the paper presents new results of automated path planning for an industrial robot manipulator performing microplasma spraying of coatings on substrates with complex surface shapes. Path planning and automatic generation of the manipulator motion program are performed using data of a preliminary 3D surface scanning by a laser triangulation distance sensor installed on the same robot arm. the automatic manipulator working tool path planning algorithm is based on the choice of the starting segment of the working tool trace as a geodetic line on the surface. An algorithm for optimal spatial curve approximation by a sequence of line segments and arcs has been developed as a part of the automatic manipulator program generation system. the developed algorithms and their software implementation were experimentally tested through robotic microplasma spraying of a protective coating on the surface of a jaw crusher plate, which was then successfully operated for crushing mineral raw materials.

distributed training crossing multiple computing nodes and accelerators has been the mainstream solution for large model training. Precedent work on distributed deep learning (DDL) training acceleration has focused on improving the efficiency of communication and GPU resource scheduling, with little attention given to network bandwidth usage. However, due to cluster GPU fragmentation, more than one training job is frequently assigned to the same node to reduce waiting time. the competition for network bandwidth among various distributed training jobs becomes a problem that cannot be overlooked, and this competition results in a considerable reduction in training speed. We propose a system deployed in cluster nodes that includes traffic monitoring, classification, and prediction of DDL training status and implement a priority-based traffic scheduling policy that considers DDL training features. We demonstrate that this policy is beneficial compared to Linux's default policy, which can increase training speed by approximately 18%. Additionally, we increase the training speed by approximately 20% in the case of continuous background traffic by increasing the bandwidth priority during DDL training.

In case of energy depletion at some nodes, a sensor network may become disconnected, and data from live nodes may not be sent to the sink. this problem can be solved by a UAV acting as a mobile data collector. However, the traditional approach is to treat live sensor nodes as independent data sources. In this paper, we consider a cooperative approach where live sensors form sub-networks, instead of acting indepen-dently. sensors within a subnetwork can send data to each other. A UAV only needs to visit subnetworks, instead of individual sensor nodes, to collect data. We formulate the problem and propose an iterative optimization algorithm to find the shortest data collection trajectory. Given any trajectory, our algorithm iteratively merges nodes within the same subnetwork and adjusts hovering locations to minimize trajectory length. Simulations show that, compared with the traditional TSP formulation, our approach can significantly reduces the length of the trajectory. © 2021 ieee.

Random deployment of wireless sensor nodes' with high density to enhance the coverage area and lifetime imposes many challenges inwireless sensor networks such as coverage redundancy, redundancy in packet generation, radio channel contention, high network cost and network congestion. this paper presents a distributed Grid Scrutinize based Heuristic sensor Node Scheduling (GS-HSS) coverage protocol to design the efficient node duty schedules that maximize the area coverage andminimize the energy expenditure of sensor nodes. GS-HSS also detects and eliminates the coverage redundancy tomitigate the problem of data and packet generation redundancy. Simulation results show that GS-HSS outperforms in terms of average scheduling rounds and energy expenditure.

In recent years, Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) have revolutionized reliability and spectral efficiency of wireless communication systems. these systems exploit multiplexing and spatial diversity which enabling the essential for meeting the growing demands of modern wireless networks but it had challenges in detection of signals and estimation of channels. the traditional approaches for signal detection had faced challenges which include computational resources and network architecture. therefore, this research proposes distributed Approximate Message Passing (DAMP) for Signal Detection and Channel Estimation in MIMO communication systems. the collected data contains various digital and communication system which are pre-processed by using Deceived Non-Local Means (DNLM) and reduce the noise. these pre-processed data optimal features are extracted using Independent Component Analysis (ICA) with wavelet transform that separates mixed signals into independent components for eliminating the irrelevant attributes. Finally, distributed Approximate Message Passing (DAMP) is employed that enables message passing framework to approximate the posterior distribution for detecting the signal and channel estimation in MIMO communication systems. the proposed DAMP succeeded with high results including accuracy (98.92%), precision (94.85%), recall (96.86%), F1-score (94.35%) when compared with existing Generative Adversarial Network (GAN).

