Neuromorphic sensors using piezoelectric MEMS resonators developed by adapting physical reservoir computing (PRC) algorithm. the device has two resonators with a resonant frequency of about 1 kHz, which is in the audible range. To fabricate the resonators, we used (100) BiFeO 3 epitaxial thin films because it has moderate relative permittivity (~100) and piezoelectric coefficient (~-4 C/m 2 ), which are advantageous for both high sensitivity and miniaturization. the fabricated device demonstrates the prediction of exclusive OR (XOR) values of random binary data that requires nonlinearity and short-term memory. these results suggest the potential feasibility of neuromorphic acoustic sensors.

Aiming at the common grammatical errors in English writing, this paper constructs a large-scale corpus containing various grammatical errors, and cleans and classifies the data through manual annotation. then, a deep learning model combining CNN (convolutional neural network) and RNN (recurrent neural network) is used to train the error types in the corpus to automatically identify and mark grammatical errors. Finally, the detection results output by the model are compared withthe manual proofreading results to calculate the correction effect. the model has a high accuracy and recall rate in the detection of word form errors in long sentences, with an F1 value of 0.93. this study shows that the automatic detection and correction algorithm of grammatical errors based on deep learning has significant advantages in improving the writing accuracy of English learners.

Tactile sensation plays important roles in virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) systems. Here, a self-powered, painless and highly sensitive electro-tactile (ET) system for achieving virtual tactile experiences is proposed based on triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) and ET interface formed of ball-shaped electrode array. Electrostatic discharge triggered by TENG can induce notable ET stimulation, while controlled distance between the ET electrodes and human skin can regulate the induced discharge current. the ion-bombardment technique has been used to enhance the electrification capability of triboelectric polymer. this TENG-based ET system can work for many fields, including virtual tactile displays, braille instruction, intelligent protective suits or even nerve stimulation.

Complex systems need instant decision capabilities which traditional algorithms cannot deliver without difficulty. the adaptive genetic algorithms solve optimization problems through dynamic evolutionary optimization strategy development. the proposed research develops a high-performance framework of adaptive genetic algorithm which combines variables-dependent mutation rates along with automatic crossover probability adjustment and parallel processing. the algorithm received testing in different complex system environments which included logistics networks and financial modeling alongside autonomous control systems. the adaptive framework achieved enhanced performance results that attained 94.8% accuracy in logistics optimization and 92.3% accuracy in financial forecasting along with 89.7% accuracy in autonomous control systems. the performance boost using adaptive genetic algorithms reached a 78.6% increase versus classic genetic algorithms during execution. High-performance adaptive genetic algorithms develop resilient solutions for real-time complex system decision making that optimizes performance based on changing environmental conditions and provides scalable real-time solutions with maintained adaptability.

the rapid development of AI technology has greatly increased the demand for computational power, leading many companies to deploy large-scale intelligent computing centers. However, the larger cluster sizes result in more frequent failures, making root cause analysis more challenging. To address these issues, we propose ASeqRCA, a novel framework for root cause analysis in intelligent computing center. We simplify the complex network structure of intelligent computing clusters and model the relationships between alarms in sequences by frequent-pattern mining and causal learning techniques. With an alarm causal graph, we apply depth-first search to identify potential alarm propagation paths. We illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method through a real-world AI model training failure case.
