In the field of modern education, digital smart teaching cloud platforms are becoming an important trend in teaching reform. this study aims to explore the design and application of digital smart teaching cloud platforms based on artificial intelligence algorithms. Combining personal experience in educational technology, we analyze the specific applications of AI in personalized teaching, intelligent recommendation systems, and natural language processing. through in-depth case analysis and data research, we find that these platforms not only improve teaching efficiency but also greatly enhance the student learning experience. However, challenges remain in building these platforms, such as data privacy issues and content quality control. this paper provides new ideas and suggestions for the future development of smart teaching cloud platforms through detailed examples and unique insights.

In order to improve the accuracy and robustness of load forecasting in distribution networks, a Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) model was constructed based on deep learning techniques. Design a multi-layer LSTM network architecture through correlation analysis and feature importance assessment, and improve the predictive performance of the model. the experimental results show that the LSTM model exhibits excellent accuracy in hourly, daily, and weekly predictions, significantly better than traditional ARIMA and Support Vector Regression (SVR) models, and maintains good robustness in noisy environments. this method provides effective technical support for the development of smart grids.

It focuses on dynamically representing forests for optimized health resource management and sustainability, simulating environmental interactions, and adapting to changing conditions for real-time monitoring and efficient resource usage. the implementation of the model substantially improved the energy and resource efficiency of the digital twin. the construction of spatiotemporal graphs within the model has led to a more accurate and precise representation of the complex interactions within forest ecosystems. this improvement in model fidelity is crucial to understanding and managing the dynamic nature of forests effectively. the adaptability of the RL algorithms is instrumental in managing the dynamic aspects of forests. the RL algorithm has optimized the trade-off between model accuracy and computational overhead, which is vital for the real-time application of the model in forest management. the insights gained from this study have substantial implications for the sustainable management of forest resources.
