A form of artificial intelligence (AI) that is advanced and involves rules that are applied to data to simulate a person's thought process in a particular area, knowledge engineering can be described as an advanced form of artificial intelligence (AI). Knowledge engineering had evolved from its original form when it focused on transferring and analyzing knowledge from human problem-solvers into computer programs that could do the same..It is essential to realize that transfer processing has limitations because humans make decisions differently than machines do. this paper proposes an algorithm(system) to automatically mark and create a data set of Mars craters for deep learning based on the existing coordinate information. the main purpose of this automatic processing system is to solve the error problem and low efficiency caused by manual marking. To make such system, we need to know something about planetary science, such as the way to get a full view of a planet, the differences between DEM (Digital Elevation Model) image and TIR (thermal Infrared image) and the way maps are *** this paper, the crater is used as the detection feature, I chose Mars DEM image as basic dataset to develop this system, and used YOLOv5 model to test the dataset, the results show that this system can quickly and successfully produce the crater data set that can be used for the training and detection of neural network object detection. then Mars thermal Infrared Image was used to expand my system. It also can create dataset that can be used for object detection model but haven't been proved by any object detection model yet. In this report, the details of how to achieve automatically generating training datasets and some essential problems will be introduced. © 2022 IEEE.

As communications technology has developed, home automation and applications have gained a lot of interest. Due to the importance of the internet in today's digital world, techniques for protecting data from third parties who can only interact wirelessly must be developed. this system provides guidance for doing operational activities, in particular for monitoring locations and their structures, as well as for controlling assets online using a web application and an IoT approach. Home automation is a crucial component that has to adhere to strict criteria for graphical interface and stability. the Bolt IoT platform, a home automation system that permits remote wireless access to and administration of home devices, is really the foundation around which the whole process is constructed. this system may control a number of gadgets, such as LEDs, fans, and DC motors, as well as the temperature of the surrounding area. the Bolt IoT module also provides connectivity to the cloud for the whole system and sends sensor data there. A temperature sensor might be used to gauge the room's temperature. this all-encompassing strategy permits the adoption of an effective, long-lasting IoT-based approach system that has a user-friendly interface that can be utilized on both PCs and smartphones. © 2022 IEEE.

As optimization problems continue to become more complex, previous studies have demonstrated that algorithm performance varies depending on the specific problem being addressed. thus, this study proposes an adaptive data-driven recommendation model based on the stacked autoencoder. this approach involves the use of a meta-learning autoencoder that is stacked with multiple supervised autoencoders, generating deep meta-features. then the proper algorithms are identified to address the new problems. To verify the feasibility of this proposed model, experiments are conducted using benchmark functions. Experimental results indicate that both instance-based and model-based meta-learners are well suited to the advanced model, and the performance is promising. © 2023, the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Sentiment analysis represents context-based text mining that classifies and abstracts particular information from the source data, and helps to interpret people's feelings. It adopts the NLP approach to classify people's opinions regarding goods or feedback. Sentiment analysis handles people's opinion and behavior in the context of feelings and attitudes concerning an episode or incidence. there are many domains that use opinion mining widely such as commercial goods review, social media study and film evaluation and so on. Semantic analysis provides major support in building recommendation frameworks. User provides textual feedback such as web-based reviews, remarks or responses on social networking and business sites. Machine learning is a common approach used for classification. this project devises a nascent methodology through the integration of dissimilar frameworks. this work applies Random Forest as a feature extraction method for taking out crucial features of the data suite. the K-mean clustering is enforced which can cluster similar type of features and in the last voting classifier is applied. Voting classifier consists of LR, KNN, SVM models. Python is the tool used in this work for the implementation of the devised methodology and evaluates new methodology with respect to some global performance indices. © 2022 IEEE.

Agile development has been a common methodology in software development. In response to the covid-19, most software development teams choose to work remotely. As a result of the different network environments, the company cloud center network load cannot meet the requirements of remote development and fault tolerance requirements of the agile development process. We designed a mixed-method called the Edge Development approach for improving Agile software development during the decision-making process. the extensive literature review provided us with three categories of challenges as well as solutions to support Edge Development's decision-support process. In the light of the survey, Five main software development decision-making challenges were identified in this study. In addition, we made a series of recommendations to improve the decision-making process of Edge Development from a variety of perspectives. © 2022 IEEE.

Congestion control is a fundamental mechanism offered by the Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) to make sure stable data flow and efficient bandwidth allocations in the network. It mainly focuses on the adjustment of the incoming sending rate with respect to the receiving rate. the reliable TCP helps to manage the transmission rate by avoiding the state of network congestion. In recent years, different variants of TCP congestion control protocols have been proposed to enhance TCP reliability and performance under different network scenarios. Moreover, it is associated with several types of network states such as latency, throughput, and packet loss. In this paper, we have performed a comparative study on the performance analysis of various TCP congestion control protocols on NS2 simulator. the results show that CUBIC gives the highest average throughput, Vegas gives the lowest packet loss ratio, and Veno gives the lowest average end-to-end delay among other TCP congestion control techniques that are considered in this paper. © 2022 IEEE.

Assessment of crop heterogeneity using remote sensing data is an urgent task of digital agriculture. NDVI values were calculated for arable lands of the Khabarovsk Territory from Sentinel-2 images with a resolution of 10 m. A cluster analysis of NDVI time series in 2022 was carried out to assess the heterogeneity of soybean, oat, corn and buckwheat crops at the regional level. Two clusters were described for soybeans, one of which represented clogged fields in 2022, and the average seasonal course of NDVI in this cluster in July–August corresponded to fallow lands. Extremes of the average seasonal NDVI course and time series for each cluster were calculated for agricultural crops of the Khabarovsk Territory. A comparative assessment of the heterogeneity of crop development within the same field was carried out using UAV and satellite data, while the NDVI distribution obtained from satellite images corresponds to the spatial distribution of NDVI according to the DJI Mavic3M UAV data. At the next stage of the research, it is planned to analyze the within field heterogeneity of crops for other crops of the Khabarovsk Territory using satellite monitoring, which will significantly reduce the cost of obtaining and analyzing UAV images. © the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

the detection of some digits written by humans may seem very easy;however, in reality, it is a very challenging and tedious task to extract text from real images because of the wide variety of font sizes, shapes, textures and backgrounds, etc. this study aimed to recognize handwritten digit images by extracting the features from datasets. then theses learned characteristics are subsequently submitted to the classifier to improve the overall performance. the Bagging and boosting techniques of ensemble learning were performed by integrating different base models. Each single base model corrected the errors of the previous model. Six bagging and boosting ensemble learning algorithms were used to recognize the handwritten digit images. therefore, with 98% of accuracy, the extreme gradient boosting machine outperformed the other methods in terms of overall performance. A detailed analysis of the allocation of data among the base learners and their overall performance, including the model correctness, computation time, and error rate, was evaluated and projected. © 2022 IEEE.
