Distributed arithmetic (DA) algorithm is widely used for finite impulse response (FIR) filter implementation. In the beginning, DA was proposed as sequential DA (SDA), and then was extended to parallel DA (PDA) for higher throughput. this paper presents a novel PDA FIR filter architecture based on 4:2 compressors which can be mapped on Xilinx FPGAs efficiently. On average, our proposed FIR architectures achieve 17.5% reduction in resource usage and 20.7% improvement in performance compared to the state-of-the-art PDA FIR filter. Also, on average, there is 57.9% reduction in resource usage and 23.0% improvement in performance compared to PDA FIR filters generated by Xilinx Coregen.

Robot kinematics plays a crucial role in recent advancements within industrial sectors and numerous medical applications. Finding forward kinematics, using DH convention is an easy task. As compared to forward kinematics, finding the inverse kinematics solution is far more challenging problem, especially when degrees-of-freedom (DOFs) are more. that is why;there is no general solution to the inverse kinematic problem of a given serial manipulator. this led to the development of alternate technique like fuzzy inference system (FIS) and neural network approach (NNA). this paper uses the combination of above two techniques, called as adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system (ANFIS), along with Gaussian membership function, in order to address the kinematic analysis of a 4-DOFs SCARA robot. the inverse kinematic solutions obtained using ANFIS are further utilized for desired path generation by the SCARA robot. Further, the complete analytical solution is developed in MATLAB environment for the validation purpose. It has been demonstrated with simulation runs that ANFIS results are satisfactory and are found in close approximation with analytical solutions.

the present design describes the behavior of drain current of DG-TFET with different parameter like gate insulator dielectric, its thickness and silicon body thickness. An improved ON current is archived using optimized device parameter, ON current as high as 0.18 mA and off current of the order of 10(-19) A have been archived and a instantaneous sub threshold slope of as low as 16 mV/dec has been observed which is one of the reason why TFET could replace MOSFET. the simulation has been carried out with non-local barrier tunneling model using Synopsys TCAD Tool. A Huge I-ON/I-OFF ratio of more than 10(14) is obtained for 50 nm channel length DG-TFET. So Tunnel FET can be a promising candidate for low-standby low-power switching performance.

Quantum-Dot Cellular Automata (QCA) as technology is a promising candidate that has tremendous potential to replace CMOS due to its outstanding features such as low-power, extremely high density, fast operation speed. However, due to its four-phased clocking scheme and timing requirements, various issues in timing for interconnections and feedback are present. In this paper, the delay transfers and retiming using QCA characteristics to solve timing issues has been explored. the problem in assigning appropriate clock zones and feedback has been addressed. Based on the design rules and constraints, retiming technique has been discussed to perform delay-transfer and time-scaling to achieve efficient clock zone assignment. A serial adder has been designed that uses multilayer crossover. As a case study, a 4-bit serial-parallel multiplier has been designed using the serial adder as basic input circuit to illustrate the rules of retiming.

the technology trend is progressing towards the sharing of the same spectrum by 4G and 5G mobile. the co-existance of 5GeMBB and 4G MBB spectrum needs to be placed cognitively to avoid Self Interference and side by side improving spectral efficiency. Dynamic spectrum Sharing DSS is useful (CR). the coexistence of 4G LTE and 5G New Radio (NR) gives a great opportunity in the real world. During the coexistence of these two signals, there will be chance of Interference of the signal. As a result, the reliability of the signal will be reduced due to interference. So in order to reduce the interference of the signal, the frequency of 4G LTE is kept fixed and that of 5G NR should be variable. It has been realized that when the frequencies of 4G LTE and 5G NR are equal, similar or same approximation value, then there will be BER and FER. Hence in order to reduce BER or FER, the frequency of 5G NR should be changed and kept in such a situation where there will be no BER or FER. Analysis of BER and FER indicates the reliability of the signal. © 2021 ieee.

this research aims for four-port MIMO antenna with very condensed size of 30Ã—30 mm2 printed on RogersRTDuroid5880 substrate. the high speed performance of the antenna is applicable for IoT applications. the antenna is characterized in far-field with gainmax of 3.89dBi and total radiating-efficiency of 74.71%. the antenna covers wider bandwidth of 5.02GHz-13.42GHz which also makes it suitable for UWB-X band applications. the diversity key parameters such as ECC, DG, TARC and CLL are evaluated. © 2021 ieee.
