In this research study, a hardware is designed to monitor and control oxygen delivery based on physiological parameters, blood Oxygen saturation, and heart rate for real time applications. the development and evaluation of an intelligent portable Oxygen Concentrator system that integrates a Sensor, Motor driver controller, and ESP8266 microcontroller. the controller measures SPO2 and heart rate. Data from these sensors are processed by neural network model implemented on the ESP8266 which predicts the optimal Oxygen flow rate constrained internet of things (IoT) applications such as wireless sensor networks. therefore, in this paper, the design steps to build a model in NodeMCU ESP8266 using an artificial neural network (ANN) are presented. controller is used in our study and NodeMCU ESP8266 is chosen because it is suitable to be used as a sensor node or sink in WSN applications. ANN with a Levenberg Marquardt algorithm is used as it can model the non - linearity with high accuracy. this intelligent system effectively manages Oxygen delivery, optimizing patient care, and has demonstrated high accuracy MSE of 0.0588 in predicting Oxygen flow requirements using a dataset of 1178 data points. For physiological metrics like SPO2, heart rate, respiration rate, and temperature, combining neural networks with data sets can help lower mistakes and increase the precision of predictions generated using these methods. © 2024 ieee.

Object detection technology is widely used in areas such as autonomous driving, drone reconnaissance, smart surveillance and industrial automation, especially in remote or hazardous scenarios where it can improve efficiency and safety. therefore, the development of a high-precision, low-power acceleration system integrated with low-power hardware is crucial. this paper proposes a collaborative acceleration scheme for the YOLO network based on an FPGA convolution accelerator and simulated memristors, which successfully implements and accelerates the YOLOv4-Tiny model. First, a reconfigurable single-core accelerator operator is designed for various computational operations in the model. Second, taking advantage of the digital device characteristics of memristors and the hardware resources of the FPGA, a memristor simulation IP core is built to exploit its memory characteristics for convolution operations. through the synergistic effect of the convolution accelerator and the simulated IP core, a hybrid acceleration of the detection model is achieved. the power consumption of the convolution accelerator is only 2.75W, and in testing, the detection time for a single image is 823ms with an average accuracy of over 0.95, achieving high detection performance. this provides an opportunity to explore and research the efficient acceleration of object detection networks with integrated storage and computation. © 2024 ieee.

the outcomes of this research have led to the development of an innovative method for converters that enables the flexible distribution of load power across several inputs. In addition, the management of energy storage input sources like charging and discharging may be done with a high degree of precision. the primary objective of this project is to construct a DC-to-DC boost converter and test its performance in real-world conditions. the input and output voltages are managed by a microprocessor, which is also responsible for transmitting the necessary control signal to the switching circuit. the input and output voltages are shown on a liquid crystal display (LCD). In response to the information provided by the potentiometer, the microcontroller alters the proportion of time that the control signal is active. this modulates the output voltage. the off-line power supply of a computer, for example, takes the 120V or 240V ac energy supplied by the utility company and rectifies it into a dc value of around 170V or 340V. A constant supply of either 5V or 3.3V is often required by the processor ICs;hence, a dc-dc converter lowers down the voltage to one of those levels. this system's dynamic behavior is nonlinear because it functions in switch-mode, which operates in a nonstandard manner. Alterations in the load or the input line voltage are two examples of the kind of significant changes that might cause the system to vary from its regular settings and make it susceptible to failure. Because the input is often derived from a solar array, the design and simulation that is presented in this work account for the whole spectrum of radiations and temperatures. During the course of this study, we investigate the boost converter equations and recommend the design components and simulation for a DC/DC converter. the study will be carried out in a solar system to establish the times of day during which the system generates the most amount of power. © 2023 ieee.

Medical data sharing can provide secure, trust-worthy and high-quality health care services to a wide range of patients and healthcare providers, but the data sharing process faces the risk of identity and information security leakage. this study begins by examining access control technologies for health data sharing, emphasizing the analysis of blockchain-based solutions for securing various types of medical data. It reviews and assesses the current state of these technologies across four dimensions-attributes, signatures, roles, and multi-smart contracts-and further develops a blockchain-based system for controlling access to medical data. Finally, it summarizes and analyzes the challenges faced by medical data sharing, and provides an outlook on the future development of the technology. this study is of great sig- nificance in guiding the deep integration of blockchain technology and medical digitization, and guaranteeing the secu-rity of medical data throughout its life cycle. © 2024 ieee.

this paper is primarily concerned with developing a robust control methodology for an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) with a quadrotor mechanism. this research work provides a simple conventional control scheme to stabilize a linearized quadrotor system with the help of an optimally tuned PID controller. Since the PID controller is versatile, easy to implement, as well as provides a good response for a quadrotor model's dynamic attitude, it was chosen as the controller for the quadrotor model. A simulation demonstrates that the proposed method delivers improved channel control, faster dynamic response times, higher steady-state precision, and greater robustness than existing methods. © 2022 ieee.

