To address the dual overload issues of bidirectional power flows in distribution transformers and lines caused by high photovoltaic (PV) penetration in distribution networks, this paper proposes a dynamic capacity enhancement planning method based on energy storage systems (ESS). First, clustering algorithms are employed to identify typical daily load profiles and their occurrence frequencies. Subsequently, a bi-level model for ESS-based dynamic capacity enhancement planning is developed. the upper level determines the optimal ESS allocation and placement within the distribution network, while the lower level minimizes operational costs under the proposed scheme. An evolutionary algorithm is introduced to solve the upper-level model, and a nonlinear programming solver is used for the lower-level nonlinear optimization problem. Finally, simulations are conducted on the IEEE 33-bus system, with a comparative analysis against traditional transformer and feeder upgrades. Results validate the feasibility and economic efficiency of the proposed method.

Natural language processing (NLP) finds enormous applications in autonomous communication, while lemmatization is an essential preprocessing technique for simplification of a word to its origin-word in NLP. However, there is scarcity of effective algorithms in Bangla NLP. this leads us to develop a useful Bangla language lemmatization tool. Usually, some rule base stemming processes play the vital role of lemmatization in Bangla language processing as there is lack of Bangla lemmatization tool. In this paper, we propose a Bangla lemmatization framework using three effective lemmatization techniques based on data structures and dynamic programming. We have used Trie algorithm and developed a mapping algorithm named “Dictionary Based Search by Removing Affix (DBSRA)” based on data structure. We have applied both Trie and DBSRA lemmatization and selected the better one by considering the Levenshtein distance between the lemma and the original word. Eventually, we have experimented with Bangla language lemmatization among all three techniques and the framework. Among the three proposed techniques, the DBSRA performed better compared to others with an accuracy of 93.1 percent. the framework, developed by fusing three algorithms, came out with the highest efficiency of 95.89 percent. Contribution-this paper presents the development of three lemmatization algorithms and their fusion to develop a framework for Bangla Natural Language Processing.

In this paper, a new inexact smoothing method is presented for solving the symmetric conic linear programming(SCLP) in materials. Based on a regularized version of Chen-Harker-Kanzow-Smale smoothing function, our algorithm reformulates the SCLP as an equivalent nonlinear system of equations. At each iteration, Newton's method is adopted to solve the system approximately. Under suitable assumptions, the algorithm is proved to possess global convergence and local superlinear convergence.

Inventory management and material distribution are two important events that need to be properly determined in the spare part support system. therefore, it is of great importance for decision-makers to provide a feasible scheme for programming the depot locations, inventory parameters, and distribution patterns for the spare part supply chain. To this end, a location-inventory-allocation model is devised with the objective to minimize the total cost including construction expense, transporting expenditure, order outlay, inventory and shortage payment under supply availability, fill rate, and the expected delay time indicators as constraints. Considering the periodical character of spare parts maintenance, the periodic review order-up-to-S $(\mathbf{T},\ \mathbf{S})$ policy is encoded in the model. To further facilitate model optimization, a revised model based on the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) function is devised with $(\mathbf{T}, \mathbf{R},\ \mathbf{S})$ policy as the inventory strategy. the demands of the operation sites are supposed as random variables with lead time set as a constant. Finally, a numerical example is provided to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model, and the genetic algorithm is encoded into the problem for model solving.

