In recent years, with the continuous development and deepening of artificial intelligence, the amount of data required has increased dramatically. With the sharp increase in the amount of data, data access between the memory and the computing unit will cause a lot of energy consumption and increase the read and write latency, that is, the 'memory wall' problem occurs. In order to solve the extra energy loss caused by the 'memory wall' problem in the Von neumann architecture and to achieve better acceleration for neural network algorithms, the in-memory computing architecture is considered a promising processor architecture for future big data applications. In this thesis, we conducted research related to the in-memory computing neural network accelerator architecture based on three kinds of memories as Static Random-Access Memory (SRAM), Resistive Random-Access Memory (ReRAM), and Ferro-electric Field Effect Transistor (FeFET). For non volatile memory, such as ReRAM, FeFET, its non-volatile, low power consumption and other characteristics show obvious advantages. Using VGG-8, VGG-16, and AlexNet networks, the designed in-memory computing architecture is validated on three different datasets. the performance of the designed gas pedal is evaluated in terms of the acceleration effect of each layer and the number of Tile units used in each layer, read/write latency, read/write energy consumption, system occupied area, energy efficiency ratio, and other indicators, the experimental results show that the neural network accelerator based on in-memory calculation designed in this thesis has reached a relatively advanced level. © 2022 IEEE.

this paper proposes the idea of using remote sensing images as the surface texture map in 3D terrain simulation to improve the sense of reality;looks at the tourism undertaking of rural communities from the perspective of empowerment, and tries to use the concepts of capacity building and community empowerment to observe and analyze the living conditions of domestic rural tourism communities, and introduce the experience of foreign rural tourism communities to carry out capacity building for reference. It is proposed that the simulation of solid visual terrain with different heights should adopt the scheme of multi-level precision simulation, and the relationship between the terrain simulation accuracy and the tourism participation behavior of ethnic communities is analyzed. Using the VirtualGIS module of ERDAS IMAGINE 8.7, under the same projected coordinate system, Analyze the reasons for the low-level operation of the ethnic community tourism participation system, and find out the root cause of the dilemma of ethnic community tourism participation. © 2022 IEEE.

Green energy management is a cost-effective method of reducing energy use, but current research overlooks the edge intelligence potential of managed IoT. As a result, it focuses on today's smart grid, residential, and commercial demands to develop a deep learning-based paradigm for successful energy management. In our system, we want to forecast or analyze household power usage. the dataset on home electricity usage can be found in the dataset repository. the pre-processing phase is then implemented to avoid inaccurate predictions. We use a range of pre-processing approaches to deal with various types of power data, then create an effective decision-making system for short-term forecasting on reliable resource-constrained devices. the system employs deep learning techniques such as Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) and Gate Recurrent Unit to analyze energy use (GRU). © 2022 IEEE.

Specialty coffee's demand is growing worldwide as coffee drinkers continue to look for the freshest and highest-quality flavors. Depending upon the quality, there are two categories in the coffee industry, that is specialty coffee and commodity/commercial coffee. Coffee beans are graded via visual inspection and cupping. A 300g sample of green coffee beans is used for visual assessment, and faulty beans are counted. As per the 'Specialty Coffee Association of America' (SCAA), defect can be either primary or secondary. For a coffee to be a specialty, it should have less than 5 secondary defects and zero primary defects. In this survey we have presented the coffee bean quality-related research which includes various machine learning approaches in classifying the coffee beans. the study has achieved quite promising prediction accuracies and was evaluated with test data. We have done a study on coffee bean quality classification and are willing to contribute an arabica coffee bean dataset and detection of coffee bean quality using transfer learning with higher accuracy. © 2022 IEEE.

