the paper presents an improved text similarity algorithm and applies to the Clinical Decision Support System. It can improve the efficiency of decision making. After analyzing the disadvantages of the conventional TF-IDF algorithm and Cosine Similarity calculation, we propose an improvement to the text similarity algorithm. the proposed algorithm takes into full consideration the impact of semantically-similar keywords and textually-similar keywords on text similarity, therefore achieves improved accuracy. the function of this Clinical Decision Support System is to search for relevant biomedical articles and locate solutions.

With the highly development of computer network technology, in order to improve the enthusiasm of students' autonomous learning and promote the teaching pattern to student-centered, in this paper, the inform of engineering graphics assignments training(EGAT) mode is explored and the development technology of a Web-based engineering Graphics Exercise System(Web-EGES) is researched to solve the problem of training pattern being too monotonous. Firstly, this paper proposes the new mode of engineering graphics assignment training, which integrates manual drawing training, drawing with Computer Aided Design(CAD) software and online assignment training. Secondly, the Web-EGES is established based on browser/server(B/S) structure and the function modules of the system are designed. Finally, the multi-layers system architecture of Web-EGES is established and the implementation technology based on the Python and Django is presented. the System provides exercise database, answer database and 3D model database, which could be dynamic extended and updated. It is very convenient for teachers and students to connect to the Internet to use the system with desktop computers and mobile devices, such as smart phones and tablet computers.

this study aims to generate empirical evidence on the validity and reliability of Perception of Online Collaborative Learning Questionnaire (POCLQ) using Rasch model. the questionnaire was distributed to 32 (N=32) Diploma Hotel Catering students from Politeknik Ibrahim Sultan, Johor (PIS). Data obtained was analysed using WINSTEP version 3.68 software. the finding showed that POCLQ had high reliability with five categories of difficulties items. So, it can be concluded that POCLQ is reliable and strongly accepted. Meanwhile, analysis of items fit showed there were six items that are not in the specified range and based on standardised residual correlation measurement value; there were five items found to be overlapped that should be dropped. All the items that needed to be dropped based on the analysis of result had been refined and retained for the purpose of the study and based on expert's view. therefore, all items remained after Rasch analysis. It is hoped that this study will give emphasis to other researchers about the importance of analysing items to ensure the quality of an instrument being developed.

In the advanced routing of new networks communication and network technologies, it not only operates on some lower levels of a network protocol. But it also operates on some upper layers such as the application layer the highest level layer in network protocol stack of OSI model. the routing process can be known by a more abstract concept. It can process on many layers on network’s stack of OSI model. So this kind of routing may be called the upper layer routing protocol. As the content based routing, in the service based routing protocol, the information can be classified by categories or service classes. Subscribers and publishers can communicate with each other but they don’t know other’s address. So it is more dynamical in processing and more comfortable for ad-hoc network. However the upper routing must be based on lower layers to make routing decisions. But normal routing protocols are used for most static network or rather small wireless networks or not high mobility networks. In mobile ad-hoc networks, nodes move very often and fast, so bandwidth of connection between them may be reduced. therefore the transmission delay may be increased. the paper aims at purpose to increate QOS of routing by hierarchical clustering routing by using R+ tree in addition with some advanced techniques multicast routing, multiple paths, use GEN/ BEE/ ANT to optimize routes to transmit data. In R+ tree model, the network’s nodes are managed by Bottom-Up model from leaf nodes to root of the tree. All the leaf nodes, inner nodes and root of this tree are used for two roles: (i) Manage a cluster that consists all nodes that have direct connections with this node;(ii) Operate as a normal node. the paper mentions: (i) Setup hierarchical clustering network by using R tree structure. (ii) Making multicast tree from some cluster heads for fast routing. CMMI(Capability Maturity model Integration) is the key architecture of software engineering management which divides the whole software development life cycle into twenty-two process areas. DAR(Decision Analysis and Resolution) process area is one of the key process areas, it is executed when we meet multiple candidate programs. the main problem of the conventional expert scoring method, which is the most popular method for DAR, is difficult to converge to the best project objectively. In this paper, the Delphi principle was proposed to improve the expert scoring method in the DAR process area. And a smart city project was evaluated at project setting stage to show the improved method is effective and objective.

