the adoption of mimic dynamic heterogeneous redundancy architecture is an important means to achieve endogenous security in information systems, which can be used to defend against known and unknown vulnerabilities and backdoor attacks. However, building mimic architecture lacks a cross platform, easy-to-use application mimic tool. the Netty based mimic application framework provides users with such a set of tools. Due to the use of Java to develop mimic components such as distributors, arbiters, and negative feedback scheduling at the bottom, it has the cross platform characteristics of Java, simplifying the installation and deployment of the final product;this framework is deployed in a container manner, which improves system efficiency and reduces the cost of mimic executor;the experimental results using this mimic framework show that the performance loss is less than 40%. the mimic application framework provides a convenient and efficient tool for realizing the mimic of applications. Based on consistency arbiter of redundant executor results, it can detect known and unknown attacks launched in cyberspace, and by cleaning and restoring abnormal executor, it can build a dynamic application running environment to support the security protection of information systems. © 2024 IEEE.

Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) have become a popular form of online learning, providing learners around the world with access to high-quality educational content. During the online learning process, it is crucial for instructors to understand where learners are experiencing difficulties and confusion through learning feedback. However, analyzing large volumes of learner feedback manually can be time-consuming and resource-intensive, making it difficult for instructors to identify areas of confusion and provide targeted support. In this paper, we present RE-MOOC to automatically identifying feedback expressing confusion or difficulty in MOOC discussion forums. Our approach leverages retrieval-enhanced prompt learning, which combines the benefits of similarity retrieval with the power of a pre-trained Edu-BERT model. By retrieving the most similar feedbacks and embedding them into the input with prompt learning, RE-MOOC can learn to classify feedbacks expressing confusion more effectively. We evaluate our approach on a real-world dataset of learner feedback collected from a popular MOOC platform and achieve promising results. Our approach outperforms state-of-the-art baselines in all four metrics, achieving 93.94% in F1-score and 95% accuracy. © 2024 IEEE.

the early detection of oral cancer is critical to improving patient outcomes and survival rates. this paper presents the Improved Neural Classification Scheme (INCS) for identifying oral cancer using deep learning techniques. the proposed model integrates MobileNet and EfficientNet, two state-of-the-art convolutional neural networks (CNN), to create an ensemble capable of extracting both fine-grained and high-level semantic features from oral cancer images. the dataset used consists of 500 oral cancer images and 450 non-cancerous images sourced from Kaggle. A comprehensive preprocessing pipeline, including resizing, normalization, and data augmentation, was implemented to optimize the dataset for model training. the INCS model achieved an accuracy of 98.65%, outperforming other models such as MobileNet, EfficientNet, ResNet, and VGG16. the model also achieved high scores in precision (96.89%), recall (97.45%), and F1score (97.17%), demonstrating its robustness in distinguishing between cancerous and non-cancerous lesions. this high accuracy, combined with its low false positive and false negative rates, highlights the potential of INCS for clinical application in oral cancer diagnosis. Future work will focus on expanding the dataset and exploring real-Time deployment in clinical settings. © 2024 IEEE.

Electricity consumption has been broadly concentrated on in the PC engineering field since numerous years. Utilization of various group models like Linear Regression, and random forest regression and gride search cv, adaboost algorithms to predict the power and to acquire exact outcomes. Notwithstanding, we additionally present the state-of-the-art programming apparatuses that award power assessment standards, along with two use cases that reinforce the request of energy fatigue in ML. Personalized medicine use genomic information and data analysis in order to develop treatment plan applicable to the specific patient. this approach is on the rise as the method to sequence DNA becomes more efficient and enabled by state-of-art deep-learning algorithms. Within the paradigm of genetic variations, personalized medicine can decrease side effects that occur during the treatment process as well as increase its efficiency. this approach is opposite to the mass approaches in the traditional system where the treatment is the same for all patients. this approach involves sophistication of deep learning models that increase the precision of risk, biotherapeutic interventions and genomics'. It also combines genetic data with demographic and medical data to create extensive client portraits. the suggested approach can be considered as a powerful basis for the translation of the concept of the PM into clinical reality. It points to the change that has been experienced in recent years regarding ownership of health data and deep learning to improve patient experience. the further research in this field has to concentrate on the potential solutions with the development of the algorithmic methods, and the repeatability and reproducibility of the results as well as the author's ethical approach to work. © 2024 IEEE.

