In electric power industry, the lack of post-evaluation system for science and technology projects leads to problems such as incomplete evaluation, lack of scientific basis, missing improvement opportunities and lowering decision-making level. therefore, the establishment of the post-evaluation system of science and technology projects is very important to improve the level of science and technology and promote the development of the industry. this paper proposes a post-evaluation system for science and technology projects based on micro-service architecture, which adopts the separation mode of front and back end to evaluate and analyze the science and technology projects of State Grid. through modular micro-service architecture and unified interface standard, the system realizes five modules: science and technology project data management, index system establishment, project classification, index evaluation and expert evaluation. the system can comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness and quality of scientific and technological projects, present the results in an easy-to-understand manner, provide scientific basis, and improve the level of decision-making. At the same time, we will systematically promote scientific project structure, improve fund utilization, measure project quality and promote low-carbon development. this study provides important guidance and support for the technological development of electric power enterprises.

Systems and control engineering is an engineering transversal area where it is especially important to validate the theory and learn how to implement controller schemes in real-life processes. Unfortunately, universities' Automatic control courses usually teach only theoretical subjects, which involve lots of math, with little experimentation or validation of the actual processes. However, there are available useful tools like the Arduino TCLab kit, which can be helpful in the knowledge transfer process, as it allows students to test what they have learned. the work describes two principal aspects: a controller design methodology and the importance of the simulation testing value before the experimental tests. Comparisons between PID controller techniques and compensator procedure design and their impact on process output and final control element performance are made considering the theory and TCLab experimentation. the results showed that in this process PI and PID controllers have an overall better effect controlling the output than compensators. Despite the theory indicated that the PID controller is the best option, TCLab validation demonstrates that it has significant problems dealing with noise, leaving the PI controller as a better alternative. © 2022 IEEE.

Aiming at the autonomous navigation ability of indoor mobile robot, a mobile robot based on embedded control system with SLAM based navigation is designed in this paper. the embedded control system includes indoor self-localization modules, differential driving mechanism, multimedia interaction and the embedded control bank. the proposed mapping algorithm based on sensor fusion odometry algorithm and Lidar SLAM is established. With the map built in SLAM, the whole navigation system including localization, path planing and motion planning modules is introduced then. the results of mapping and navigation experiments demonstrate the good performance of our proposed mobile robot, meanwhile, the mapping and navigation results also show high accuracy of our proposed algorithm. © 2020 IEEE.

In this paper, we propose a deep learning-based lung disease classification scheme SGC-Net, which does not rely on the work experience of doctors and realizes accurate and rapid classification of pneumonia. SGC-Net is composed of partition network and classification network, the output of the segmentation network guides the classification network to focus on the lung region, it solves the problem of classification errors caused by background interference in the traditional pneumonia classification network and the loss of global information when using lung CXR alone. In this paper, we use global CXR and lung CXR to reconstruct a dataset suitable for classification network training. Meanwhile, the KL divergence consistency loss function is also introduced into the classification network, which makes the classification result of the global CXR obtained from the classification network consistent with its own lung CXR as much as possible, so that the lung CXR can guide the global CXR and achieve lung location enhancement guidance. In addition, this paper presents CXR-cam, a visualization method based on Grad-cam for classification networks, which is used to study and analyze the classification ability of classification networks and to automatically label lesion regions. conclusion: the binary (pneumonia, Normal) mode constructed using SGC-Net reached ACC score of 0.959 and AUROC score of 0.965 on the test dataset of ChestXRay2017,the Mean-IoU score of the segmented network reached 0.943, and compared with the traditional classification network, the scheme proposed in this paper achieved an advanced level of classification. In summary, this classification scheme has strong classification ability and good robustness, which can be used to construct an accurate and rapid auxiliary system disease of the lung, which solves the problems such as relying on the working experience of doctors when classifying pneumonia, and also realize the precise annotation of the location of the