We use the high resolution Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) model to predict the characteristics of an intense cyclone, Chapala, which formed over the Arabian Sea in October/November 2015. the implemented model consists of two-way interactive nested domains of 9 and 3km. the prediction experiment of the cyclone started on 1200UTC of 26 October 2015 to forecast its landfall and its intensity based on NCEP global model forecasting fields. the results show that the movement of Chapala is well reproduced by our model up to 72 hours, after which track errors become significant. the intensity and cloud features of the extreme event as well as the distribution of hydrometeors is well represented by the model. All the characteristics including eye and eye-wall regions, mesoscale convective systems and distribution of different hydrometers during the lifetime of Chapala are very well simulated. the model output results in several hundred gigabytes of data, we analyze and visualize these data using state of the art computational and visualization software for representing different characteristics of Chapala and to verify the accuracy of the model. We further demonstrate the usefulness of a 3D virtual reality environment and its potential importance in decision-making system development.

Every day in the Internet emerged a large number of page about Study the Party Constitution and rules, become qualified Party members,the socialist core value concept, through the network of micro channel and micro Bo forwarding, socialist core values has been deeply teachers and students in Higher Vocational Colleges in the mind, the development and stability of Higher Vocational Colleges caused positive influence, so under the network environment the socialist core value concept to built the well-off society is of great significance to study. In this context. In this paper, the use of relevant theory of fuzzy mathematics knowledge, combined with the Internet and the C language software programming control, to vocational college socialist core value concept of network education mode of operation for the main body of the network set up the detailed discussion. Firstly, through the form of questionnaire survey on vocational college students use network frequency were investigated. the results showed that students use network frequency increases with the passage of time, the students in Higher Vocational Colleges to primary and middle school students use the network with high frequency. then, by combining fuzzy theory of minimum production tree on the network set up a mathematical model and weights depending on the school network is given, according to the weight, finally to the socialist direction of public opinion, the role of sites were set up, and the eventual establishment of a network to produce the smallest number and get the total weight.

A "multi-module" project involves more than onesubcomponent, with possible dependencies between components. An automotive electronics, a core course taught for the studentsof circuit branches is mainly application oriented involvingsystem level concepts. the course was introduced to cater to theneeds of automotive industries. the concepts of entire course canbe divided into five main domains, power train, safety systems, body, driver assistance and infotainment systems. Accordingly tocomplement the learning it was decided to introduce an extendedactivity in the form of course projects wherein the theme was todevelop electronic control units (ECUs) for every domain. AnECU of an automotive has multiple functionalities, eachrepresenting a sub-module of a bigger system. the integration ofsub-modules to realize a specific ECU was major objective of theactivity. the sub-module development involves modeling, hardware/software development and communication protocolimplantation. To impart the industry like working cultureamongst students, every sub-module belonging to specific ECUwas assigned to the students of different department. Submodules were developed independently by specialized dedicatedteam of a particular department and were integrated todemonstrate a final ECU by different department teams. thePrototype models with an option of testing on a test vehicle werethe results of this activity. the student learning was measured interms of their ability to work in a team, project managementskills and their technical competencies to develop sub-modulesand integration of sub modules.

BACKGROUND: With the rapid development of modern medical imaging technology, medical image classification has become more important for medical diagnosis and treatment. OBJECTIVE: To solve the existence of polysemous words and synonyms problem, this study combines the word bag model with PLSA (Probabilistic Latent Semantic Analysis) and proposes the PLSA-BOW (Probabilistic Latent Semantic Analysis-Bag of Words) model. MEthODS: In this paper we introduce the bag of words model in text field to image field, and build the model of visual bag of words model. RESULTS: the method enables the word bag model-based classification method to be further improved in accuracy. CONCLUSIONS: the experimental results show that the PLSA-BOW model for medical image classification can lead to a more accurate classification.

the evolution of businesses, driven by the advent of the internet and subsequent globalisation, was very quick and sudden. Enterprises that had traditional development strategies and that were used to slow changes are suddenly feeling the urge to evolve or face obsolescence. this fast-paced evolution frequently leads to mistakes and erroneous decisions, many of which are solely detected after a long period. When this happens, frequently the only solution is to return to a previous stable business stage before proceeding. the EU co-funded FP7 TIMBUS project comprises tools and techniques to improve business continuity featuring an intelligent strategy for digital preservation of business assets and environments based on risk-management. this paper proposes the modelling of service-based negotiation strategies to help in two phases: First in the definition of the enterprise business interoperability strategy, and second, in the reasoning of assets and concepts needed for the capture of digital preservation of business assets.
