With this aim, this paper proposes a dynamic trust routing protocol that uses an improved optimization algorithm with trust evaluation to detect the attackers as well as prevent the network from attackers by identifying the nature of the nodes. In this method, a support vector machine algorithm (SVM) is used to compute and update the trust of the nodes dynamically using a learning-based approach, and fuzzy butterfly optimization uses this trust value and follows foraging behavior for adaptive and optimized path selection. the proposed protocol is simulated using a network simulator by designing two network scenarios of varying attacker nodes and nodes’ mobility. the performance is computed based on different performance metrics such as packet delivery ratio (PDR), throughput, and end-to-end delay (E2D). the simulation results and comparison ensure the effectiveness of the proposed protocol. © 2025 the Author(s).

An uncountable number of computational resources are shared for various applications using a transformative technology called Cloud Computing. It is an emerging technology that can offer scalable and on-demand resources. However, cost optimization and resource allocation are critical issues due to the increasing number of cloud user and their request. It can be solved by optimising resource allocation by reducing the task/user queue. It is possible only if the requested resource is free;otherwise, it must schedule the same or relevant resource. this paper demonstrates a Resource-Aware Scheduling (RAS) algorithm to increase the speed of resource allocation by mapping the user request with the resource availability. the proposed algorithm examines the log information of the resources, workload behaviour, resource availability, price, task efficiency, and reduced wastage and allocates the resources dynamically. To do that, it maps user information with resource information and schedules based on availability and priority. the simulation-based experiment is carried out in a private cloud space and demonstrates the resource allocation, utilization, response time, and cost. It is also compared with the traditional scheduling algorithm to evaluate the performance of the RAS. the evaluation found that the RAS model is more suitable for cloud resource allocation. © 2025 IEEE.
