the optimization algorithm of the quantum computer can better find the correlation between the different factors in the credit score card, so as to better predict the credit risk. By establishing a multivariate nonlinear integer programming model and transforming it into a QUBO model [1], the bank credit score card is combined optimized to maximize the total bank revenue. First, we establish a multivariate nonlinear integer programming model to convert the quadratic Hamiltonian operator into the form of multiple matrix products. We use the quantum annealing algorithm to find a credit score card in 100 credit score cards and find the corresponding threshold to maximize the total revenue target function. Secondly, on the basis of the above model, we choose the designated three credit score cards and only select one set of thresholds for each credit score card, and find the threshold values corresponding to the three credit score cards, so that the total income target function is the largest. Finally, we arbitrarily selected three credit score cards and only each credit score card chooses one set of threshold, and found the threshold corresponding to the three credit score cards, so that the total income target function is the largest. the above are converted to QUBO form solution [2]. © 2023 IEEE.

Abstract-Student performance prediction is a highly sought-after research direction in the field of education, and accurately predicting final exam scores is crucial for improving teaching quality. In this study, blended learning data from the 'Fundamentals of programming (C)' course at Qinghai University from 2016 to 2019 was used. By combining SMOTE (Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique) oversampling and Bayesian optimization algorithm, four commonly used machine learning models were employed to evaluate students' final performance based on process-oriented learning data. the experimental results showed that these four models achieved accuracy rates of 86%, 84%, 85%, and 86% in predicting students' grade levels. Moreover, in predicting specific final exam scores, the root mean square errors of these models were 0.35, 0.28, 0.17, and 0.17, respectively. these findings indicate that these four models can provide accurate and effective references and guidance for students and teachers, further optimizing the teaching and learning process. By comprehensively analyzing students' process-oriented learning data, we can reveal the patterns of their academic performance in the course and use them as a basis for predicting students' grades. © 2023 IEEE.

In the swiftly evolving domain of programming education, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative force, prompting a reevaluation of pedagogical strategies and educational practices. this paper critically examines the integration of AI technologies in programming education and elucidates their pedagogical implications. With the accelerating development of programming languages and frameworks, traditional educational models struggle to maintain relevance. AI-driven intelligent search engines and recommendation systems are now pivotal in curating personalized educational content, thereby enhancing learning efficiency and reducing learner frustration. Furthermore, AI-facilitated platforms have redefined the conventional classroom, introducing virtual instructors and democratizing access to programming knowledge. Significantly, Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies have reduced barriers to entry, enabling individuals with limited technical backgrounds to interact with programming interfaces in vernacular language. this has facilitated broader participation and has scaffolderd the learning process. Additionally, AI interventions have automated aspects of code generation and provided instantaneous feedback mechanisms, essential for real-time error correction and debugging, thus fostering a supportive learning environment. the collaborative aspects of AI are manifested through peer-to-peer learning ecosystems, bolstered by forums and code-sharing platforms. the synthesis presented in this paper highlights how AI not only enriches the learning experience but also promotes inclusivity and engagement in programming education. the implications of these AI-driven pedagogical innovations are vast, suggesting a paradigm shift towards more adaptive, personalized, and collaborative learning frameworks. this paper contributes to the discourse by not only charting the current landscape but also projecting the future trajectory of AI’s role in programming

Deepening the integration of industry and education is an important way to realize the deep integration of education and industry and enhance students' ability of practice and innovation. With the development of computer and information technology, the training mode of college talents has also undergone great changes. Aiming at the problem of poor innovation ability of mechanical students, the training mode of mechanical talents based on computer and information technology is put forward. Besides, the reform and development trend of talents training for the integration of production and education from three aspects is proposed. Project-based teaching using information technology is an important way to improve students' practical ability. this paper gives a design example of a crawling robot with computer control technology. the students' innovation ability is improved through the application cases of informatization. the reform ideas of talent training are given from two aspects, and the ways to improve innovation ability are given from five aspects. the research results will open a new way of thinking of university and enterprise cooperation in running schools based on new information technology. © 2023 IEEE.

the transmission dynamics of computer viruses in a network can be modeled as a system of nonlinear differential equations. these nonlinear systems are usually complex to solve analytically. A competitive numerical method is always needed to handle such problems. this paper deals with designing and implementing a reliable numerical analysis to investigate the behavior of a malicious virus in a computer network. the proposed numerical procedure is intended to preserve the actual dynamics of computer viruses in all situations and for every choice of parameter value. the present work is also compared with existing techniques, which do not behave well in specific scenarios. © 2023 IEEE.

