Firstly, the college students' network interaction platform of the student's preferred course plan model is constructed, and the big data analysis method is used to carry out the information fusion and optimal access design of the student's course selection resource database, combined with the adaptive equilibrium game and grey correlation analysis. A parallel algorithm for sentiment analysis of network information is proposed. According to the characteristics of the network information itself, using the MapReduce model, the three main steps of the sentiment analysis task are parallelized and improved, and a sentiment-based dictionary is designed. the Internet education communication model composed of 'five elements'. © 2022 IEEE.

In today's world where lot of technology and development in technologies they solve many problems be using through data science and technology. we are creating a predictive Model in Agriculture to solve many problems to soil related suitable crops to grow in different climatic condition. the weather changes anytime, due to which the crop is affected more or less water in the crop due to which the crop is spoiled. Whenever there is more or less rain, we will give the model of which crop is easy to do in that season. We have the set of data, on which it would be good to do in different conditions on different climate so that maximum production can be obtained. We have different crops in different climates and there are different conditions in it, due to which the crop gets spoiled. Build a predictive Model so as to suggest the most suitable Crops to grow based on the available Climatic and soil conditions. Cloud computing (CC) remains as a promising environment which offers scalable and cost effectual computing facilities. the combination of the SDN technique with the CC platform simplifies the complexities of cloud networking and considerably enhances the scalability, manageability, programmability, and dynamism of the cloud. this study introduces a novel Multi-Layer Ensemble Deep Reinforcement Learning based DDoS Attack Detection and Mitigation (MEDR-DDoSAD) technique in Cloud-SDN Environment. the major aim of the presented technique lies in the recognition of DDoS attacks from the cloud-SDN platform. the MEDR-DDoSAD technique transforms the input data into images and the features are derived via deep convolutional neural network based Xception model. © 2022 IEEE.

We investigate the feasibility of vehicle-to-vehicle secure correspondence using public key cryptography in this paper. We run a model through its paces in real-world driving scenarios. Estimation data show that the framework is plausible in terms of postponement and misfortune, and that we can normally anticipate superior execution over average recreation works anticipate. In any case, we find that gridlock and the display of public key cryptography can pose significant challenges. © 2022 IEEE.

Microsatellites are found in genome sequences of all prokaryotes and eukaryotes. they are the primary source of studying genetic variations, molecular breeding, gene discovery, disease identification, and hypervariability in a plant's genome. Many web-based and standalone computing tools have been developed to analyze sequence data using next-generation sequencing tools with several new features and objectives. Researchers always need a variety of in silico microsatellite exploring tools to analyze research data apart from extracting them. this evaluation aims to chronologically provide up-todate information on tools and databases designed explicitly to study genome-wide specifications of simple sequence repeats in crop cultivars. the study was conducted to empirically assess these tools and databases to find the next-generation technology used in designing the standalone tool, web interface & relational database. Also, to compare their processing adequateness in terms of features, such as the primer-related information, flanking sequences, statistics information of repeats, coding /non-coding, and other genomic features of the identified motif. this study may help researchers in agriculture to determine the most popular next-generation sequencing tool and technologies used to analyze microsatellite-related features and fill the gap for future applications. © 2022 IEEE.

With the acceleration of smart distribution network construction, a large amount of distribution data has been generated. When the current edge computing technology is used to process data, it is limited by hardware resources and can not make full use of data resources, resulting in a long service time. therefore, an effective edge computing technology is proposed for the Power Smart Internet of things. According to the functional requirements of the electric pow intelligent Internet of things, an edge computing node architecture is established, and an information entropy suppression algorithm is applied to process original Internet of things data. To quickly process power data without the limitation of hardware resources, a side cloud collaboration mechanism is established for data interaction and collaborative computing to improve the utilization of data resources. Finally, the scheduling strategy based on the ant lion algorithm is designed to realize the cooperative autonomy of the distribution area. the application analysis results show that the maximum service time is only 17ms after the proposed technology is applied to the edge computing, taking the load distribution of the power Internet of things as an example. the proposal of edge computing technology has promoted the development of power intelligent Internet of things. © 2022 IEEE.

Knowledge-aware Recommendation (KGR) with Graph Neural Network (GNN) aggregates information on the knowledge graph to capture high-order knowledge representations for the recommendation task, which becomes the mainstream approaches in the field of KGR. While these studies have achieved great success, we emphasize that strict supervision signals of training can have negative impacts on the model. Specifically, the supervision signals force the model to align constantly with sparse positive interaction data, which can result in the loss of valuable knowledge semantics. Moreover, it may also weaken model's ability to explore the potential interests for user. To address the aforementioned issues, we propose a new model named Enhanced Implicit Collaborative Knowledge Graph for Recommendation (EICKR), which uses a multi-task learning schema to extract user interests. this model calculates implicit relations among users, items, and entities to structure rich implicit features across different views. Subsequently, it leverages the knowledge graph and users' historical interaction data to generate an implicit collaborative knowledge graph, bridging the semantic difference between the knowledge graph and interaction data. Furthermore, a graph-enhanced completion task based on implicit relations is introduced to explore unobserved yet valuable interaction features among users, items, and entities, which can be complementary to the recommendation task. We conduct extensive experiments on benchmark datasets, which demonstrates the effectiveness of our approach and its components. © 2023 IEEE.

Large volumes of private data are gathered, processed, and stored on computers by governments, the military, organizations, financial institutions, colleges, and other enterprises. this data is then sent through networks to other computers. Urgent measures are required to safeguard sensitive personal and company data as well as national security due to the exponential development in number and complexity of cyber- attacks. the essay discusses the characteristics of the Internet and demonstrates how private and financial data can be transmitted over it while still being safeguarded. We show that robbery has spread throughout India and the rest of the world, endangering the global economy and security and giving rise to a variety of cyber-attacks. © 2022 IEEE.

We address the problem of learning new classes for semantic segmentation models from few examples, which is challenging because of the following two reasons. Firstly, it is difficult to learn from limited novel data to capture the underlying class distribution. Secondly, it is challenging to retain knowledge for existing classes and to avoid catastrophic forgetting. For learning from limited data, we propose a pseudo-labeling strategy to augment the few-shot training annotations in order to learn novel classes more effectively. Given only one or a few images labeled with the novel classes and a much larger set of unlabeled images, we transfer the knowledge from labeled images to unlabeled images with a coarse-to-fine pseudo-labeling approach in two steps. Specifically, we first match each labeled image to its nearest neighbors in the unlabeled image set at the scene level, in order to obtain images with a similar scene layout. this is followed by obtaining pseudo-labels within this neighborhood by applying classifiers learned on the few-shot annotations. In addition, we use knowledge distillation on both labeled and unlabeled data to retain knowledge on existing classes. We integrate the above steps into a single convolutional neural network with a unified learning objective. Extensive experiments on the Cityscapes and KITTI datasets validate the efficacy of the proposed approach in the self-driving domain. In order to prevent single node failure, manual modification and other problems caused by malicious intrusion of network servers. Using blockchain technology, multiple data acquisition base stations are selected to form a data security storage alliance. And the data storage method is optimized. the collected data is compressed with features, and the redundant data is filtered. then, the data is stored safely through the storage federation module. the experimental results show that the highest value of data storage integrity of the method in this paper reaches 87.5%, the lowest value of CPU utilization is only 4.8%, and the system congestion rate is always below 5%. this shows that the application effect of the method in this paper is good, and the data can be stored safely. © 2022 IEEE.