In order to more effectively extract the identification images of road settlement monitoring points of autonomous rail rapid transit (art) from the actual complex scene, this paper proposes a binarization processing method based on the optimized Otsu algorithm. Firstly, the color-coded target image is converted into a grayscale image using the weighted average method to reduce the computational amount and improve the computational efficiency;secondly, Gaussian filtering is performed on the grayscale image to effectively remove the Gaussian noise in the image and improve the quality of the image;lastly, combining the morphology closure operation with the improved Otsu algorithm, the filtered image is binarized in order to eliminate the boundary effect and accurately extract the identification of monitoring point. the results show that the proposed method of this paper has higher stability and accuracy in processing the coded target images of road settlement monitoring point of art. © 2024 SPIE.

Near-infrared-II afterglow luminescence phosphors, which holds lower auto-fluorescence and up to 1,000-fold reduction in scattering losses, have achieved great attention as optimal probes for bio-imaging. Er3+, Nd3+, Ho3+ doped fluorides are ideal near-infrared luminescent materials as well as NIR-II persistent luminescence phosphors. Although they have been used for biological imaging, their afterglow luminescence properties are not yet ideal, and their afterglow mechanism still needs further research. Here, we have conducted a detailed study on the afterglow properties of Er3+, Nd3+, Ho3+ doped β-NaYF4 and provided their persistent luminescence mechanism, providing direction for improving the afterglow properties. © 2024 SPIE.

A Deep Q-Learning approach to Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDPS) offers a cutting-edge solution for enhancing cybersecurity by leveraging intelligent machine learning models. this method dynamically adapts to evolving threats, learning optimal defense strategies through a reward-punishment system. the presented architecture integrates sensor-based traffic monitoring, feature extraction, and real-time decision-making to strengthen network resilience. the system leverages sensor nodes to monitor traffic and uses traffic analyzers to extract critical features from network data. A Deep Q-Learning model is employed to analyze these features, dynamically adjusting security policies by learning through reward and punishment mechanisms. the system interacts with network infrastructure, such as firewalls, routers, and switches, to mitigate threats in real time. threat intelligence is continuously updated in a dedicated database, while an action executor enforces security measures and policies. this intelligent adaptation ensures proactive threat prevention and network resilience. © 2024 IEEE.

With the continuous progress of science and technology, the requirements of measurement technology become more and more accurate and diversified. In the field of electrical measurement, the digital multimeter, as an important tool, is widely used in the measurement of parameters such as voltage, current and resistance and so on. However, the traditional manual measurement method is less efficient and easily affected by human error. therefore, a software for automated measurement and control of the digital multimeter based on LabVIEW is designed in this paper, which is able to meet the requirements of today's *** software can automatically perform an over-difference analysis to judge whether the measurement data meet the standards through the process in which, by using graphical programming LabVIEW controls the digital multimeter and also inputs signal to it with a DC voltage source in order to automatically collect and compare the measurement results of it. In this case, it can be said that the software can effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of measurement, and can be widely applied with large potential. © 2024 SPIE.

With the advent of convenient toolkits like Qiskit now allowing for the simulation of quantum information processing architectures from the ground up, it has now become likelier than ever to consider the possibility of widely adopting quantum computational methods towards research-led teaching of techniques in undergraduate-level quantum chemistry. To that end, we show how elementary formulations of the Variational Quantum Eigensolver (VQE) can be harnessed for computing key chemical properties of molecules, namely their ground states, excited states, dissociation energies, and the Potential Energy Surface. We conclude with a discussion of the potential for adopting our methods towards both the dissemination of wider applications of quantum mechanics and the teaching of quantum computational methods for scientific computing in undergraduate curricula for STEM, and beyond.
