Intrusion Detection System is a well-known term in the domain of Network and Information Security. It's one of the important components of the Network and Information Security infrastructure. Host Intrusion Detection System (HIDS) helps to detect unauthorized use, abnormal and malicious activities on the host, whereas Network Intrusion Detection System (NIDS) helps to detect attacks and intrusion on networks. Various researchers are actively working on different approaches to improving the IDS performance and many improvements have been achieved. However, development in many other technologies and newly emerging techniques always opens the doors of opportunity to add a sharp edge to IDS and to make it more robust and reliable. this paper proposes the development of distributed Intrusion Detection System (DIDS) using emerging and promising technologies like Blockchain upon a stable platform like cloud infrastructure. © 2020 ieee.

Every aspect of life in this 4th industrial revolution era is influenced by technology. IoT is a key component of this technology since it enables the integration of multiple sensors into a network that is globally connected and where communication and sharing of information are associated. IoT is an effective evidence holder that provides real-time data updates and preserves any outdated information. Analyzing the security threats and maintenance concerns and future scope, we presented a solution in this paper. this research aims to design a biometric technology coupled with a sensor-integrated framework for defense. Our Prototype is a combination of multiple subsystems: i. Authentication Mechanism ii. Remote Maintenance. the first mechanism guarantees safety enhancement by prohibiting unauthorized visits by scanning fingerprints at the entrance. the other one is an advanced sensor module that takes immediate action whenever it detects an occurrence of an accident. Finally, there is a web panel server interconnected, through which we can keep track of all the real-time updates of the residence. In order to maintain our loved ones' safety, we are advancing technology in this way with the certainty of security.

With the continuous decline in the cost of distributed photovoltaic systems, distributed photovoltaic systems have met the conditions for user-side parity to grid-connected. Its grid-connected capacity and installation penetration rate in some areas have also continued to rise, which has greatly affected the safe and stable operation of the distribution network and the main network. After the high penetration rate of distributed photovoltaic is connected, while increasing the line loss and reducing the economy, it also raises the voltage of the user's grid connection point, increases the neutral line current, and affects the user's power supply quality and power safety. Large-scale access has even changed the operation of the Power grid. this paper analyzes the impact of distributed photovoltaics on the grid from the aspects of voltage rise, line loss, etc., and analyzes the characteristics of distributed photovoltaic output, and finally gives some suggestions to solve the problems of distributed photovoltaics. © 2020 ieee.

the last decade has seen an enormous revolution in terms of technology and research. Each individual is surrounded by a wide variety of sensors and automation systems aiming to ease up human life. Wireless sensor Network (WSN) has also played a crucial role in revolutionizing human life. Researchers have been focusing on improving the efficiency of WSN and developing various routing protocols. With the gradual rise in the number and complexity of sensors issues like energy dissipation, energy consumption, etc., identifying the right WSN protocol has become a key concern for the research community. Numerous routing protocols are designed with their own limitations and advantages. With the rapid development of wireless sensor networks in various fields, its security has become the focus of attention. the application of computer network technology is becoming more and more common, not only in production, but also gradually into people’s daily life with the improvement of living standards. the development of computer network also brings new opportunities and challenges to the development of network routing. Network routing is responsible for the exchange of information. therefore, it is very important to improve the utilization of network resources. Focusing on improving the high-efficiency utilization of energy, optimize cluster head election and routing algorithm to build routing cake to maximize the time of network life cycle. distributed computer systems, routers, switches and other fields. Wireless sensor network is a wireless network system composed of a large number of micro sensor nodes. It has become a research hotspot in the information field because of its advantages of self-organization, flexible network layout, wireless multi hop connection between nodes, and collaborative monitoring of dynamic data. this paper mainly studies the load balancing routing algorithm of direct connected networks, and proposes a new load balancing routing algorithm. through the simulation of the algorithm, it is found that the performance of the algorithm is better than the traditional routing algorithm in the same network simulation environment.

Water quality prediction is a basic work in water resource management. High performance computing and communications (HPCC) provide conditions for accurate water quality prediction. Water quality data are time and index correlated. In the meantime, the water quality data at different time contribute differently to the prediction result. According to these characteristics of water quality data, a water quality prediction approach based on t-distributed stochastic neighbor embedding (t-SNE) and self attention-bidirectional long short term memory neural network (SA-BiLSTM) is proposed in this paper. First, according to the index correlation of water quality data, a water quality feature extraction algorithm based on tSNE is proposed to obtain the effective features. Second, according to the time correlation and time difference of water quality data, a water quality prediction model based on SABiLSTM is established to predict the water quality accurately. Finally, the proposed approach is tested in two actual water quality datasets: Victoria Bay and Tai Lake. Experimental results show that compared with the state-of-the-Art approaches, the proposed approach can make full use of the characteristics of water quality data to obtain better prediction performance. © 2020 ieee.

With the advent of IoT, as an extension of the traditional cloud-centric computing model, the edge computing model solves the network channel congestion caused by the increasing number of IoT devices and satisfies theirs low latency requirements. Since the edge network needs to adopt heterogeneous structure to meet multiple access requirements during construction, how to properly allocate limited edge resources to process computing requests from mobile edge terminals becomes a challenge under heterogeneous networks. In recent years, reinforcement learning shine in various types of decision-making problems, it has brought new ideas to solve complex decision problems. In this paper, we use reinforcement learning to solve the resource allocation problem of heterogeneous edge server (ES Edge Server) collaborative computing. In this model, we consider the multitasking and the heterogeneity and mobility of edge devices, abstracting the problem into Markov Decision Processes (MDPs) based on the real-time state of the network and the attributes of the task, using based on Actor Critic and Policy Gradient's DDPG (Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient) make resource allocation optimization decisions. the simulation results show that compared with the DQN-based algorithm, the DDPG-based algorithm has better simulation results in the experiment.

this paper presents a novel control design methodology for a class of distributed parameter systems (DPSs) described by the nonlinear Burgers-Fisher equation model. the proposed approach is built upon a fuzzy Burgers-Fisher equation model of T-S type which is derived to approximate the nonlinear DPS dynamics over the spatio-temporal dimension. Relying on the geometric control theory, a complete control design procedure is developed based on the constructed fuzzy Burgers-Fisher equation model with distributed control. the resulting fuzzy distributed controller is infinite dimensional showing good stabilizing effect and performs considerably well within the specified operating conditions.

Understanding and interpreting a scene is a key task of environment perception for autonomous driving, which is why autonomous vehicles are equipped with a wide range of different sensors. Semantic segmentation of sensor data provides valuable information for this task and is often seen as key enabler. In this paper, we are presenting a deep learning approach for 3D semantic segmentation of lidar point clouds. the proposed architecture uses a range view representation of 3D point clouds and additionally exploits camera features to increase accuracy and robustness. In contrast to other approaches, which fuse lidar and camera feature maps once, we fuse them iteratively and at different scales inside our network architecture. We demonstrate the benefits of the presented iterative deep fusion approach over single fusion approaches on a large benchmark dataset. Our evaluation shows considerable improvements, resulting from the additional use of camera features. Furthermore, our fusion strategy outperforms the current state-of-the-art strategy by a considerable margin. Despite the use of camera features, the presented approach is also trainable solely with point cloud labels.

this paper proposes an innovative technique for identifying any missing persons in natural disaster scenarios using an algorithm that exploits the femtocell sensor's ability to univocally hook a mobile terminal and that of a UAV system to easily approach to the monitoring area. the algorithm locates any mobile terminals with an accuracy of about 2 m.
