While being different forms of art, literature and music are similar in being able to convey symbolism, narrative and emotion. this paper explores the design and implementation of a music recommendation system in the context of a book and reading progress tracking web application. At the center of this work lies the question: How well can artificial intelligence find similarities between books and musical pieces and establish connections between them based on their symbolism? the main objective is to provide an answer to this question, by leveraging natural language processing algorithms. Numerous such algorithms have been implemented in music streaming applications, with the goal of recommending songs based on the user's listening preferences. However, the topic of music recommendations based on other arts or abstract human interests using artificial intelligence remains only briefly touched. this research aims to explore and extend this field, by employing techniques meant to provide relevant music suggestions stemming from literary tastes and to demonstrate the capacity of an artificial intelligence model to make accurate recommendations, by establishing connections between the semantic meanings and conveyed feelings of book snippets and song lyrics. Lastly, this work intends to contribute to the field of natural language processing in artificial intelligence, by bridging the gap between two prominent cultural arts in this day and age, by building an exploration base for correlating music with other forms of art. © 2024 IEEE.

Because of the increased market opening and massive data collection brought about by globalization, the need of maintaining control over customs procedures has increased. However, the integration and processing of customs data are complicated by its extreme imbalance. Finding autonomous, computationally sophisticated solutions for customs handling is therefore crucial. the study described in this paper aims to propose an artificial intelligence-based method for customs fraud detection through data analytics. A machine learning-based approach for detecting customs fraud is proposed. the research methodology includes data preprocessing, data analytics, combining results, and deriving precise solutions from results obtained. the aim is to extract meaningful information from a dataset. For the purpose of classifying customs fraud, seven algorithms for machine-learning-kNN, SGD, Constant, Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Neural Network, and Naive Bayes-Are chosen and empirically assessed. © 2024 IEEE.

Remote sensing semantic segmentation is applied to land cover mapping and urban change detection. Recently, some methods introduced CNN and Vit hybrid methods to solve the remote sensing semantic segmentation. Furthermore, to reduce the computation cost, they mainly introduce the window-self-attention or not the villain self-attention to extract the global semantic feature. However, the window-self-attention ignores the channel interaction information. To fix the problem, we propose Channel-wise Unet-based Transformer (CUformer). the CUformer introduces channel attention to add the channel interaction information into the window-self-attention. Furthermore, previous works have proved that semantic segmentation needs to fine-grain the global semantic feature. therefore, we design a simple fine-grained head, which introduces a local feature to fine grain the global semantic feature. Extensive experiments show that our model achieves state-of-the-art performance in Potsdam and Vaihingen datasets. © 2023 IEEE.

In the modern age of Sixth-generation (6G) connections, the merging of the Intellect Internet of Issues (IIoT) plays a crucial part in improving storage and processing of data powers. the core goal of 6 G is to provide extremely small delay, high speed, and improved quality of service so as to enable smooth contact among network points. Within the medical industry, it is important to fit all facilities at state-ofthe-art technology to allow clever diagnoses, patient-centric therapies, and a range of healthcare services, outside the confines of a medical facility and online. To ensure the health care sector's readiness and flexibility to cutting-edge technology, giving varied uses from robotic treatments to remote patient tracking via portable technologies in Active Adaptive Living (AAL) environments is important. the intelligent connecting platform serves as the backbone, managing various networking hubs and input devices to offer time-sensitive healthcare services. this paper presents a new reference layered communication system designed for realtime conversation among nodes and devices. By studying the future aspects of the 6 G system, the paper shows its potential uses in healthcare, hoping to improve treatment effectiveness and smartly combine services. the suggested structure attempts to build a strong basis for the changing world of healthcare apps in the framework of 6 G technology. © 2024 IEEE.

the synthesis of quantum circuits from phase gadgets in the ZX-calculus facilitates quantum circuit optimization. Our work provides an alternative formulation for the architecture-aware synthesis algorithm of PauliOpt [13] by replacing the stochastic approach of PauliOpt with a heuristic based search and utilizes a divide and conquer method to synthesize an optimized circuit from a ZX polynomial. We provide a comparison of our algorithm with PauliOpt and other state-of-the-art optimization libraries. While we note poorer performance for highly structured circuits, as in the QAOA formulation for Max-Cut, we demonstrate a significant advantage for randomized circuits, which highlights the advantages of utilizing an architecture-aware methodology. © 2023 IEEE.

