In order to create a good urban outlook, places such as scenic spots and parks urgently need the assistance of garbage picking robots, and this thesis proposes an algorithm to improve YOLOv5s for the classification and recognition of ground garbage, relying on the garbage picking robots based on vision technology. CARAFE up-sampling is introduced in the neck network, CARAFE can expand the sensory field, better utilize the information of the feature map, and reduce the occurrence of leakage detection; BiFPN feature pyramid structure is used to replace the FPN+PAN structure of the original network, and BiFPN can obtain more information about the underlying features, enhance the extraction ability of the detection network, and improve the detection effect of small targets; in order to make the model can be deployed to the hardware platform of the grasping system, lightweight convolutional PConv is introduced into the C3 module of the neck network to reduce the number of parameters of the algorithmic model and improve the detection efficiency of the algorithm; finally, the effectiveness of the improved YOLOv5s-CBC is verified through experiments.

this work deals with pattern diversity where a frequency selective surface (FSS) is utilized along with a cylindrical dielectric resonator MIMO antenna. Its salient feature is bi-directional pattern diversity characteristics. To achieve wider impedance bandwidth and better gain, the dielectric type, a resonator-based antenna has been used. With these features, able to achieve the reflection coefficient |S11| as low as −22.5 dB, and the isolation characteristics are also considerably low. the main lobe is tilted by 50° on either ports and a gain of 5.4 dB has been achieved. the antenna has the operating range in the sub-6 frequency band. It can be used for the applications of vehicular communication in an intelligent Transport System (ITS). © 2022, the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

People with limited vision, impaired sight, or visual impairment cannot see or recognize people, objects, words, or letters. Offer visually challenged people a camera-based detection system so they can read names of trained people, products, objects, and texts. With the aid of facial recognition technology, the suggested system will enable them to recognize a person and some of the items in front of them, including (Bottle, chair, person, cat, dog, plant). the printed text on books, magazines, and other printed materials can be read by employing optical character recognition technology. the proposed technology serves as a substitute for an artificial eye for persons who are visually impaired. It doesn’t require any oversight from people.

Change is constant and reforms in systems are cyclic in nature, every domain is subject to the sequential time interval-based cyclic process, revolutions happen as the need arises resulting in changes in design, thought process, technology, algorithms, infrastructure, and applications. Every industrial revolution may have given global education patterns a new dimension. Primary, junior, middle, and senior grades, as well as undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral degrees, are the several levels of education offered in India. Students generally are less aware about domains and scope each program offers at degree level, while opting a particular program, parameters like specializations, scholarships, faculty resource, minimum eligibility criteria, placement records, and technical assistance. Work employs opinion mining-assisted mechanism to address the above-mentioned issue. For the problem discussed, a self-dependent automated opinion mining strategy is required to resolve this issue. the paper presents an attempt to find a fuzzy-supported pattern that will help the students choose the best program alternative for their better improvement. the study suggests a data analytics methodology for the student’s educated, intelligent decision-making while selecting the best program. A candidate should consider a variety of weighted criteria while choosing a certain domain as they contribute to the selection process. A SWARA-assisted approach has been employed to assess the viability of the presented method and to determine weights of criteria depending on experts’ choices. Data from a college of education, Bilaspur, Greater Noida, was utilized in the research project. An empirical case study was carried out on data set of 800 students selected from diversified courses like ***., BCA, ***., ***. (Phy, Chem. Analyzing fish cell dimensions holds significant importance in biological research due to its implications for understanding fish physiology, health, and environmental interactions. this study poses a preliminary insight on the relevance of analyzing fish cell dimensions, particularly blood cells, for assessing fish health and monitoring environmental pollution. Alterations in cell size, shape, or proliferation rates can indicate physiological stress, disease conditions, or responses to environmental factors. the new Image Flow Cytometer has allowed the acquisition of thousands radiomic images of blood cell per unit of time. Advanced measurement techniques, including improved algorithms, machine learning, and convolutional neural networks (CNNs), have revolutionized morphometric analysis by enabling precise and efficient extraction of cellular measurements. Additionally, big data analytics offers opportunities to enhance cell dimension analysis by providing vast datasets for robust feature extraction and pattern recognition. Addressing measurement uncertainty and establishing ground truth are crucial for ensuring data reliability and validity. Artificial intelligence (AI) technology is rapidly advancing and gradually sweeping into various domains, bringing profound changes to production and daily life. However, with the opportunities presented by AI technology come inherent risks. Developing trustworthy AI involves focusing on aspects such as reliability, interpretability, fairness, robustness, and privacy protection. It is of paramount importance to constructing a reliable class of AI systems. Addressing the reliability issues prevalent in current widely deployed AI systems, this paper proposes an architecture for a reliable AI system based on knowledge reasoning. the aim is to achieve efficient, accurate and reliable knowledge processing and reasoning. AI-Math, a knowledge graph-based question-answering system developed according to this architecture, serves as an effective application example of reliable artificial intelligence.

