this study delves into the economic feasibility of various energy system combinations under the influence of carbon fee policies, using a convenience store located in the Changbin Industrial Park as a representative case. the primary focus is analyzing the intricate relationship between the Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE) and carbon fees. In light of the growing importance of sustainable energy practices, this research explores how different combinations of renewable energy sources and storage systems can be optimized within the context of evolving carbon fee regulations. the findings underscore the pivotal role of carbon fees as a decisive factor in determining the economic viability of microgrid systems. Specifically, when the carbon fee escalates to NT$3000/tCO2e, certain system configurations, such as GPWL (Grid-Photovoltaic-Wind-Lithium) and GPWF (Grid-Photovoltaic-Wind-Flow Battery), emerge as economically viable options. However, the feasibility of these systems is significantly influenced by the prevailing costs of green electricity procurement, which can either enhance or limit their attractiveness. Moreover, the study introduces a regression analysis model capable of accurately predicting fluctuations in energy costs across different carbon fee scenarios. this model provides a robust analytical tool for decision-makers, enabling them to anticipate the financial implications of policy changes on energy systems. the insights derived from this research are particularly valuable for businesses and policymakers, offering a hopeful vision of a future with cost-effective and sustainable energy solutions. © 2024 IEEE.

Electric vehicles are an important option for reducing emissions of greenhouse gases. Electric vehicles not only reduce the dependency on fossil fuel but also diminish the impact of ozone depleting substances and promote large scale renewable deployment. this paper gives a mini overview of an innovative automated smart parking for electric vehicles and the recent research and works in the sector of electric vehicles. the paper describes the main part of automated parking design working model and working procedure of vehicles and their work. the major components are battery, motor, charger, steering, and braking. We use YOLOv3 (You Only Look Once version 3) is a real-time object detection algorithm. It uses a single convolutional neural network (CNN) to simultaneously detect objects and classify them into various categories in real-time. It classifies the detected vehicle as Car, Bus, Truck or Bike which are parked in the parking slot. this paper finally shows basic concepts of automated parking model for electric vehicles with vehicle detection. So we could maintain the vehicles history in a regular basis. there are automated parking model for electric vehicles (hardware design model with Arduino board, improvisation on previously design logical model using python programming, vehicle detection model is the main focus of this paper. Vehicle counting can be used in a parking lot to monitor the number of vehicles entering and leaving the lot. this information can be used for a variety of purposes, including managing parking spaces, predicting traffic flow, and optimizing parking lot operations. Vehicle classification can also be used to improve road safety. For example, by identifying heavy vehicles, traffic controllers can enforce speed limits and weight restrictions on certain roads, reducing the risk of accidents and damage to infrastructure. In contemporary years, image denoising has developed as an important investigation topic in the arena of image processing due to the increasing demand for high-quality images. Deep learning approaches have recently demonstrated outstanding results in a variety of image processing applications. In this research, a wavelet transform and deep learning-based method is suggested for image denoising. To successfully remove noise from an image, the suggested method is based on a hybrid network that combines wavelet transform with convolutional neural networks (CNNs). the suggested method is divided into two steps, one based on wavelet transforms and the other on deep learning. the input image is divided into wavelet coefficients at various scales and orientations in the wavelet transform-based stage. the noise is subsequently filtered out of the wavelet coefficients using a thresholding method. A CNN is taught to acquire the plotting among the noisy image and the denoised image during the deep learning-based step. the experimental results show that, in terms of both quantitative metrics and visual quality of the denoised images, the suggested strategy outperforms a number of state-of-the-art image denoising methods. the suggested method is also independent of the prior knowledge of the noise statistics and resilient to various types of noise. Overall, the suggested method successfully tackles image denoising by fusing the compensations of deep learning and wavelet transform. the suggested method could be used for a variety of computer vision applications that call for high-quality image denoising. © 2023 IEEE.