Productivity in open pit operations in the mining industry is conditioned by the manual assignment of trucks by the dispatcher, who does not have the ability to find the optimal policy by himself, having many variables that consider. To this end, an MIP optimization model is proposed that considers the scheduling of a discretized operating shift in smaller stages that consider positions and capacities of available trucks, and congestion based on a differential speed based on the number of trucks in different sections of the transport route. the model seeks to prioritize the transfer of material to crushers and meet material goals during the planning horizon. Preliminary results indicate that it is possible to reduce the violation of the production plan by destination by 12% and increase productivity by 46% with respect to the state of the art of similar solutions. © 2024 Elsevier B.V.. the agriculture sector has already seen a favorable advancement because of the involvement of machine learning (ML) methods. Sugarcane industry faces a gruesome drawback because of several types of leaf diseases. Nowadays, ML methods have come handy also to detect the diseases at the very early stage. Our work represents a cutting-edge deep learning method with a goal to classify five popular sugarcane leaf diseases: Bacterial Blight, Mosaic, RedRot, Rust, Yellow, and can also identify which one is Healthy. this study also conducts a comparative analysis of various state-of-the-art models, evaluating their training time, parameters, accuracy and model size using the same dataset. Based on this evaluation, the optimal model was selected for final evaluation. Several pre-trained models were modified to enhance speed and reduce storage requirements. the system can identify the disease category for every given sugarcane leaf image using the EfficientNetB0 model, which demonstrated the best performance, and also provides the probability of correct identification. Several preprocessing steps are involved such as removing noise, addressing missing data, and standardizing images to ensure maximum accuracy. the models were trained, validated, and tested on a dataset of 4,800 sugarcane leaf images from the Sugarcane Leaf Disease Dataset. Among all the models, EfficienNetB0, InceptionV3 and ResNet50 achieved high accuracy (98.75%, 98.54% and 98.54%, respectively). However, EfficienNetB0 was ultimately chosen due to its faster training, smaller size, and fewer parameters, making it ideal for this study. © 2025 IEEE.

Herein, a social trust model is presented for investigating social relationships and social networks in the real world. Our proposal addresses the design of conceptual concepts to easily implement and develop complex applications that require direct interaction among objects. the secure social relationship paradigm guarantees network navigability, even if there are more objects on the traditional Internet of things (IoT). this paradigm shift is very interesting, but very limited researchers have worked in this direction. therefore, the core objective of our article is to study and classify these objects and emphasize the importance and the characteristics of trust in social objects and their relationships. Herein, five types of secure social relationships were identified and explained with real scenarios. Finding new social relationships and understanding different features and characteristics helps the researcher understand their structure and, thus, build trust between smart objects. Based on these social relationships we propose secure social relationship modeling. the achieved experimental result shows that our proposed model outperforms as compared to the state-of-the-art model. the efficiency is measured based on processing time and precision. We present a critical alternative vision based on the most recent literature. We discuss social relations along with strengths and weaknesses. Our critical analysis guides the reader to understand this paradigm in-depth and its impact on future technologies, i.e., artificial social intelligence. We also present the major ongoing research activities and highlight the most important technical and critical challenges associated with these objects, such as inter-object relations, support and definition of new communication primitives, and security and privacy concerns. © 2024 IEEE.

this project's aim is to monitor the electrical activity of the user's muscle cells using the QNET Myoelectric Board and NI ELVIS II+ board. An opto-isolated sensor and a grounding strap are included in this electromyograph. the board includes an on-board signal processing and filtering mechanism, as well as a PCI-based data collection system. the board is connected using the LabVIEW application, which stands for Laboratory Virtual Instrument engineering Workbench (LabVIEW). LabVIEW is a graphical programming language and hence a direct connection between the user and the board is possible. the data is acquired, and five assessment criteria are applied to it. Graphs are shown based on time stamps for two participants (male and female), and the analyzed data is compiled to draw crucial conclusions. © 2022 IEEE.

Real time remote data collection and precise processing are the foundation for smart water conservancy to carry out business applications. this paper studies real-time denoising algorithms for hydrological monitoring data in the context of higher requirements for real-time and accurate data processing in smart water conservancy. Based on the analysis of current data noise types and characteristics, as well as the main denoising algorithms and their advantages and disadvantages, a real-time denoising algorithm based on suspicious data caching mechanism is proposed. through theoretical analysis and practical application verification, this algorithm is progressiveness in terms of time consumption, space consumption, accuracy and adaptability. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).
