System development in government institution are for improvement of business processes that can help to make a good governance. the software features of commonality and variability might be achieved from business processes. It can related with cost and time that allocated for system development. In order to this condition, we develop software product line which is called SPL. Beside that, we use GORE to improve quality of SPL. We use OWL feature for checking of goal model in SPL. We proposed SPLGS framework for develop SPL Indonesian Government System. SPL Indonesian Government System would be derived from goal model and feature model alignment.

Usability is one of the significant factors of the software quality that is included into several models of software quality. Usability issues cause problems in the quality of software products that become risk in software usability. At this time, research on software usability risk is still small and not many approach taken to identify potential risks of software usability. If this continues to happen, then the production of unusable software will be increased. thus, the development of software usability risk assessment model becomes important to help software development team to identify, analyze and prioritize usability potential risks that can occur during the software development phase. Risk assessment on software usability with fuzzy-based methodology allows evaluation process that is defined with linguistic terms, in which information can be processed from the data that is inaccurate or vague. Risk assessment model in this study is assessing the usability software risk using fuzzy-based methodology that integrates risk factors, risk likelihood and risk severity to calculate the magnitude of risk.

A two-dimensional multi-scale cellular automaton - finite element (CAFE) model is used to simulate grain structure evolution and microsegregation formation during solidification of refined Al-7wt%Si alloys under microgravity. the CAFE simulations are first qualitatively compared with the benchmark experimental data under microgravity. Qualitative agreement is obtained for the position of columnar to equiaxed transition (CET) and the CET transition mode (sharp or progressive). Further comparisons of the distributions of grain elongation factor and equivalent diameter are conducted and reveal a fair quantitative agreement.

Human Factors have a huge impact on usability and user acceptance of a software. For this reason, knowing the user's characteristics is essential in the software development life cycle. this is a particular challenge for users with Autism, since the nature of the affliction makes each person unique. Adaptive Interfaces can be implemented to solve the usability problem for those cases, but first we need to define what characteristics to consider and the adaptations. In this paper we present the initial experimentation of a larger study of trying to determine a user model and interaction model for Adaptive Interfaces for persons with Autism Spectrum Disorder based on Executive Function measurements.

In the actual competitive software industry, software development organizations need a better and formal estimation approaches in order to increase the success rate of software projects. However, currently the estimation approach typically employed in industry is the expert judgment ('experience-based'). Using measures and estimations that continue to be based on researchers' intuition does not contribute to obtaining successful projects nor to mature software engineering. Any organization that aims to have or develop estimation approaches needs historical data, and the majority of the organizations do not have this information. Additionally acquisition of this information has expensive cost and time/effort consuming. this paper proposed the use of the EPCU approximation approach-that has demonstrated a several benefits-aiming to create a formal database with low cost and effort, that can be employed as a starting point to improve estimations in organizations without historical databases.

In the last years, Project Management discipline has become a very important factor for the success of any software development project, being the Planning Process particularly important. Likewise, the quality of the artifacts used in this process is critical. this paper proposes a data quality model that could be applied to a set of metadata proposed for different artifacts described in the Planning process defined in the international standard ISO/IEC 12207:2008, proposing at the same time a suitable structure for all these artifacts, taking into consideration for this the essential characteristics and structure of the input and output products of the Planning processes described in the PMBOK.

Changes in the economy, technology, competition, culture, external environment to the traditional marketing channel model had a huge impact, but also to promote the development and marketing channel model innovation. In the global economy, fierce competition in the consumer maturity to a certain extent today, the traditional marketing channel model in terms of efficiency, cost and controllability disadvantages have become increasingly prominent, one had been overlooked elements of a marketing mix marketing people began to channel attention, and winning the market become a strategic competitive advantage. Current power systems creates environmental impacts as well as global warming due to utilisation of fossil fuels, especially coal, as carbon dioxide is emitted into the atmosphere. It is therefore a fundamental concern today to be able to bring higher percentages of renewable electricity into the energy mix as these sources are climate-frindly and unlimited. However, intermittent nature of power output from renewable energy sources, in particular wind and solar, introduces potential technical impacts that affect quality of power observed including voltage fluctuations, power fluctuations, overloading of distribution transformers and voltage and current harmonics injection into the network. this study developed a simulation model with power system simulation software PSS Sincal to investigate the potential adverse impact of large-scale renewable energy (RE) penetration into the Rockhampton power networks, Queensland, Australia. From the model analyses, it has been clearly evident that large-scale RE integration not only influence in the low voltage distribution network but it also influence in the transmission, subtransmission and high voltage (HV) distribution network in terms of power quality issues such as voltage fluctuations, overloading of tranformers and injection of harmonics.

Reuse is a fundamental activity in software development lifecycle, which can be employed at any stage of development. Reuse of software artefacts, such as requirements, architectures, models, test cases among others, improves software quality and productivity. Because of its higher level of abstraction, requirements reuse (RR) is recognized as reuse approach that can provide more benefits in software development. A number of RR approaches are reported in the literature. these include domain-specific, pattern-based, ontology-based and general approaches. However, these approaches lack a strategy that could incorporate some key aspects of reuse, which are, reusable structure, variability modeling (VM) and traceability of software artefacts. In line with this, we make our contribution in this paper by (1) presenting the concepts and importance of software requirements patterns (SRP) and meta model for the enhancement of RR, (2) proposing a meta modeling strategy based on software product line engineering (SPLE), which comprises SRP, VM and traceability. We believe our proposal is novel and can support developers in SPL and model-driven engineering (MDE) benefit more from reuse in the course of software developments.

e-Government can be divided into several models, such as, Government-to-Citizen or Government-to-Customer (G2C), Government-to-Business (G2B), Government-to-Government (G2G), or Government-to-employees (G2E). Based on previous study, research on G2B model was not as many as the research on the other areas such as on G2C [12]. G2B faces business organization with complex rules. Many software applications have been developed however their utilization is low because most the applications could not meet the needs and expectation of the users or stakeholders. therefore, it is necessary to build a specific assessment model to further assess the suitability of software with the needs and expectations from users, so that the quality of the software applications can be guaranteed, and their utilization can be increased. Our study proposes a software assessment model using the development and improvement of metrics products from ISO/IEC 9126 for e-Government in the G2B model. the model includes the assessments on functionality, reliability, usability and efficiency. the model is expected to help a government to assess the quality of a software application for a G2B model. A case study in a local government office was performed to validate the model. Our model has been executed systematically, and the results has evaluated. the results demonstrate that our model can be used to assess a software application for G2B model. However more application of the model should be performed to give results for further analysis.
