digital image processing (DIP) is a rich field which provides us information of objects that are not easy to understand or about which a human does not know. digital image processing has algorithms, machine learning, computer graphics and pattern recognition which are used to identify objects. digital image processing helps in trace vehicles their numbers to which it belongs. the database is designed for this. DIP has very advancement which are updating day by day to resolve the daily needs of image processing of objects like in robots, traffic signals, sound and noise detection in images. Most of the Mobile cameras and DSLR cameras are now powered with AI and DIP to ensure they get most clarity which is required by the software to obtain results. the main purpose behind this to penultimate the drivers on traffic violations and send the E-Challans directly to their homes and they are payable in due time and otherwise fine exceeds. the violation driver is found by DIP processes which looks in database and found traffic violator and challan is send to him.

this paper proposes an algorithm(system) to automatically mark and create a data set of Mars craters for deep learning based on the existing coordinate information. the main purpose of this automatic processing system is to solve the error problem and low efficiency caused by manual marking. To make such system, we need to know something about planetary science, such as the way to get a full view of a planet, the differences between DEM (digital Elevation Model) image and TIR (thermal Infrared image) and the way maps are *** this paper, the crater is used as the detection feature, I chose Mars DEM image as basic dataset to develop this system, and used YOLOv5 model to test the dataset, the results show that this system can quickly and successfully produce the crater data set that can be used for the training and detection of neural network object detection. then Mars thermal Infrared image was used to expand my system. It also can create dataset that can be used for object detection model but haven't been proved by any object detection model yet. In this report, the details of how to achieve automatically generating training datasets and some essential problems will be introduced. © 2022 IEEE.

Screen content videos (SCV) containing text, graphics, icons, and charts are widely used in distance education, screen sharing, and other fields. In these fields, SCV coding plays a critical role which pursues higher reconstructed video quality with lower coding bitrate. And, the selection of frame rate significantly affects the SCV coding efficiency. In addition to motion intensity, smoothness of motion change is also an important factor affecting the selection of frame rate, but it is ignored by current researches. In this paper, targeting at SCV, metrics that effectively quantify smoothness of motion change and motion intensity are first constructed. then, the impacts of smoothness of motion change and motion intensity on frame rate selection are further explored and modeled. Finally, an optimal frame rate selection method is proposed and is further applied to the state-of-the-art versatile video coding (VVC) standard to significantly improves the SCV coding efficiency. Compared with the traditional method adopted in the VVC test model (i.e., VTM), the proposed method can achieve the average BD-rate reductions of 27.14%. © 2022 IEEE.

X-ray digital imaging detection technology is the use of high frequency X-ray machine to the sample transitography, through the imaging detector to collect images, and the detected images after digital processing to the computer for analysis and processing technology. With the help of computer digital image processing technology, the image noise can be effectively reduced, and the contrast and clarity of the image can be greatly improved. the radiation dose and exposure time can be selected according to different materials, which greatly improves the detection efficiency. the detection can display the damage of the external force of the cable more quickly and intuitively, and provide strong support for the development of maintenance programs. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

the automatic detection of skin diseases via dermoscopic images can improve the efficiency in diagnosis and help doctors make more accurate judgments. However, conventional skin disease recognition systems may produce high confidence for out-of-distribution (OOD) data, which may become a major security vulnerability in practical applications. In this paper, we propose a multi-scale detection framework to detect out-of-distribution skin disease image data to ensure the robustness of the system. Our framework extracts features from different layers of the neural network. In the early layers, rectified activation is used to make the output features closer to the well-behaved distribution, and then an one-class SVM is trained to detect OOD data;in the penultimate layer, an adapted Gram matrix is used to calculate the features after rectified activation, and finally the layer with the best performance is chosen to compute a normality score. Experiments show that the proposed framework achieves superior performance when compared with other state-of-the-art methods in the task of skin disease recognition. © 2023, the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

In this paper, the automatic segmentation and recognition of oracle bone inscription images are studied. the Oracle bone inscription image segmentation model and Oracle bone inscription text recognition model are established by using computer vision technology and deep learning framework, and the application potential and scientific value of deep learning in the field of complex text image recognition are demonstrated. Firstly, we use a variety of digital image processing methods such as bilateral filtering technology and contrast-limited adaptive histogram equalization technology to optimize the recognition conditions of oracle bone inscription images. Secondly, we use the advanced Yolov8 to build a detection model to improve the text detection accuracy in oracle bone inscription images. the effect of the model was evaluated from different dimensions, such as accuracy rate, recall rate, F1 value, etc., to verify the performance of the model. Finally, we trained a model based on Resnet18 architecture to recognize the single word of the oracle bone inscription original topology image. the recognition results were displayed in the form of statistics and graphics, and the prediction accuracy of each character and the overall performance evaluation of the model were recorded in detail, thus verifying the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method.

the Transformer is a natural language processing model that uses attention mechanisms, originally introduced by Google in 2017. Due to its excellent feature extraction capabilities, researchers in the industry have explored the application of Transformer in computer vision tasks. Following the success of the Vision Transformer in 2020, the Swin Transformer was introduced, which outperforms traditional convolutional neural networks on various benchmarks in the vision field. As a result, Swin Transformer has become a popular backbone for practical production applications. While Swin Transformer excels in accuracy, its large parameter size and high energy consumption pose challenges for deployment at the edge. Addressing this issue is crucial for the wide-scale adoption of Swin Transformer. Current research on energy consumption for Transformer-based models is still in its early stages. To reduce model size and energy consumption while preserving accuracy, this study focuses on model compression. Specifically, we propose a combination of group-wise transformation and local aggregation methods from traditional CNN models. By introducing local aggregation and group-wise transformation calculation methods while maintaining the original shifted window attention mechanism of Swin Transformer, the proposed approach effectively reduces the number of model parameters. Our experimental results show that the Swin-Transformer model trained with this method on an RTX-3090 graphics card can save up to 24% of energy, with an accuracy improvement of about 1%.

Although the multi-channel SAR-GMTI technology can be used in ground moving target detection, but only can get trace point of the ground moving target, the ground moving target tracking and track reconstruction can't be achieved. this article presents a new method of ground moving target detection and tracking which is based on sequence SAR images. Firstly, the moving target detection and velocity estimation can be realized using the method of multi-channel processing. Secondly, the location of moving target can be estimated accurately using a high accuracy target location method based on knowledge-aid. the method uses the matching and target tracking technique based on sequential SAR images to realize the tracking and track reconstruction of moving target. Next, the image reference locking technology is used to achieve accurate image registration for a series of sequential SAR images obtained. Finally, the moving target can be tracked. the results of measured data shows the validity of the presented method. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