A power line UAV intelligent inspection system based on robot path tracking is proposed. this design includes two parts: data acquisition and health monitoring. the system can collect the image information of the transmission line, monitor the operation condition of the aircraft, and collect all kinds of images and operation condition information of the aircraft. the method is used to track the UAV. the method is used to track the UAV. We transmit data to the ground receiving station through the wireless data transmission module. In the intelligent analysis and management system of patrol monitoring data, the ground observation station carries out fault diagnosis and monitoring of transmission lines according to the monitored data. the simulation results show that the flight path of the unmanned aircraft designed by this method is highly consistent with the predetermined flight path. this method can track the target well. It can also use its superior maneuvering performance to adjust the flight status to a predetermined orbit. And the system in this paper has a strong data preprocessing effect in the data preprocessing stage.

Ensuring the well-being of people is one of the most important responsibilities in modern society. Medical Internet of things (IoMT) plays a key role in the medical and healthcare fields. this research aims to develop a patient monitoring system using sensors and Arduino platforms, combining hardware and software components. the system includes three main sensors to collect and transmit patient health data to a central server via a network. If an anomaly is detected, the system instantly notifies the doctor with an alarm message. To evaluate the convenience and importance of the system for patients, tests were conducted on 287 people. Patient data included various characteristics such as age, gender, place of residence, hemoglobin concentration, red blood cell count and other data obtained at the last doctor's visit, as well as daily data from Arduino sensors. the effectiveness of the system was rated as high: 85% of patients expressed satisfaction, 7% were not completely satisfied, and the rest did not participate in the survey. the adequacy and accuracy of cardiovascular disease prediction was also assessed. the system's usability and ease of use received high marks from patients, who also noted its reliability compared to other monitoring methods. the use of data in the intelligent part of the system makes it possible to predict the development of cardiovascular diseases and track the progress of the disease, although this requires more research.

the phrase “Internet of things” (IoT) has been considered the next great prospect and a test for the Internet engineering community, technology users, society, and enterprises. the billions of physical devices are currently online, collecting and exchanging data globally. Anything as little as a pill or as large as an airliner can be made into a component of the IoT because of the development of affordable computer chips and the expansion of wireless networks. Devices that would otherwise be dumb are given a level of digital intelligence by connecting all these various components and attaching sensors to them, allowing them to communicate data in real time without human interaction. the difficulty of choosing the best wireless low-power area networks for IoT applications arises from the exponential expansion of wireless technologies connecting to the IoT. therefore, this review investigates the importance of 6LoWPAN as a foundation for the IoT's future and reviews the history that led to IoT and the advantages of using 6LoWPAN-based IP networks. We also discuss the popular implementation and challenges of 6LoWPAN.

Mobile Edge computing (MEC) has emerged as a popular paradigm for the support of distributed interactive applications (DIAs), promising continuous service provision and availability to mobile users, that is otherwise not easily attainable under the centralized cloud-only model. Yet, in order to alleviate the app provider from unnecessary capital expenditure, a judicious location of the edge servers must be adopted, that can effectively cope with both the network demands and the deployment cost, and still abide by the budget constraints of the app provider. In this paper, we formally formulate the problem as a budget-constrained facility location problem. We then propose a distributed and scalable algorithm, that employs elastic server relocation, to address it. Trace-driven simulations under various MEC deployment scenarios verify the expected behavior and testify to the algorithm's accountability in obeying the budget limits and converging to a placement solution close to the optimal in finite time slots, rendering it suitable for DIAs ecosystems. © 2021 ieee.

the integration of Quantum Approximate Optimization Algorithm (QAOA) and Quantum Annealing (QA) offers a promising approach to addressing energy management and load balancing challenges in modern power systems. this study explores the application of these quantum computing techniques, coupled with Artificial Intelligence (AI), to optimize energy distribution across smart grids. the proposed hybrid model leverages the problem-solving capabilities of QAOA for discrete optimization and the real-time adaptability of QA for minimizing energy consumption and operational costs. AI techniques are employed to predict energy demand, balance loads, and ensure efficient resource allocation. Simulations were conducted on a smart grid scenario involving renewable energy sources, varying demand, and distributed energy generation. the results demonstrate that the hybrid model achieved a 25% improvement in load balancing efficiency and a 30% reduction in energy wastage compared to traditional optimization methods. Additionally, the model reduced peak energy demand by 20%, contributing to overall grid stability. the quantum-enhanced approach also decreased computational complexity by 40%, enabling faster decision-making in dynamic environments. these findings highlight the potential of combining quantum algorithms with AI for sustainable and efficient energy management.
