With the growing demand for efficient code generation and maintenance in software development, model-driven development and SQLcontrol development have gradually become important choices in modern enterprise applications. this paper focuses on JDL (Jhipster Domain Language) in JHipster and MyBatis-Plus, comparing their core technical features in data model generation, database interaction, development efficiency, and applicable scenarios to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of these two development models. through experiments, this paper evaluates the performance of JDL and MyBatis-Plus in terms of development efficiency, code maintainability, and system performance, while further exploring how to leverage the strengths of both frameworks in mixed development scenarios to address complex project requirements. Experimental results show that JDL is better suited for rapid development and highly automated, standardized scenarios, while MyBatis-Plus excels in handling high complexity and fine-grained control requirements. this paper summarizes the applicable scenarios of these two development models and their combined usage, providing developers with detailed technical guidance for technology selection and offering recommendations for optimizing future database development tools. © 2024 IEEE.

With the continuous development of ship industry, simulators with 32-bit ARM architecture with various functions are widely used in navigation training, process rehearsal and other scenes. this paper introduces a multi-task software design scheme based on FreeRTOS operating system and 32-bit ARM. this scheme is based on the processing methods of task scheduler, task priority and time slice used by FreeRTOS system to deal with time-sensitive tasks. It designs task priority and task stack based on preemptive task scheduling scheme, and designs task blocking and triggering mode based on semaphore and notification value after task creation. Finally, according to the task triggering principle of FreeRTOS, an optimization scheme for a single task that takes too long time is designed. the technical scheme described in this paper realizes multiple time-sensitive tasks on the traditional 32-bit ARM, and provides a strong support for the development of ship simulator software. © 2024 IEEE.

Estimating effort allows managers and software engineers to accurately anticipate, forecast, and quote schedule, budget, and manpower requirements. Determining estimated project cost, duration, and maintenance efforts well in advance Of the development stages is the biggest defiance to be attained for software projects. Formal models for cost estimation, such as the Constructive Cost Model (COCOMO) are limited by their inability to manage uncertainty in software projects early development cycle. this research presents an optimal optimization of software development cost estimation using genetic algorithm. It provides a fine solution to set the uncertain and ambiguous properties of software factors. It adopts COCOMO II model formulas and manages fine-tuning parameters for accurate effort and scheduled time software cost estimation. An experiment has been carried out using a NASA data set in order to improve the proposed algorithm. the experimental results show a significant optimization for both software effort up to 97.27% accuracy and scheduled time up to 98.88%. this research has emphasized that applying the genetic algorithm with fine-tuning parameters of COCOMO II model definitely improve the software development cost estimation. © 2024 IEEE.

In the domain of software design and development, humans play crucial roles as creators, designers, coders, testers, users, and, on occasion, even abusers of software systems, especially in cyber security. the international Workshop on Human-Centric software engineering & Cyber Security (HCSE&CS) focuses on human-centric concerns in software engineering and cyber security, addressing the various roles of individuals in these domains. the fourth edition of the HCSE&CS Workshop was conducted in a hybrid format and took place in Kirchberg, Luxembourg, on September 11, 2023, in conjunction with the 38th IEEE/ACM international conference on Automated software engineering. this post-workshop report serves to outline the workshop's goals and motivations, while offering a concise summary of the presentations and discussions that took place during this event.

this study suggests utilizing digital teaching resources, specifically color U3 nephogram, to enhance the effectiveness of engineering Mechanics classroom instruction. To establish this approach, the research team created a finite element model based on a challenging problem. By collecting and applying numerous digital materials, we conducted a teaching experiment with 37 students. Results of the evaluation indicate that the experiment improved the quality of instruction and significantly increased students' interest. the color nephogram proved to be an intuitive and clear tool for helping students grasp abstract concepts and complicated mathematical calculations. Finite element technology allows access to a large number of digital resources and its facilitates innovation in the teaching of engineering Mechanics.

