In-depth research on the idea of hydrogen based networked microgrids as a sustainable route to decentralized energy systems is presented in this paper. Increasingly, the use of numerous microgrids (MGs) as networked entities is being seen as a practical approach to lessen the effects of widespread blackouts. In this research, a methodology for coordinating the operation of hydrogen systems integrated into networked MGs within distribution networks is introduced. the framework accounts for load demands as well as the uncertainties related to the generation of solar and wind electricity. the model is based upon optimization problem for power exchange of each microgrid with other MGs and main grid. this research paper presents a distributed energy management system designed for Hydrogen-based networked microgrid systems (HBNMGs). the goal of the study is to minimise energy expenses by introducing a two-level energy management system for networked MGs that allocates energy appropriately within individual MGs and optimally between interconnected MGs. In order to solve this optimisation issue, mixed-integer linear programming is used (MILP). Following data preparation, scenarios undergo reduction via a machine learning-based clustering method. Subsequently, an application of the coordinated operation model is formulated for a distribution network featuring three MGs.
