Path planning algorithms are essential to ensure that mobile robots reach their target smoothly. artificial Potential field (APF) is a traditional path planning algorithm, which is widely used in the local path planning algorithm of mobile robots because of its advantages of small computation, easy to understand and easy to implement. the problems of unreachable target and local minimum exist in traditional APF. To solve these two problems, APF is improved in this paper. Aiming at the unreachable target, this paper introduces adjusting factor into the repulsion potential field function to make the target become the lowest potential energy and ensure that the robot can reach the target. To solve the local minimum problem, this paper presents a triangular target strategy, which can select a suitable virtual target to introduce additional external forces, so as to break the robot's equilibrium state. Simulation results show that the improved APF successfully solves the above two problems. © 2024 IEEE.

With the rapid development of transportation industry, various pollution and transportation loss costs are increasing. Green, safe and efficient has become the development direction of future collection and distribution mode. In this paper, a linear integer programming model is established to minimize transportation costs, air pollution costs, noise pollution costs, traffic accident costs and freight damage costs. Taking Yangshan Port as an example, the validity of the model is verified, and it is found that the proportion of railway and water transportation can be increased by taking external costs into account. © COPYRIGHT SPIE. the path planning for multiple food delivery robots aims to design collision-free paths, ensuring that each delivery robot can reach its target point without colliding with others. In a dynamic environment where delivery robots with different speeds move simultaneously, the risk of collisions significantly increases. this paper presents a new path planning method for a group of delivery robots moving at different speeds. By predefining the priorities between robots, the method allows different delivery robots to make optimal choices when faced with path conflicts, determining whether to continue with their tasks. this enables distributed path planning while minimizing time costs and avoiding collisions. the proposed method is compared with the existing Ant Colony-Particle Swarm Optimization (ACO-PSO) algorithm, and software simulations validate its performance advantages across various practical scenarios. © 2024 IEEE.

Fractions are always better calculated for judgment of precise and accurate value. Sometimes division may yield particulars in decimal form, there the importance of the fraction comes with its own value. the current market works or moves primarily on absolute or estimated prices in most cases or calculations. To complete calculations, the required fractions must produce accurate predicted values every time, so technology for better measurement will have importance of fractions in every calculation. In most technology, fraction is still in use such as where Decimal Portal does not work. So, the programming language also needs to be modified with this function to mold all the libraries useful for the upcoming developers who are working on the programming languages for more development in technology. the main purpose of this paper is to spread knowledge about the importance of fractions, and to explain why everyone needs to introduce it into the defined library of running software. © 2024 IEEE.

As more and more flexible resource aggregators enter the competition in the electricity spot market, they all face the problem of adjusting bidding strategies to maximize profits. To address the bidding strategy problem of flexible resource aggregators, we propose the MARL-SCCP model based on multi-agent reinforcement learning. Firstly, we model each flexible resource aggregator as an intelligent agent participating in strategy learning. Secondly, we use stochastic constraint programming to handle the uncertainty caused by external factors in the model. Finally, we introduce neural networks into the WoLF-PHC algorithm to better handle larger state space and significantly improve the solution speed. Experimental results demonstrate that using multi-agent reinforcement learning to simulate the bidding process of various flexible resource aggregators is feasible, and better strategies can be learned after a fewer number of iterations. © 2024 IEEE.

the objective of this paper is to compare the registered cases and predicted cases of covid-19 using regression analysis. the effect of covid-19 is more on society. If there is any 4th wave or 5th wave of covid, we would suffer even more. So, to prevent this disaster, Author has attempted in estimating number of covid cases. Here problem taken from the state government. Using forecasting techniques and compared predicted and real values. then developed a code through python programming. through this analysis, it has been observed that there is a good agreement between the analytical and programmed trend. Aiming at the current engineering and technical problems such as the complex mathematical form of the isothermal combustion mathematical model in the turbine and the use of more complex entropy for calculation in the model, the isothermal combustion mathematical model in the turbine can be derived from the fundamental thermodynamic process principle of the isothermal process. In this paper, the newly developed mathematical model of isothermal combustion in a turbine is analyzed and compared with the mathematical model from literature, and the feasibility and good applicability of the new model are proved through programming calculation. It is proposed that the newly established mathematical model of isothermal combustion in a turbine can significantly improve the programming efficiency and calculation efficiency. In addition, the new model is applied to the overall thermal performance calculation program of the aero-engine, and the thermal performance analysis of the aero-engine under air cruise conditions is carried out based on the turbine’s internal burner technology. It can be concluded that the turbine’s internal burner technology will significantly improve the thermal performance of the aero-engine, and at the same time, the increment of TSFC can be ignored. © 2025 Institute of Physics Publishing. Predicting the stress conditions of university students and discerning individuals with psychological abnormalities with a certain degree of precision. Integrating various modalities, the state data is fed into the Bidirectional Gated Recurrent Unit (BiGRU) network. Subsequently, the self-attention fusion process is applied to combine the three modalities-expressive, physiological, and speech-to derive low-dimensional fusion features. these features are then input into the classifier for emotion category determination. Furthermore, the primary programming model, denoted as AT-BiGRU, was deployed onto the personal computer. the system's hardware circuit and device driver, based on the Cortex-M4 kernel, were formulated to facilitate convenient, low-power multi-channel simultaneous data acquisition, and stress state analysis. Experimental outcomes demonstrate an average classification accuracy of 62.77% among subjects, surpassing some analogous methodologies. this substantiates the efficacy and general applicability of the proposed method in multimodal emotion recognition. Additionally, AT-BiGRU exhibits notable proficiency, achieving an accuracy exceeding 85% in effectively classifying three distinct stress states. this functionality enables the assessment of psychological stress in students. © 2024 IEEE.

With the advancement of technology and the growing demand for intelligent and efficient services, the traditional hotel service model is increasingly unable to meet people's expectations for personalized and non-contact experiences. In this context, this study proposes an STM32-based control system for hotel service robots. the system integrates motor control, voice recognition, touch screen interaction and an innovative doorbell module to improve service quality. It also runs the bidirectional A∗ path planning algorithm with the help of Raspberry Pi, which enables the robot to navigate autonomously in complex hotel environments and perform precise food delivery and guest guidance tasks. Experimental results show that this system can improve the service efficiency of hotels and reduce the waste of laboratory resources in the traditional hotel industry, thus promoting the transformation of traditional hotels into smart hotels, while improving customer experience, attracting more guests and enhancing the competitiveness of hotels. © 2024 IEEE.

this paper proposes a coordinated optimization strategy for service restoration in distribution networks, which integrates mobile power sources (MPSs) scheduling and repair crews (RCs) scheduling. the primary objective is to accelerate the recovery of distribution networks after large-scale power outages caused by extreme natural disasters. the strategy incorporates three key emergency measures: MPSs scheduling, RCs scheduling, and island partitioning. this approach allows for dynamic adjustments to the island topology and the number of islands, based on the progress of repairs and MPS scheduling. the model is formulated as a mixed-integer second-order cone programming (MISOCP) problem and solved using commercial solvers. Case studies based on the IEEE 123-bus distribution network validate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy. the results show that the strategy enhances fault recovery efficiency by coordinating RCs and flexibly deploying MPS units. © 2024 IEEE.
