the increasing complexity of network traffic resulting from internet-based services and data exchanges presents formidable obstacles to real-time analysis and decision-making in the field of network security. A real-time network traffic analysis system was created using Kafka, Redpanda, and machine learning to overcome these difficulties. Flow-based values were collected from CICFlowmeter. To efficiently classify network traffic, these attributes are subsequently examined using a machine learning model that has already been trained. Our integration of a Flask Application programming Interface (API) with Kafka guarantees efficient, real-time data handling and processing. Efficient deployment is made possible via Docker, which also makes the system compatible with any existing server infrastructure. Performance analysis was conducted to assess how well the system handles real-time traffic and its accuracy in classifying network data, an accuracy of 99.4% is achieved using the Random Forest Classifier algorithm. the findings show that using Redpanda for Kafka, alongside machine learning, greatly improves the speed and effectiveness of data processing and classification. this approach provides a solid and adaptable solution for enhancing network security.

this paper proposes two fast streaming algorithms for the problem of k-submodular maximization over the ground set of n elements under the knapsack constraint which is important and popular in combinatorial optimization and machine learning. Our algorithms are the first ones that provide constant-approximation ratios within O(nk) query complexity. the first algorithm is a single-pass streaming algorithm that returns a 1/10-approximation solution, the second one is a multi-pass streaming algorithm and improves the approximation ratio to nearly 1/4. Although these ratios are simply near to the state-of-the-art algorithms yet the number of queries can diminish by a large factor. We further investigate the performance of our algorithms by directing several experiments on instances of the issue: Influence Maximization and Sensor Placement. the outcomes confirm that our algorithms not only methodology in the quality arrangement of the cutting edge techniques including streaming and non-streaming algorithms yet in addition significantly reduce the number of queries.

Based on the methods of two-dimensional modeling,we introduced a method of three-dimensional geological modeling using the two-dimensional model's outlines to reconstruct the three-dimensional *** basic idea is to build a series of two-dimensional cross sections on the basis of geological exploration information,and then extract the geological targets outlines on each cross section,follow by matching and triangulation adjacent outlines in a three-dimensional space,and finally achieve the"Stitching and Sewing"of three-dimensional surface,complete the three-dimensional geological *** this paper,we mainly discuses the matching and connection problems of adjacent outlines in a three-dimensional *** on the cut-suture method,we improve the original contour matching way which simplify the programming process and improving the modeling efficiency.

In this paper, we present an online ascent phase trajectory reconstruction algorithm using Gauss Pseudospectral Method. Gauss Pseudospectral Method (GPM) was used to transform the ascent phase trajectory optimization problem into Nonlinear Program Problem (NLP), we solve the problem using a optimization software named GPOPS in matlab. Using this method we can calculate the optimal trajectory control volume and feedback to update the guidance commands online. Credible analysis of the optimized results has been done to prove its accuracy. At last, we compare the trajectory reconstruction algorithm to a law without reconstruction algorithm via simulation with aerodynamic and thrust disturbance. the simulation results indicate that the method proposed above offers improved performance and has ability for real-time calculating.

First of all, according to relevant data, in the attached installation is only considered,the multi-objective programming model is established, then using the MATLB software to solve the number of the optimal laid out the battery and the optimal way of laying. Secondly, considering the panels orientation and tilt Angle will affect the work efficiency of photovoltaic cells, chose the fixed installation way of aerial installation photovoltaic cells, and the differential equation model was established, the best toward solving the panels, and according to the principle of separation of straight away, after calculate the overhead light conditions per square meter per hour average intensity of illumination, and based on the theory of multiple objective rules of photovoltaic cells laid;Finally, the design of the array of battery components in the outer surface of the fan and the schematic diagram of the connection mode of the battery components are drawn, and the battery assembly array capacity and the selection and distribution inverter specification are obtained.