Automatic modulation recognition (AMR) is a crucial task in intelligent receiver systems, with significant applications in both civilian and military scenarios. Deep learning-based modulation recognition algorithms have achieved high recognition accuracy and good robustness. However, the performance of DL-AMR heavily relies on a large amount of training data. When the training dataset has a limited number of samples or an imbalanced distribution across different classes, the accuracy of automatic modulation recognition for minority class samples may significantly decrease. therefore, a CNN model with a focal loss as the output layer's loss function is proposed to address the issue of decreased recognition accuracy for minority classes in the deep learning model when faced with imbalanced training data. Simulation results demonstrate that this model improves the recognition accuracy of classes with a limited number of samples.

Fingerprints have been crucial evidence for law enforcement agencies for a long time. though the rapidly developing deep learning has dramatically improved the performance of the latent fingerprint recognition algorithm, a fully automated latent fingerprint identification system is still far from meeting actual needs. One major issue is the lack of publicly available latent fingerprint databases. Recently, diffusion probabilistic models have emerged as state-of-the-art deep generative methods for image synthesis. these models have better distribution coverage and less mode collapse than the popular Generative Adversarial Networks. In this paper, we propose an end-to-end latent fingerprint synthetic approach based on the improved denoising diffusion probabilistic model. the proposed approach could simultaneously generate latent, rolled, and plain fingerprints of high visual realism. Several primary degradation factors, such as various background textures, limited area of ridge patterns, and structural noise, can be directly generated without any postprocessing, unlike existing methods. We conduct NFIQ2 and perceptual analysis in the experiments to evaluate the proposed approach. the results indicate that the quality and visual realism of the proposed synthetic fingerprints is similar to the natural ones, demonstrating the effectiveness of our approach.

With the development of economy, the demand for cars in our country is increasing. the traffic congestion and parking difficulties in cities make people headache. Especially in some public places, such as shopping malls, hospitals and other densely populated places, parking is particularly difficult. To solve the problem of parking, many shopping malls also use some automatic parking management systems. these systems have different concerns, different directions and uneven solutions. Although some difficulties have been solved, there are still some regrets. Based on this situation, it is necessary to design an autonomous parking system. this system is based on network technology, GIS technology, sensor technology, license plate recognition technology to develop an independent parking wechat small program, which can better solve some of the people's demands. © 2021 IEEE.

this paper aims to develop an advanced and intelligent home service robot utilizing machine vision technology, with a focus on optimizing both the chassis movement system and the gripping mechanism. the design incorporates an omni-wheel chassis for stable omnidirectional movement and a multi-degree-of-freedom robotic arm to enhance the gripping capabilities. A novel lightweight target detection method is introduced, significantly improving detection efficiency by leveraging spatial information for path guidance. through advanced path planning technology and SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) algorithms, the robot ensures safe and efficient navigation within a home environment. Experimental results showcase exceptional performance in map construction, human silhouette recognition, and object identification, offering a cutting-edge technological solution for the advancement of home service robotics.