Teaching text-based programming poses significant challenges in both school and university contexts. this study explores the potential of ChatGPT as a sustainable didactic tool to support students, freshmen, and teachers. By focusing on a beginner's course with examples also relevant to vocational schools, we investigated three research questions. First, the extent to which ChatGPT assists students in solving and understanding initial examples;secondly, the feasibility of teachers utilizing the chatbot for grading student solutions;and finally, the additional support ChatGPT provides in terms of teaching. Our findings demonstrate that ChatGPT offers valuable guidance for teachers in terms of assessment and grading and aids students in understanding and optimizing their solutions.

In the realm of art education, the assessment of color blending and color differences has traditionally been a manual process, often subject to human subjectivity and variations in visual acuity. this paper delves into the application of computer vision techniques, a significant branch of artificial intelligence, to address these challenges. By leveraging the high precision, objectivity, and fast processing speed of computer vision, this study aims to revolutionize color inspection in art education. the research encompasses various stages, including art image acquisition, preprocessing, color difference calculation, and feedback provision. A focal point of the study is the extraction of features from art images and the exploration of classification algorithms for online color difference assessment. through the application of a data modeling method based on the Morlet wavelet kernel SVM, the research achieves an accuracy rate of 88.67% in the classification of fine art images. While promising, the study also identifies areas for further research, including the quantification of color discrepancies in intricate art images and the enhancement of the classification algorithm's operational speed. © 2024 SPIE.

In courses where enrollment is high, especially in courses in the first years of university study, the set of elements necessary for the curriculum implies that the same professor develops the study materials, adapts them, and integrates them into the virtual learning environment provided by the institution. Higher education institutions offer courses for a common subject each semester, which generates an administrative juncture. this paper aims to present a learning resource management model for high enrollment programming courses in engineering. It highlights the collaborative work initiated in the pandemic by a team of teachers who share academic and research interests to enhance student learning. An empirical-analytical work methodology with a quasi-experimental and longitudinal approach was developed. Four phases of work are developed in semestral periods at the Universidad Politécnica Salesiana, Guayaquil, Ecuador. From October 2019 to September 2023, in semesters numbered 55 to 63. About 240 students participate in this offer each semester. the survey technique is used in period 62, to a group of 151 students in a randomized manner to identify the set of significant activities for their learning. the results, with 95% confidence and a margin of error of 4.9%, determine that the learning activities housed in the high enrollment programming courses have allowed students to achieve a 78% satisfaction rate for the use of activities that allow them to improve their knowledge in the topics addressed. It is concluded that having a base course for its duplication and integration of new learning elements, allow teachers to decrease the burden of configuration, integration and selection of activities, directing their efforts to create new, improve and optimize the existing ones, awakening the teacher's creativity and directing their efforts to the retention of students, as well as a belonging to worry about students at risk or with academic difficulties. © 2023 IEEE.

the 'C Language programming' course is a specialized elective for 33 non-computer undergraduate majors in 9 faculties of our university. It aims to develop students ' computational thinking. And it aims to make student's ability to solve practical problems using computer programs. In response to the pain points of 'significant differences in student basic knowledge and difficulty in unifying teaching difficulty' in teaching content, teaching evaluation methods, and teacher-student teaching and learning, the teaching method based on TPACK has been adopted. Following the educational philosophy of 'output oriented and continuous improvement', the subject teaching knowledge has been integrated. With the help of modern information technology, based on various integrated teaching modes of online and offline, and of class and extracurricular, a corresponding teaching environment has been constructed, curriculum ideological and political education has been strengthened, and a diversified assessment and evaluation system has been constructed. Based on the above research, multiple disciplinary competition awards have been obtained. Teaching practice has proven that the above teaching methods effectively solve pain points. the transformation has been achieved from traditional classrooms to smart classrooms, from knowledge classrooms to ability classrooms, and from indoctrination classrooms to innovative classrooms. the students ' learning interest and self-learning abilities have been enhanced. the students' ability to apply knowledge, solve problems, perform hands-on operations, and cooperate in teams have been developed. the students' patriotism has been cultivated. the correct life values of students has been shaped. the students' innovative thinking and determination to challenge themselves have been stimulated. © 2024 IEEE.

With the widespread application of blockchain technology, ensuring that its network can efficiently process a large volume of transactions has become crucial. this paper employs the M/M/1 model from queuing theory to analyze transaction processing latency in blockchain networks. By constructing an analytical framework based on the M/M/1 model, we have quantified the waiting and service latencies of transactions in the transaction pool and explored how key parameters such as transaction arrival rate, block interval, and block capacity affect these latencies. the study finds that block capacity is inversely related to average transaction latency, while block interval and transaction arrival rate correlate positively with average transaction latency. this study provides theoretical support for understanding the latency issues in transaction processing within blockchain networks and offers practical guidelines for optimizing transaction processing procedures and enhancing network throughput. © 2024 IEEE.