Project management studies and practical applications have thoroughly analyzed organizations in both the public and private sectors. However, the growing need to improve the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) sector is crucial for enhancing national development and ensuring its sustainability. Research has shown that a large proportion of SMEs struggle with project management challenges, resulting in a concerning failure rate of around 80% during the first five years of their operations. this statistic highlights the crucial requirement for a comprehensive project management methodology to enhance global success rates and extend the existence of SMEs. this study involved conducting a survey-based investigation into the challenges encountered by SMEs when incorporating project management frameworks into their way of operating. In the dynamic field of software development have faced many challenges when it comes to implementing organized project management frameworks. this research explores the challenges in software development, including limited resources, skill gaps, and the need for specialized tools that align with the distinctive characteristics of the industry. A comprehensive examination, based on careful data collection, reveals the challenges presented by combining traditional project management strategies with the agile and iterative nature of software projects. this investigation aims to strengthen SMEs by bridging the gap between theory and practice. It seeks to help SMEs navigate their growth path more effectively and efficiently in a competitive market. this paper aims to enhance scholarly discourse by offering a comprehensive understanding of the complex challenges faced by SMEs in the software sector, as well as providing practical solutions.

With the increasing development of modern equipment, data collection and real-time display of mechanical equipment are becoming more and more widespread. this article uses Visual Basic software to design a mechanical equipment vibration parameter upper computer detection system. the system interface design layout and underlying software design are described in detail. through system software debugging, vibration data display and waveform drawing are realized, and vibration amplitude and frequency measurement are also achieved, which has certain practical value. © 2024 IEEE.

In recent years, China is the world's largest PV producer, the most complete PV industry chain, the largest PV market and the largest PV power generation capacity. Under the dual-carbon target, the future development trend of China's PV market is very important. Based on the sample data of China's annual cumulative PV installations from 2001 to 2022, its regression equations were obtained by MATLAB software using cubic polynomials, exponential curves, Peel's growth curves, linderuo's growth curves, quadratic exponential smoothing, and BP neural network training models, respectively. After comprehensive analysis, the cubic polynomial curve and exponential curve fitting are better in terms of continuity, growth, reliability and rapidity, but the exponential method accelerates the error with the increase of extrapolation year, so it is recommended to use the cubic polynomial curve. Finally, the cubic polynomial is used to forecast the annual cumulative installed capacity of PV (including distributed and centralized) in China from 2023 to 2030. Comparing with the results predicted by the China Photovoltaic Industry Association (CPIA), the prediction results of this paper are on the small side, which is mainly due to the neglect of the effects of favorable policies, technological breakthroughs, and increasing domestic and foreign market demand. © 2024 SPIE.

this research focuses on software size estimation, which often ignores aspects of data complexity. software estimation generally only considers the difficulty of source code development and the experience of the development team. Ideally, software development should consider the difficulty of source code development and data in a balanced way. However, in practice, data is often considered an integral part of the system so it is included in the size estimation. this research uses a combination method between COSMIC Function Point Analysis (CFP) and Database Complexity Index (DBCI). the combination of CFP and DBCI is used as the main method to estimate the size of the Catering Management Information System. this research consists of four main stages: (1) actual business calculation, (2) database complexity calculation using DBCI, (3) data movement complexity calculation using COSMIC FSM, and (4) calculation of the estimated size. the results show that the data complexity is 32, while the database complexity is 221. the comparison between the estimated software size and the actual effort shows a difference of 31.68 percent. the limitation of this research is the absence of source code calculation or other methods, so the comparison between estimation and actual effort becomes unstable. © 2024 IEEE.

Simulation tools are important auxiliary tools for scientific research. Design method of a practical and convenient simulation software for visual simulation of collaborative formation control for mobile robot cluster was discussed in this paper. the simulation software was designed in two main parts: human-computer interaction and visualization display of algorithm simulation. the software was implemented based on Qt development platform and some key methods of design and implementation involved were detailed. the simulation results of this software under different formation control algorithms are shown to demonstrate its practicality and flexibility in applications. © 2024 IEEE.
