In recent years, public security and traffic management departments at all levels have begun to build a large-scale intelligent monitoring and recording system for vehicles on road, based on which a large number of vehicle driving records information and pictures have been collected and stored. Aiming at the problem that the suspected vehicles of the same brand and type cannot be effectively identified which deliberately used other's number plate in the city-wide area, this paper proposes a city-wide deck suspected vehicle analysis algorithm based on regional space-time contradiction, and introduces the case demonstration of this analysis method.

Cloud computing technology is a hot topic and popular area similar to the other technologies such as grid computing, parallel computing etc. but the cloud computing idea created back in the 1960s. Most companies start to use cloud computing technologies due to their economic advantage with easy to store data in the business environment. Because of those reasons, the idea of cloud computing organized as a public utility, like paying online water and electricity hills. Apart from these advantages, cloud computing technology has some vulnerabilities, but the most important one is security challenges and issues. the aim of this paper is to analyze the traffic management when the cloud computingsystem is under security attacks. these security attacks can he any threats in this paper that makes the system as well as the servers unreachable for a certain time. Analytical modeling and evaluation are considered to get. QoS measurements under security attacks in this paper. the traffic control management is also proposed and considered together withthe analytical model which is the main focus. the resulting analytical model solved using successive over-relaxation (SOR) approach to get QoS measurements. In addition, the analytical results are validated by the discrete event simulation. the evaluation of the system performance in this paper done by analyzing mean queue length, mean response time and blocking probability of the cloud system considering traffic control management when there are security attacks in the system.

this paper deals withthe design of an linear time-varying (LTV) controller for multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems. Using the concept of differential flatness property combined with a dead-beat observer, we propose as a result a two-degree-of-freedom (2-DoF) controller without the need to solve Bezout equation and avoid left and right matrix factorizations in a MIMO case. the main contribution of this paper is to generalize the previous works of Ben Abdallah et al. (in: Conf,rence internationale Francophone de l'Automatique, CIFA, 2012, in: international journal of dynamics and control (IJDY). Springer, New York, 2013, in: internationalconference on control, decision and information technologies, CoDIT, Metz, 2014, Sleimi et al. in: ieee4thinternationalconference on controlengineering and information technology, CEIT, Hammamet, 2016) to deal with discrete-time flatness-based control for LTV MIMO systems leading to a 2-DoF controller. this paper introduces new strategy for motion control of two spinning magnetic agents based on the magnetic-fluidic interactions. the approach relies on balance between magnetic attraction and hydrodynamic repulsion forces created by fluidic vortices around pairs of microagents, which allows the control on inter-agent pair heading and spacing. the proposed method only requires a single global input, i.e., frequency of the rotating magnetic field along with a small magnetic field gradient, to controlthe motion of two microagents and therefore is simple to implement. Detailed finite element analysis is performed to explore the system behaviour. Finally, as experimental demonstration, two microagents are maneuvered by a global magnetic field to be independently positioned in the plane of motion with average root mean square errors of 140 micrometers and 5.68 degrees in separation and pair heading angle states, respectively.
