In this study,the 74 chicken manure samples from a chicken farm were used to take the diffuse reflection spectra from 12500 to 4000 cm by FT-NIR *** total N,total P,Cu and Zn of chicken manure samples were predicted by NIR *** the samples of each component,an ascending order was arranged and they were divided into calibration set and prediction set according to their *** least square regression（PLSR）method was applied to construct the calibration *** showed that the correlation coefficients of the calibration model for total N was 0.69,the root mean square error of calibration（RMSEC） was 0.66,the root mean square error of prediction（RMSEP） was *** the models of total P,Cu and Zn,the results were r=0.86,RMSEC=0.29,RMSEP=0.34;r=0.95,RMSEC=3.46,RMSEP=5.71;r=0.94,RMSEC=14.13,RMSEP=25.21,*** results indicated that the NIR spectroscopy was useful to non-destructively determine the content of total N,total P,Cu and Zn of chicken *** a complementary detecting method to the conventional analysis,NIR spectroscopy could significantly improve the detecting efficiency.

Keeping water eco-environment health and virtuous circle of lake-wetland, and letting lakes recuperate and reproduce has become a common view all over the world. Although a great deal of research results were obtained, such as lake-wetland ecosystem management and eco-hydrological mechanism of eco-environment evolution, there are few researches about comprehensive analysis on evolution trend and driven mechanism of lake-wetland water eco-environment. Baiyangdian, the biggest grass-type lake-wetland in North China, was chosen as the research object in this paper. Based on the long-term and field observations of water environmental quality and analysis for remote sensing images of water ecological landscape pattern, the evolution trend and driving mechanism for water eco-environment of Baiyangdian in the past 60 years have been studied systematically. the results showed that the average annual water level fluctuated greatly with a decreasing tendency as a whole. During 1974 and 2007, there was a general pattern of land use types, which the emergent plants, water body and cultivated land were the main, and the residential area, forest land, grass land and unused land were distributed as flower arrangement state. During the periods, the water body and emergent plants areas were decreased respectively by 28.7% and 20.8%, while the cultivated land areas were increased by 69.7%. the main pollutants (NH4+-N, CODMn, BOD5, TP, and TN) concentrations in Baiyangdian Lake were changed greatly with spatiotemporal variation and the pollutant concentrations were increased obviously. In the three polluted regions (north zone, south zone, and mixed zone), the north zone was polluted most seriously. the main pollutants concentrations were fluctuated obviously over a year, and the pollution was more serious in summer of normal and dry years, while the pollution was serious at the beginning of summer flood in wet years, and then became less. this paper proposes a method which composes document services over the Internet automatically based on multi-agent and semantic technology,and discusses the implementation of three document service functions(catalog browsing,document information browsing and document full version downloading)with that *** use service delegate agent to encapsulate services on the internet;use service purchase agent to decide which service delegate agents should be used and then to generate a composition script describing how these services being purchased should be used;use service provider agent to call these services according to the composition script and merge the results,translate the merged result into the system predefined format,finally return it to the requesting *** doing so,service provider can simply composite existed services on the internet and provide full functional service
