In recent years, significant advancements have been made in the field of LLMs (large language models), particularly within the domain of code optimization. this paper explores the realm of code optimization in LLMs and presents comprehensive approaches to enhance the model's abilities to generate and correct code through fine-tuning, training, and and applying Chain-of-thought techniques during the inference phase. Novel strategies are introduced to augment the model's understanding of coded structures during the fine-tuning phase by integrating structured code information, providing a more robust grasp of core principles. this knowledge augmentation reflects a significant improvement in the model's structured comprehension of code and lays the foundations for a more effective generation and revision of code. Furthermore, a unique Chain-of-thought technique is applied during the inference phase to generate core coding principles and several sets of unit test data. the large language model is empowered to utilize these testing datasets for an active self-check and modification process. this novel methodology fosters the model's ability to autonomously adjust and fix the produced code, thereby enhancing the overall robustness and reliability of the generated code. the concepts and techniques elucidated in this paper aim to carve a path for future research and advancements in large language model code optimization. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).

In view of the disadvantages of the existing MPPT algorithm, which is difficult to adapt to the multi-peak characteristics of photovoltaic power generation module output under complex lighting environment and easy to fall into local optimization, In this paper, the MPPT control model of photovoltaic power generation module under complex lighting conditions is established by using Long Short-Term Memory deep neural network (LSTM DNN), and the actual photovoltaic power generation module is replaced by the established neural network model, and the MPPT controller is designed. the verification shows that it is feasible to use LSTM DNN neural network to establish a nonlinear model of photovoltaic power generation module under complex lighting conditions, and this model can be used to predict the MPPT response of photovoltaic power generation module under complex lighting conditions online. the designed LSTM DNN neural network MPPT controller is effective, and compared with the traditional perturbation observation control method, the MPPT tracking accuracy, tracking speed and output power improvement have shown significant advantages, which effectively solves the multi-peak problem of photovoltaic arrays under partial shade conditions, and improves the tracking accuracy and speed of MPPT control. © 2024 IEEE.

Accurately predicting photovoltaic power generation has a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power system. this manuscript proposes a multi-network fusion short-term PV power forecasting model. Firstly, the PV power was decomposed into steady-state and unsteady components by complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise (CEEMDAN), and the unsteady components were decomposed twice by variational mode decomposition (VMD). Secondly, the Catboost network is employed to predict steady-state decomposition power, and the WTCN-BiGRU-Attention network optimized by IWOA is employed to predict unsteady component PV power. Finally, the short-term prediction of PV power is realized by integrating the prediction results of each model component. A photovoltaic power plant's measured power generation for the whole year of 2018 is utilized to validate the prediction model, and the results show that the proposed multi-model fusion network with quadratic mode decomposition has a high accuracy for power generation prediction.

In the field of Global Positioning System (GPS), signal acquisition stands as the initial and crucial step in the signal processing chain. Numerous algorithms have been proposed for acquisition, and this paper introduces enhancements to the Parallel code-phase Search (PCS) algorithm utilized for acquiring GPS satellite signals. Our approach involves the generation of carrier replica and PRN code, as well as the calculation of the FFT conjugate of the PRN code using MATLAB, with subsequent storage in an SD-Card. A key improvement lies in utilizing a single FFT IPCore for both FFT and IFFT computations, eliminating the need for two FFT IPCores and one IFFT IPCore as seen in the original PCS algorithm. this optimization results in reduced consumption of DSP blocks and memory resources. Furthermore, we compared different architectures, namely Radix-4, Radix-2, and Radix-2lite, in terms of clock cycles, resource utilization, and power consumption. the Radix-4 architecture was chosen due to its efficiency. this enhancement not only lowers power consumption by at least 8.8% but also increases the algorithm execution time while reducing overall costs. © 2024 IEEE.

this paper focuses on the automated generation of test data aiming for maximum code branch coverage and introduces a test data generation framework utilizing the Improved Particle Swarm optimization (IPSO) algorithm. the IPSO algorithm is an improved version of the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm, which improves its performance and robustness by introducing an adaptive strategy and a new search mechanism. In our experiments, we conducted comparative experiments between the IPSO algorithm and the PSO algorithm and analyzed its performance on different program codes to be tested. the experimental results show that the IPSO algorithm outperforms the PSO algorithm in terms of average coverage and convergence speed. the test data generation framework based on the IPSO algorithm achieves significant performance improvement in different types of software testing tasks, and provides a feasible solution for automated test data generation to maximize branch coverage. © 2023 ACM.

To follow recently released grid code requirements and support grid frequency, Transmission system operators (TSOs) have to change the operation modes of their wind turbines (WTs) from maximum power point tracking (MPPT) to de-loading and, when possible, from grid following (GFL) to grid forming (GFM) mode. thus, the available power feedback signal from each WT to TSO is pivotal. Inaccurate estimation of WT available power leads to wrong set-point assignment from TSO and a possible dramatic impact on grid stability. this paper suggests using a model predictive estimation (MPE) algorithm to estimate wind turbines' available power. Among other online model learning methods, MPE can solve an optimization problem in a receding horizon and use the adaptation and prediction features to estimate time-varying parameters online. Receiving an accurate wind turbine available power will facilitate the TSO's role in providing each WT with the optimal operation set-points based on the reserved power at each time step. © 2024 IEEE.

In the realm of intelligent vehicles, the collaborative driving mode between autonomous systems and human drivers is regarded as a long-term developmental trend. this paradigm integrates autonomous systems, drivers, and road environments, necessitating the design of a safe and efficient human-machine co-driving system due to its inherent complexity. this study delves into the interaction mechanisms of human-machine co-driving, clarifies the types of driver takeover scenarios, and thoroughly examines the multifaceted challenges encountered during system downgrade, including the accuracy of motion prediction, driving risk assessment, driver state monitoring, vehicle state information analysis, and the optimization of human-machine interaction interfaces. To address these challenges, we propose a series of design recommendations: enhancing the efficacy of autonomous driving systems through dimensionality reduction strategies;bolstering system robustness with redundant environmental perception;constructing advanced prediction and risk assessment models;establishing a comprehensive driver state evaluation system;optimizing vehicle state information analysis during takeover processes;and designing intuitive human-machine interaction interfaces. the aim is to develop a co-driving system that not only leverages the strengths of autonomous driving but also ensures the effective intervention of drivers when necessary, thereby providing robust theoretical support and practical guidance for the construction of safe, efficient, and intelligent autonomous driving human-machine collaborative systems. © 2024 IEEE.

this article explores an optimization method for lightweight 3D models by implementing mesh simplification through the Enhanced Quadratic Error Metric (QEM) algorithm. In response to the common problems of feature loss and geometric structure anomalies in the QEM algorithm, this study introduces surface density, vertex curvature, vertex distance, and boundary folding cost as simplification factors. these factors precisely control the folding cost of the edges, effectively preserving model features and maintaining the integrity of the geometric structure. In addition, the principle of KD tree is utilized to accelerate the search for effective point pairs, thereby reducing the complexity of the algorithm and improving processing efficiency. Experimental verification shows that the proposed improved QEM algorithm not only maintains high detail features, but also reduces the Hausdorff distance by at least 84.95% compared to the original QEM algorithm. therefore, this algorithm provides a more efficient and reliable solution for lightweight 3D models. © 2024 IEEE.