the quality of visual feature representation has always been a key factor in many computer vision tasks. In the person re-identification (Re-ID) problem, combining global and local features to improve model performance is becoming a popular method, because previous works only used global features alone, which is very limited at extracting discriminative local patterns from the obtained representation. Some existing works try to collect local patterns explicitly slice the global feature into several local pieces in a handcrafted way. By adopting the slicing and duplication operation, models can achieve relatively higher accuracy but we argue that it still does not take full advantage of partial patterns because the rule and strategy local slices are defined. In this paper, we show that by firstly over-segmenting the global region by the proposed multi-branch structure, and then by learning to combine local features from neighbourhood regions using the proposed Collaborative Attention Network (CAN), the final feature representation for Re-ID can be further improved. the experiment results on several widely-used public datasets prove that our method outperforms many existing state-of-the-art methods. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Performances comparison between backstepping strategy and PI regulators based methods is provided. this paper addresses the reliable control synthesis problem for semi-Markovian jumping discrete-time neural networks (SMJDNNs) with delays and random faults by adopting event-triggered mechanism (ETM). the distortion probability for each actuator is governed by multiple Bernoulli probabilistic distribution delineate on the interval [0, T](T ≥ 1). Additionally, a more practical probabilistic actuator fault model for networked SMJDNNs is characterized. Under this framework, the distortion degree and failure rate of each actuator can be calculated by virtue of mathematical variance and expectation. By resorting to the Lyapunov functional method and combining with both the stochastic analysis technique and matrix inequality decomposition technique, several sufficient conditions on ensuring stabilization for co-designing the both the controller and trigger parameter matrices are formulated in the shape of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Eventually, a numerical example is exploited to illustrate the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed control design methodology. © 2020 IEEE.

It is critical to analyze vibration because of the prevalence of vibration in engineering. Our primary objective is to find a new method to analyze mechanical system vibrations under different circumstances with a single degree of freedom (SDOF). the mass-spring-damping (MSD) system's mathematical structure will be used as a baseline for analyzing the SDOF system. the second-order homogeneous linear time-invariant (LTI) system (under-damped, critically-damped, and overdamped) is analyzed and given in this conference paper. the findings include identified parameters such as dynamic magnetic variables and step responses. Besides, a PID controller is optimized for vibration.

A belt-type passive exoskeleton equipped with multiple working modes has been designed to support the back muscles during manual lifting tasks. Our concept is to develop a wearable assistive device that can provide motion-based assistance like the existing passive devices in the down phase of lifting, but in the up phase, can supply more load-based power. To achieve this goal, we designed two purely mechanical control mechanisms that can preload the load-based assist force and release it when the wearer intends to erect the trunk. this paper presents mathematical proof using a linked segment model and moment balance equations in the sagittal plane. Simulation proof is also provided based on a simple musculoskeletal model which executed sagittal plane lifting with a 20kg load in hands in stoop posture under three different conditions (no assist, classic mode, enhanced mode). the subsequent results suggest that the device substantially reduces the muscle force and lumbar moment by 27.7-43.5%, and in the enhanced mode, the efficacy is better than the classic mode. No such a quasi-passive back-support exoskeleton was found at the time of writing. this design concept is promising to help reduce the risk of back injuries in heavy load lifting and works that need workers to keep a forward bending and static holding postures such as vehicle assembly. © 2020 IEEE.

Gas-Solid flow finds its application in various industries such as chemical and food processes, pharmaceuticals, automobile and power generation. the precise measurement and real-time monitoring of the flow process have garnered a lot of attraction in the modern industrial era. the effective utilization, with high efficiency, of the resources have compelled the researchers to investigate Gas-Solid flow monitoring and measurement process for the last two decades. Efforts are extended to design instruments for flow pattern visualization and quantification of mass flow rate. Generally, volumetric flow concentration and velocity profile of the solid particles are required to find the mass flow rate (MRF) in the case of non-invasive measurement techniques. this paper proposes a novel non-invasive mass flow rate measurement system for solid particles where electrical and mechanical sensors are simultaneously used to compensate each other's associated drawbacks. the solid particles are allowed to slide along an insulated inclined channel under the effect of gravity. the velocity profile and volumetric flow concentration are calculated using electrical sensors. Furthermore, load cell serves as a second sensor to calculate the mass flow rate. the experimental results from both the sensors are compared to investigate the accuracy and relative errors of both the sensors under different conditions. © 2020 IEEE.
