data analytics is the process of analyzing raw data to make predictions and derive conclusions. this process involves collecting and organizing data to discover hidden patterns and draw insight into the data. the methods and approaches of data analytics are automated using various algorithms and mathematical formulas. data analytics provides real-time and actionable perceptions on data that enable more accurate and prompter decision-making. During the data acquisition phase, missing values and outliers are encountered that affect the model's reliability. Missing values are the data missing in a dataset, more common on large datasets that arise due to information loss, dropout, or non-response of participants. Missing values affects the accuracy of the result and also may lead to biased results. Outliers are the abnormal values that happen to have deviated from the normal distribution pattern of data distribution. Outliers are extreme, unrealistic, extremely big, or small values in a dataset that arise due to manual errors like participant response errors and data entry errors. Outliers also affect the accuracy of the results and lead to over or underestimated resultant values. As missing values and outliers degrade the performance of the analytical data models, various research works have focused on finding and handling such values. this paper reviews the various aspects of missing values and outliers in the preprocessing phase of data analytics to enhance the accuracy of the data model. © 2022 IEEE

Cloud computing is an Internet-based virtualization application model that has been in development for these years. Cloud computing technology provides users with a large number of virtualized computing and storage resources. As a continuously developing emerging technology, some theoretical and technical systems have been formed in countries all over the world. However, the data security in the virtualization environment of cloud service providers has attracted extensive attentions of users over the years. In the cloud computing environment, data access control mainly includes two aspects: one is the safe transmission of required information resources in the network, and the other is the reasonable control of user permissions. In this paper, we analyze the cloud computing platform based on OpenStack and the related data security access control model is proposed. the data access control process is studied where trust of the cloud user is evaluated. An access control system based on the studied model is then designed whose architecture and its components are described. the proposed model and system is expected to provide a new technical method for data security protection so as to lower the risks of data leakage. © 2023, the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Moving forward in the fourth-generation industry, which is known as Industry 4.0 or the Fourth Industrial revolution, defined as merger of advanced manufacturing techniques with the Internet of things to create manufacturing systems that communicate, analyze, and use information to stay inter connected so that give back intelligent action to the physical world. Artificial intelligence is the substitute of human intelligence processes by machines, especially computer systems, it is also known as machine learning, which focuses on creating and managing that type of technology that help in independently making decisions and do actions on behalf of a human being. It is changing the way we live, interactions with clients and companies, which also changes existing business methods and financial services. this study focuses on reviewing banks in a fourth industrial revolution, this paper has qualitative approach from the references, we will confer how Artificial Intelligence is used in the banking sector, the benefits and the Challenges faced by banking industry. Development of Artificial Intelligence has different ways in which it can improve the operations of a banking industry and safeguard customers with priority section. © 2022 IEEE.

Using SDN's benefits, the authors of this paper propose a novel load balancing algorithm for use in data centre networks. For the purposes of simulating and evaluating the proposed design, Mininet was used as an emulation tool, while Miniedit was used as a graphical user interface tool. Fat-Tree topology with the following parameters was used to achieve a realistic setting for the data centre network: 5 pods, 17 edge switches, 17 aggregation switches, 4 core switches, and 16 hosts. In order to simulate real-world traffic as closely as possible, a variety of scenarios and traffic distributions were used. As an SDN controller, POX was selected. With better throughput and lower loss rates across the board, the proposed design is a clear winner over the status quo. In the first case, new hosts are added, while in the second case, the existing connections experience a surge in demand. © 2022 IEEE.

In view of the lack of interpretability and data dependence of RNN-based deep knowledge tracking model, a deep knowledge tracing model integrating attention mechanism is proposed. First, learn the embedded representation of students' historical interaction, and then learn specific weights based on the topic's attention mechanism to identify and strengthen the impact of students' historical interaction on the knowledge state at each moment to different degrees;Comparative experiments will be carried out on two data sets, and the best performance will be achieved in the ASSISTments2012 data set, and the problem of long sequence dependence will be alleviated to some extent. this model can capture students' knowledge state more accurately and predict students' future performance more efficiently. © 2023 SPIE.

Cloud computing is a relatively new developing technology that allows users to pay for services on a pay-as-you-go basis. It provides internet-based information and communication technology services, while virtualization enables it to deliver computer resources. datacenters are the backbone of this technology, consisting of networked computers, cables, power supply units, and other components that host and store corporate data. In cloud datacenters, high performance has always been the most important consideration, but it comes at the expense of power consumption. the key problem is finding a balance between the system's performance and power consumption by lowering power usage without compromising the quality and performance of services. As a result, several attempts are now being done to reduce datacenter energy usage. All concerns relating to energy efficiency are explored and researched in this work. this paper also presents an overview of various power and performance management strategies in cloud computing. © 2022 IEEE.

this paper examines the experiences and perspectives of Kenyans who use social media platforms as part of their agricultural livelihoods. through a mixed-methods study of 324 survey respondents and 81 interviews, we present data that demonstrates the significance and shape of "social agriculture" in the Kenyan agricultural landscape. We complement previous ICT4D/HCI4D literature that has primarily focused on purpose-built agricultural platforms through a novel focus on farmers' appropriation of existing social media platforms to enter the agricultural sector and diversify agricultural livelihoods. Our study highlights new insights into the growing phenomenon of using social media platforms for agriculture practice, including how these platforms afford particular practices around the buying and selling of produce and information on social media platforms. We also identify challenges around trust and online abuse and describe the strategies employed by participants to counter them. Lastly, we build on our findings to highlight the affordances and constraints of using social media platforms, thus contributing to the field an initial conceptualization of social agriculture as a space of commerce. We offer eight design considerations for both technology designers and international development stakeholders to strengthen the potential for social platforms to afford social agricultural practices that enrich individual lives and livelihoods.

the Mobile computing (MC) has seen a leap to-wards Mobile Edge computing (MEC) in recent years. the significance of this change is to address the inherent issues caused by traffic latency and data security of traditional cloud architectures, which are not, suited to performances of modern IoT applications. Software-Defined Networks (SDN) and Blockchain (BC) technologies are dedicated to resolve the above problems by providing low latency and enhancing network infrastructure security. Although mobile resources are limited, it is difficult to meet the security needs of mobile users without offloading their data. therefore, in this paper, we propose a secure architecture enabling SDN and BC to provide mobile data offloading on Small Cell Networks (SCN). Each mobile device can use mobile data to transfer its data to the central cloud via either the public BC or the Wi-Fi and Device-to-Device (D2D) communication via a private BC. the evaluation stage shows the effectiveness of the proposed architecture in preserving both ultra-low latency and providing data security in MEC environments. © 2022 IEEE.

Diagnosis BC is a tremendous challenge in the medical domain. In ongoing exploration, the classification of imbalanced dataset certainly stands out enough to be noticed. Imbalanced classification reduces the model's performance by favoring the majority class, although we used a balanced dataset called "Diagnostic Wisconsin BC"in this research. To measure the performance, we compared the different ML algorithms. In order to deploy ML techniques the dataset was divided into train and test data. the hyper tuning settings wereemployed to boost the models' accuracy. Further the ML algorithms compare with the ensemble-based learning techniques like voting classifier, bagging and boosting. thesecond important part of this article is feature selection for diagnosing BC based on the tumor traits chosen. © 2022 IEEE.
