All machine learning procedures consume a mathematical foundation. the aforementioned is applicable to Deep Learning, Optimization, and any additional Statistics Science processes since Deep Knowledge is a subset of Machine Learning. We are abetted by these algorithms in extracting information from the data. When we inscribe these procedures down in a software design language, the processor system that runs them on the dataset seems brainy, which is how artificial intelligence gets its name. A classical that dismiss learn since statistics and generate approximations expending an algorithm is produced via machine learning. It’s employed to determine the workings of a mechanism and the reasons for model superiority. A mathematical requirement is included into machine learning. In order to create more intelligent software, this discipline mixes computer science, probability, statistics, linear algebra, and algorithms. these programmers are capable of extracting insightful and relevant material since statistics to attain at business visions. © 2025 the Author(s).

With the rapid development of modern medical equipment technology, more and more diagnosis and treatment processes rely on the support of printing devices. When the doctor transfers data to the printer, the printer first stores the data in RAM to ensure the smooth progress of the printing process. However, the data in RAM faces potential security threats, especially the design defects of dynamic random access memory (DRAM) are vulnerable to RowHammer attacks. RowHammer attacks use charge interference to affect the charge state of adjacent rows by quickly and repeatedly reading a row of memory data, thereby destroying data integrity and even obtaining access to key data in the system memory, causing the risk of data leakage and tampering. In response to this security risk, this paper proposes to use RockHammer to enhance the security performance of printers. RockHammer strengthens the protection mechanism of embedded system memory, can effectively resist the interference operation of attackers, and ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data. the application of this technology can not only ensure the security of medical printing equipment data, but also provide important technical contributions to the fields of medical data security and embedded system security. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).

the effectiveness of hybrid deep learning models in detecting network intrusions on imbalanced datasets was tested. Conventional IDS often misses rare attacks due to class imbalance. three models were evaluated: CNN+DNN, Autoencoder+DNN, and DNN+XGBoost, using the CSC IDS 2018 dataset balanced with SMOTE, FSMOTE, and CTGAN techniques. Feature selection was performed using SHAP and correlation studies. the models were evaluated on accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and ROC AUC. the Autoencoder+DNN and CNN+DNN models, especially with FSMOTE and SMOTE, showed the best performance. this research highlights the potential of combining advanced feature selection, data balancing, and deep learning techniques to enhance network intrusion detection, offering a robust framework for improved cybersecurity strategies. © 2025 IEEE.

the introduction of AI-Enhanced Cyber threat Detection, which aids in improving organizational security through sophisticated algorithms, has caused a paradigm change in cybersecurity. the proactive posture of AI-driven detection systems that autonomously sift through massive data sets to identify patterns suggestive of cyber intrusions and attacks is explored in this research study. these tools relieve human analysts of routine tasks like threat identification and incident response, freeing them to focus on more strategic matters like making decisions and developing mitigation measures. Artificial intelligence (AI) based detection also makes monitoring network activities easier in real-time, increasing operational efficiency and decreasing dwell time. Another approach to accomplishing this in cybersecurity is combining different technologies, including threat intelligence platforms, with AI or SOAR systems. Further research and improved collaboration are needed to strengthen AI-enabled cyber threat identification in the face of obstacles like adversarial attacks and ethical concerns. Given the prevalence of modern e-crimes, this paper stresses the need for joint defence strategies and proactive cybersecurity measures to safeguard digital assets. © 2025 IEEE.

this study aims to develop a secure and effective framework for converting DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) to JPEG 2000 to protect the integrity of medical images. the proposed approach uses Python tools to convert DICOM data to the JPEG 2000 format, using AES encryption and SHA-256 for key generation in CBC mode. Our results indicate that the proposed framework enhances data confidentiality by reducing unauthorized access risk, image quality, compression efficiency, and decryption reliability. the findings with the conversion to JPEG 2000 format for storage efficiency were raised by 79.9% while keeping the quality of the diagnostic photographs. Private medical data was insulated from illegal access by AES encryption. Decryption tests confirmed that the original image could be restored without losing diagnostic information, and using CBC mode increased security by encrypting each image independently. this combined approach encourages improved management of medical images by tackling the problems of size and security in healthcare settings and adds robustness to digital confidentiality. the framework is applicable to connect with PACS to improve data management and be used to safely archive medical pictures. © 2025 IEEE.