A Hand Gesture-controlled automated wheelchair employing an Arduino-based microcontroller was designed and implemented. the primary goal of this research is to control a wheelchair via hand-wrist motion. Should there be any issues with the Hand Gesture control. Falling detection, an automatic brake system, and other elements are included in the design as well. To create the wheelchair prototype, relay-based H-Bridge Motor Driver Circuits, Arduino UNO R3, Adxl 335, Ultrasonic sensor, Universal Buzzer, nRF Transceiver, and were utilized. In that any person may operate the wheelchair with just a wrist movement, the way it is constructed makes it relatively simple. Other wheelchair designs that incorporate sophisticated computer systems and can process biological inputs like EEG, EMG, and EOG, among others, have been put forth in the literature. For very elderly or mobility-impaired people, it can be difficult to record these biosignals accurately. To control these wheelchairs, large computing systems and complicated signal processing are needed. the Hand Gesture control system in the proposed architecture avoids the need for additional sensors and intricate biological signal processing technologies. Due to its simpler use and lower cost compared to existing automated wheelchair designs, the suggested technology will have a significant impact on society. © 2023 ieee.

Wired or contact power transfer (CPT) technology for electric vehicle (EVs) charging infrastructures has been commercialized by several manufacturers with either AC or DC charging configurations. AC charging system comes as Level-1 and Level-2 whtle DC charging system is either Level-3 or Level-4. For DC charging systems which are known as fast chargers, shorter charging duration is the main advantage over the AC charging systems. However, both AC and DC based CPT require human interventions to plug the cable before charging process to take place. On the other hand, wireless power Transfer (WPT) such as inductive, capacitive or laser beam based power transfer are the alternatives for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) autonomous charging techniques. Apart from being resilient to environmental factors like dust and water, WPT eliminates human intervention and the hassles related to battery swapping. However, WPT technologies have some limitations such as coil weight constraints and low charging performance due misalignment which hinders its efficient utilization in UAVs applications. thus, this paper presents the performance analysis of WPT in terms of power transfer capability while uncovering several constraints for its deployment in UAV applications. Specifically, WPT performance parameters like power transfer efficiency, coefficient of coupling, and quality factors are analyzed in detail. the results of the analysis show that increasing the misalignment reduces the coefficient of coupling and hence overall power transfer efficiency. © 2025 ieee.

In light of the escalating issues arising from the increasing presence of 2-wheel motor vehicles in densely populated cities despite regulations on engine standards and maintenance, the streets often witness vehicles emitting noxious, malodorous dark smoke. Additionally, the use of leaded gasoline-diesel blends in four-wheeler engines poses health hazards. While ISO-certified full-face helmets are recommended for safety, they can be physically exhausting and uncomfortable for long rides, potentially exposing riders to polluted air. Furthermore, a rising trend in motorcycle accidents is frequently attributable to factors like helmet non-compliance, delayed accident reporting, late hospital admissions, and intoxication. the statistics are stark, with hundreds of thousands of young individuals visiting emergency rooms each year and tens of thousands requiring extended hospital stays. In 2021, the National Crime Records Bureau of India reported a staggering 1,55,622 road accident fatalities, with two-wheelers involved in 44.5 percent of these incidents, particularly concentrated in Tamil Nadu and Uttar Pradesh. To address these complex challenges comprehensively, the proposal advocates for the development of a smart helmet integrating a pollution reduction system, accident detection and alerting system. this aims to significantly alleviate the adverse effects of air pollution and reduce the incidence and severity of motorcycle accidents, ultimately enhancing the safety and well-being of daily commuters in congested urban landscapes as well as long rides. © 2024 ieee.

In the industrial bottle-filling process, multiple variables such as temperature, speed, flow, level, and quality must be accurately and consistently regulated. the Industrial Internet of things (IIoT) is changing the environment in industries such as chemical processing, agriculture, textiles, and food manufacturing. Since the implementation of Industry 4.0, IIOT has become a viable option. By introducing intelligent systems into the industrial sector, this technology alters the relationship between various controllers, Instruments, machinery, and production equipment. It makes use of a Profinet communication network to transfer and manipulate Input and output data from field devices and the PLC S7-1200. this paper aims to develop a remote monitoring and control system for the bottle-filling process using a programmable logic controller (PLC), human-machine interface (HMI), photoelectric sensors, DC motor, solenoid valve, and computers so that its parameters can be monitored and controlled from a central or remote location. this project describes the PLC and Node-Red configuration, as well as the numerous scenarios and use cases created with OPC Unified Architecture (OPC UA). Common protocols used for PLC and HMI connection include Ethernet, Internet Protocol, Modbus, and RS 485. the IIoT system's data will be uploaded to the cloud through OPC UA and Node-Red. © 2023 ieee.

In order to achieve upright motion control of two-wheeled self-balancing vehicle (TWSBV), a double-cascade proportional integral derivative (PID) control system is proposed in this paper. In the proposed control system, balance and speed control is achieved by upright-speed cascade PID, balance control is achieved by angle-angular velocity cascade PID, and steering control is realized by double-cascade PID parallel steering closed-loop control. the system adopts MM32F3277G9P as microcontroller unit (MCU), ICM20602 gyroscope and accelerometer module as attitude detection sensor. the spatial location is detected by electromagnetic sensors. Real-time speed feedback through encoder measurement. the interference of detection data is eliminated by complementary filtering and inertial filtering algorithms. Experiments show that TWSBV driving stably with effective balance control. © 2022 ieee.