the main purpose of machine learning is to model the systems making predictions by using some mathematical and operational features on the data with computers [1]. Today, there are many studies on machine learning in all areas of the software world. Software Defect Prediction is a sub-branch that progresses rapidly in machine learning. In this study, five of machine learning classification algorithms were conducted on with PYthON programming language on defect prediction data sets which are JM1, KC1, CM1, PC1 in the PROMISE repository. these data sets are created within the scope of the publicly available NASA institution's Metric Data Program. the accuracy, recall, precision and F-measure and support values of the algorithms on the data are compared. When the results are examined in terms of the accuracy of machine learning algorithms, the accuracy rates of the algorithms are quite high in all 4 data sets. the highest success rates were obtained from the classification algorithms applied in 4 data sets in CMl and PCI data sets. In 4 data sets, the highest success rates were seen with Random Forest algorithm.

In a social network graph, individuals are represented by nodes, while edges, or linkages between nodes, represent social relationships amongst them, like friendship or teamwork on a project. there are two types of these graphs: directed and undirected. For the majority of nodes in social networks exhibiting power-law degree distributions, the friends of those nodes typically have more friends than the node itself. Because nodes will prefer to associate with other nodes who possess a high degree, the Friendship Paradox is reached. Additionally, we’ll be showcasing DTUBOOK, a component of our android-based UI and UX that allows users to login and register for our social network. this dynamic social network for students was developed in Android Studio utilizing Java and the specialized programming language Kotlin. Each user who logs into our Firebase-based server will behave like a node in a graph, holding important user data like name, age, etc. Users will have the choice to look up and friend other nodes (i.e. persons) (basically every friendship will lead to a new edge between nodes).

Component-based software design is a primary engineering approach for building modern software systems. this programming paradigm, however, creates security concerns due to the potential for inconsistent interpretations of messages between different components. In this paper, we leverage such inconsistencies to identify vulnerabilities in email systems. We identify a range of techniques to induce inconsistencies among different components across email servers and clients. We show that these inconsistencies can enable attackers to bypass email authentication to impersonate arbitrary senders, and forge DKIM-signed emails with a legitimate site's signature. Using a combination of manual analysis and black-box testing, we discovered 18 types of evasion exploits and tested them against 10 popular email providers and 19 email clients-- all of which proved vulnerable to various attacks. Absent knowledge of our attacks, for many of them even a conscientious security professional using a state-of-the-art email provider service like Gmail cannot with confidence readily determine, when receiving an email, whether it is forged.

In order to reduce the overall energy consumption of UAV-assisted wireless sensor networks and extend the network life cycle, this paper proposes a wireless sensor network routing scheme based on data collected by UAV. Firstly, the optimal cluster number expression is determined using an objective function based on the network model, channel model, and energy model of UAV-assisted wireless sensor network. Since the number of cluster heads and the hovering position of UVA are strongly correlated, the optimal cluster heads and hovering positions are obtained through simulation. then according to the number of clusters the area is divided and after division the cluster head selection is done in each zone according to the location and energy of the nodes, thus reducing the energy consumption of the ground nodes. Finally, according to the selected cluster head position, the artificial rabbit algorithm is used to plan the flight trajectory of UAV to reduce the energy consumption of *** results show that the proposed scheme is better than the SHM-FCM scheme.

In order to improve the real-time, reliability and stability of the monitoring system of photovoltaic (PV) grid- connected power station, reduce the workload and enhance the efficiency of working. A new advanced intelligent monitoring system of PV grid-connected power station is presented in this paper based on modern technology, such as DSP controlling, CAN network communication, .NET programming, etc, after comparative analysis of different monitoring methods of PV power station. In this paper, the system carrys out internal analog-to-digital (A/D) converter sampling by a DSP and takes CAN bus as bottom network to communicate with a personal computer (PC) installed a monitor software through CAN card to achieve the operational parameters' collection, process and display in real-time and ensure the normal running of PV grid- connected power station.