Recently, along with the development of information technology, blockchain technology has been developing all over the world. On the basis of blockchain technology, it will be possible to develop the digital economy, ensure information security, and increase reliability in data exchange. Due to the high potential of blockchain technology, it has led to the study of its wide application in various fields. these processes have led to the creation of blockchain-based systems for various purposes. Some blockchain mechanisms can also be used to increase data reliability in information systems that provide services in computer networks. However, at the same time, most of the blockchain-based systems have several disadvantages related to their performance and security. To solve these shortcomings, it is necessary to improve the security of blockchain-based systems. the main component of any blockchain-based system is its important consensus algorithm, which in many ways makes it possible to ensure the authenticity and security of information. Consensus algorithms serve to prove the authenticity of executed transactions. the application of consensus algorithms to the blockchain technology, depending on the functional task, allows to increase the reliability of the data. In this article, the effectiveness of using consensus algorithms based on blockchain mechanisms is studied. © 2022 IEEE.

this paper proposes a visual cryptography per-muted scrambling (VCPS) based watermarking method for binary images. Binary image (BI), which has only black and white pixels, has a nature of compact storage. Due to the rapid growth of digital technology, a lot of personal information such as health records, hand-written signatures and certificates;book collections and design drawings;cartoon art sketches are stored as digital documents as BIs (white and black pixels) by scanning them. these BIs are communicated through the Internet either for the personal or professional case. Here lies a threat of unauthorized usage of these documents and it is essential to protect them by embedding the watermark (owner information of the binary image). the particularity of the BI makes it more challenging for data hiding because the hiding process is different and only few works are available in this domain. In this paper, the data hiding process is carried out using the coding tables and the encrypted binary watermark shares which is flipped and shuffled using visual cryptography. the proposed technique achieves higher visual quality and less computational cost than the state of the art related techniques. © 2022 IEEE.

Volunteer computing is the use of underutilised computing power donated by volunteers who want to participate in ongoing high-throughput scientific projects. Due to the general simplicity of this concept, this type of computing attracts thousands of volunteers from all over the world. Many of them, however, leave the network, prompting the main server to initiate Task Migration, which involves transferring the remaining job to another volunteer's device on the network. In this paper, we conduct two experiments in the task migration procedure in peer-to-peer volunteer network. In the first experiment, the server starts the migration procedure when it detects the first available volunteer, whereas in the second one, the server starts the migration after all of the server's sub-peers have completed their jobs. To ensure the network's heterogeneity, we select the dataset GWA-T-13 Materna, which contains performance metrics described as trace files of over 1500 VMs from the distributed Materna data Centers in Dortmund, Germany. In both experiments, we compare the total execution time of the entire task and the maximum execution time that a peer can have to complete its assigned work. the simulation results show that in the second experiment, the main task was completed in less time than in the first experiment. © 2022 IEEE.

Most educational institutions have adapted to the mode of online teaching which has resulted in an increase of online video recordings. Learner community can be benefited with the ability to retrieve required information from the online class recordings. In this paper, we propose a methodology for converting video transcript data into useful information repositories for the purpose of retrieving class transcripts relevant to user's information needs. We focus on the online video recording transcript data. We also discuss challenges in transcribing which are crucial to understand preliminary processing. Our dataset consists of transcripts from diverse subject domains deeper experimental insights. We use interactive transcripts obtained from ASR (automatic speech recognition) services and non-interactive human generated transcripts. State-of-the-art methods for keyword retrieval: Latent Dirichlet Topic Modelling (LDA), Term Frequency (***) and Text Rank (graph based) are applied on the video transcript data. Further, cosine similarity metric is applied to obtain the similarity measure between the transcript documents and keywords. © 2022 IEEE.

Compared with traditional encryption technology, physical layer security technology uses channel noise to realize the key with the same length as plaintext. Even if the eavesdropper has strong cracking computing power, it cannot decipher the confidential data without the key, which can truly realize "One-Time-Pad" and ensure the security of wireless communication. In this paper, we propose a physical layer security verification system based on software defined radio. In the system, base stations and legitimate users can obtain channel information efficiently, and eavesdroppers can use the powerful storage and computing resources of the cloud server to decrypt confidential signals without time constraints. Based on the system, this paper designs and verifies the physical layer security scheme with joint precoding and Artificial Noise, which fills the gap of the prototype verification platform of information-theoretic security and provides strong support for verifying the unconditional security features of the physical layer security technology. © 2023 SPIE.