Innovation is not a destination;it is a journey to explore. Smart home appliances are being introduced into our day-to-day lives and they have a vast future opportunity. To control these appliances, people are looking for new technologies. Bluetooth is a convenient way of wireless communication within a short distance. In this research work, an Android application-based Bluetooth-controlled smart home automation system has been introduced. A programmable Arduino Uno is the controlling heart that works based on programming commands. A Bluetooth module (HC-05) is used for wireless connectivity and a relay circuit for switching. An interactive Android graphical user interface (GUI) has been developed by adding touch and voice command features for those who are blind and unable to move easily. A speech recognition feature has also been added to the Android application. English and Bangla are two languages that have been integrated into the programming so that English is taught and local Bengali people can easily control home appliances by using voice command. © 2022 IEEE.

Electronic voting methods are gaining popularity in contemporary culture. It has the potential to reduce administrative expenses and enhance voter participation. Electronic voting systems must be lawful, accurate, secure, and convenient when utilized in elections. this paper aims to establish a project to make electoral systems more decentralized and scalable. As functionality increases, it significantly enhances the Proof-of-Work idea embraced by Bitcoin and Ethereum. through Solana, it will be simple to implement business logic and ensure that it assists in resolving the world's common problems. We used Solana libraries and the Anchor framework to implement our system to provide convenient tools for developing secure Solana programs and rust programming language. © 2022 IEEE.

Defect pattern classification of wafer bin maps (WBMs) is important owing to accurate classification is helpful in manufacture procedure improvement and so as to avoid further defects. though the newest study of single defect WBM has made great progress, research seldom focus on the recognition of mixed-type defect WBMs possibly due to insufficient mixed-type defects data which is necessary during model training. therefore, we suggest an AlignMixup-based classification approach to train convolutional neural networks with only a single defect WBMs data for mixed-type defects classification. Unlike previous approaches based on synthesizing mixed-type defect samples before model training, our method generates mixed-type defect WBMs adopting AlignMixup a powerful data augmentation method for model training. In the classification of WBM with two defect types, our method makes improvement by 16.9 % compared to previous settlements without consideration of mixed-type defect patterns. We performed on an real-world dataset of WBMs to prove the effectiveness and applicability of this approach. AlignMixup-based classification arrangement performs better than the state-of-the-art mixup approaches on five different benchmarks. © 2023 IEEE.

the Analysis of Disease Forecast using Machine Learning may be a framework that makes an exact prediction based on the data or side effects that the user enters into the framework and the infection it will cause. If the understanding isn't very accurate and the client really needs to know the type of illness he or she has experienced, it could be a framework that offers the client the tips and tricks to maintain the client's wellbeing framework and it provides a way to discover the illness using this forecast. the health industry plays a crucial role in treating patients' infections, so there are typically a few types of offer assistance for the health industry. By just getting the client's indications and using the framework, the health business can also profit from it. they will be able to tell in a reasonable amount of time. With the help of machine learning and the Python programming language with Tkinter interface, this Malady Expectation Utilizing Machine Learning has been completed in full. It also uses the dataset that the medical facilities already have access to and uses that to predict the spread of infection. Test Case Prioritization (TCP) is crucial in the fast-paced world of software development to speed up and optimize testing procedures, particularly in Continuous Integration (CI) setups. this paper aims to first validate a state-of-the-art neural network model to TCP in CI environments, by applying it into a real-world industrial context, and second to propose MixTCP, a tool that integrates the neural network model and significantly enhances the regression testing experience from the software developer perspective. MixTCP is implemented in the Elixir programming language and employs the NEUTRON model, a state-of-the-art approach that uses neural networks to intelligently prioritize test cases, effectively improving fault detection and reducing testing time. the tool is composed of loosely coupled components (Mix TCP task, TCP Server, and NEUTRON model), thus enabling the integration of other Test Case Prioritization solutions too. the results show that MixTCP has the potential to be a valuable asset to modern software development methods, offering software engineers a more efficient, a more user-friendly, and an overall easier to integrate TCP approach. © 2024 by SCITEPRESS – science and Technology Publications, Lda.
