this study is based on the current development status of existing amphibious flying robots and identifies their design shortcomings. A new industrial prototype design for amphibious flying robots suitable for water, land, and air use has been proposed. through a detailed analysis of overall parameters, external structure, wing layout and transformation, shape transformation control, takeoff and landing methods, and power systems, this study aims to achieve a compact and stable robot design to ensure good manoeuvrability and adaptability in different environments. Meanwhile, by adopting a variable wing design and an efficient shape transformation control system, the robot can achieve optimized aerodynamic performance and smooth, fast shape transformation in different flight modes. In addition, diversified takeoff and landing methods are proposed, such as vertical takeoff and landing, horizontal takeoff and landing, etc., to meet diverse task requirements. Finally, a design combining advanced electric and fuel power systems is adapted to meet the long-term flight requirements in different environments. through these detailed analyses, this study provides important references for the further development and application of amphibious flying robots suitable for water, land, and air use.

Withthe widely application of the merging unit (MU), conventional real-time analog data sampling in measuring device is seldom used in smart substation Consequently, a new network sampling method based on fiber-optic network transmission is widely applied, analog data are acquired by remote measure modules and MUs and converted into SV messages. In this method, massive amount of fibers are reduced, all data sharing in substation is realized, and the arrangement is very simple, but it requires high accuracy of the station synchronization system signal. Compared to point-to-point sampling method, reliability of the network sampling method cannot be ensured. In this paper, by analyzing the network sampling data synchronization technology based on electrical reference vector, as well as the influence of the clock synchronization system abnormity on the sampling, measurement calculation and synchronism function of the measuring device is analyzed. Aiming at the influence of sampling abnormities caused by synchronous system abnormities on the measuring device, the processing strategies of abnormal interpolation alarm, quality-aided decision-making, automatic frame loss compensation and etc. are proposed. the abnormal interpolation alarm strategy detects the problem that the different MU SV sampling is not synchronized due to the extrapolation of the measuring device during the synchronous interpolation, and issues an alarm in time, masks the abnormal sampling data calculation and the related functions (e.g.: synchronism function), detects and solves the problem in time, so as to avoid abnormal measurement results caused by false synchronization, and avoid control center data abnormity & synchronism abnormity. Quality-assisted decision-making strategy detects whether the synchronization system is abnormal by judging SV data synchronization quality via the measuring device, and provide different processing according to the source of the sampled data, so as to decide whethe