the Internet of things (IoT) has come towards its peak time which includes smart cities, smart buildings, smart homes, smart kitchens, smart appliances, security, smart home, smart health, smart factories, smart machines, smart supply chain, smart transportation, smart manufacturing, autonomous vehicles, smart consumer devices, etc. the infrastructure and management will be based on the smart systems which has sensors and crowdsourcing as information sources. the future of IoT success depends on the optimization and new approaches for application of interfaces, allocation of behaviours, evolution of technology, and system security. IoT success will only be realized through major development of systems engineering processes and tools that will be able to overcome the challenges of IoT Network. this talk will discuss some state of the art bioinspired researches for communication technology in IoT Network as an example of systems engineering. We will discuss computational iterative optimization which introduced bio-inspired algorithms, which is inspired by living creature organisms. We will discuss some example learned from the intelligence of living organism in nature. Bioinspired algorithm taxonomy such evolution, swarm, ecology, network, immune to overcome challenges such as resource constraint, scalability, heterogeneity, mobility and security will be discussed. the optimization techniques used in Research in Network protocol from conventional, mathematical programming to bio-inspired metaheuristic approaches which lead to heuristic, robust, low complexity, parallel structure will be exposed in this presentation. We will also discuss bioinspired algorithm application for network deployment, clustering, routing and security.

Predicting the stress conditions of university students and discerning individuals with psychological abnormalities with a certain degree of precision. Integrating various modalities, the state data is fed into the Bidirectional Gated Recurrent Unit (BiGRU) network. Subsequently, the self-attention fusion process is applied to combine the three modalities-expressive, physiological, and speech-to derive low-dimensional fusion features. these features are then input into the classifier for emotion category determination. Furthermore, the primary programming model, denoted as AT-BiGRU, was deployed onto the personal computer. the system's hardware circuit and device driver, based on the Cortex-M4 kernel, were formulated to facilitate convenient, low-power multi-channel simultaneous data acquisition, and stress state analysis. Experimental outcomes demonstrate an average classification accuracy of 62.77% among subjects, surpassing some analogous methodologies. this substantiates the efficacy and general applicability of the proposed method in multimodal emotion recognition. Additionally, AT-BiGRU exhibits notable proficiency, achieving an accuracy exceeding 85% in effectively classifying three distinct stress states. this functionality enables the assessment of psychological stress in students.

this paper proposes a new technique for designing bandpass filters based on low-temperature cofired ceramic (LTCC) technology. the proposed method innovatively represents the conductor shape contour of the LTCC bandpass filter with nodes and segments. By defining the distributed nodes' positions, the cross-plane line segment structure with fractal shapes, and applying appropriate node connection schemes, A bandpass filtering structure that ensures effective transmission of in-band signals and effective out-of-band suppression can be constructed. By encoding the shape attributes of nodes and line segments, as well as well-defined multiple objective functions, the multiobjective evolutionary algorithm can be utilized for the optimization design for the proposed filter.

the time-varying characteristics of wind power, photovoltaic power and load are considered comprehensively to solve the problem of distribution network reconfiguration with distributed power generation. the grid connection of distributed power generation will lead to changes in the topology structure and the power flow distribution of the distribution network. In view of the fact that the existing artificial fish swarm algorithm is not enough to deal with it, the artificial fish swarm algorithm is improved and then the distribution network is solved. the hierarchical agglomerative clustering algorithm is used to divide the solar and wind load into time periods. the objective function is network loss and voltage offset. Finally, the improved artificial fish swarm algorithm is used to solve the problem. the defect of the initial AFSA algorithm in the later stage is that it will fall into the local optimum, and the convergence speed and search accuracy are low. In this regard, combined with the differential evolution algorithm, the cross-mutation and other operations are performed on the fish school to increase the diversity of the population, and it can quickly jump out of the local optimum and improve Convergence speed and search accuracy. Experimental results show that the algorithm is feasible and effective for reconstruction.

Fractions are always better calculated for judgment of precise and accurate value. Sometimes division may yield particulars in decimal form, there the importance of the fraction comes with its own value. the current market works or moves primarily on absolute or estimated prices in most cases or calculations. To complete calculations, the required fractions must produce accurate predicted values every time, so technology for better measurement will have importance of fractions in every calculation. In most technology, fraction is still in use such as where Decimal Portal does not work. So, the programming language also needs to be modified with this function to mold all the libraries useful for the upcoming developers who are working on the programming languages for more development in technology. the main purpose of this paper is to spread knowledge about the importance of fractions, and to explain why everyone needs to introduce it into the defined library of running software.
