Missing object detection plays a crucial role in practical Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) applications. However, many existing solutions are not compatible with the EPC global Class 1 generation 2 standard (C1G2) and are difficult to deploy in Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) RFID systems. this paper designs a scheme that supports target object detection based on object categories and batches. the scheme utilizes a selection code written into the user memory of tags, as designed by us. Additionally, we incorporate a lost weight mechanism to more flexibly address communication faults. Finally, simulation experiments verify that our proposed solution is more effective in detection compared to existing Bloom filterbased methods.

code comments can help developers quickly understand code and reduce maintenance costs. However, due to the widespread phenomenon of code cloning and the complex syntax structure of code, existing comment generation methods, which rely solely on Syntax Tree (AST) representations of code information, often result in low-quality comments. therefore, this paper proposes a code comment generation method based on information retrieval and code structural information. By leveraging information retrieval techniques that combine code semantics, syntax, and lexical features, the method retrieves the most similar results from a codebase and integrates abstract syntax trees with data flow graphs to further improve the accuracy of comment generation. Experimental results show that, compared to mainstream methods, this approach achieves better performance on Python datasets, and the generated comments exhibit higher readability.

With the growing demand for energy efficiency in high-performance computing, traditional auto-vectorization heuristics face limitations due to their reliance on predefined rules and neglect of energy consumption, particularly for complex program structures and cross-platform adaptation. this paper proposes an energy-efficient auto-vectorization method using Relational Graph Convolutional Networks (RGCN) to address the limitations of heuristic compiler approaches in handling complex program structures and energy consumption optimization. By constructing code graph representations integrating control flow, data flow, and call flow, and training an RGCN model to predict Energy-Delay Product (EDP)-optimal vector widths, our method achieves significant improvements. Experimental results on two Intel Xeon platforms demonstrate EDP optimizations of 53.9% and 50.5% respectively compared to default configurations, outperforming rule-based models and validating its efficacy in handling complex code and cross-platform energy efficiency optimization.

this research focuses on a hybrid wired-wireless service transmission system. Using the multi-wavelength feature of the optical frequency comb light source, wired and wireless data are co-transmitted in one optical fiber. At the base station, the central carrier can be extracted from the multi-carrier optical signal for the uplink transmission link’s light source, simplifying the base station’s structure. Moreover, an optimization scheme to enhance the system’s transmission efficiency is proposed from the modulation methods perspective.

In recent years, automated vulnerability repair methods, particularly those based on Transformer models, have been increasingly applied to address software security challenges. these methods often employ masking techniques to focus on attack-prone code areas. Inspired by Vision Transformers in object detection, this paper introduces a mask optimization solution. It integrates masks into the decoder’s cross-attention mechanism, allowing the model to focus on key vulnerability segments. Additionally, the mask is applied to the encoder’s self-attention, enhancing feature representation. the proposed method demonstrates improvements over approaches such as VulRepair and VQM.

Sign language text generation is an important research direction within sign language generation systems. the Direct Preference optimization (DPO) algorithm is a reinforcement learning model based on human feedback. It offers advantages such as controllable outputs, better alignment with human preferences, and independence from reward systems for evaluation. However, DPO-based sign language text generation faces three key challenges: (1) the scarcity of high-quality negative sample datasets in the field of sign language poses significant challenges to model training; therefore, this paper proposes a method leveraging word vector similarity to construct human preference datasets that make full use of negative samples. (2) the global optimization approach of traditional DPO algorithms, which struggles to handle local errors; therefore, a token-level dynamic weighting mechanism is introduced for finer-grained optimization. (3) the lack of systematic evaluation methods for assessing the accuracy and applicability of generated text; therefore, a multi-dimensional evaluation method based on a large model for handwritten text is proposed. Experimental results demonstrate that these fine-grained improvements lead to significant enhancements in the model performance for handwritten text generation tasks, with notable improvements in accuracy, fluency, and contextual understanding. this research provides new directions for advancing sign language text generation technologies.

the genetic algorithm serves as an efficient global optimization search method for the reactive power management within power systems. To minimize active power losses and ensure that reactive power remains within designated limits, chaotic search techniques have been integrated with the traditional genetic algorithm, resulting in the development of an enhanced genetic algorithm that incorporates chaos search. this method initiates the population generation through chaotic sequence exploration and refines the crossover, mutation, and selection operators. these enhancements significantly bolster the global optimization capabilities of the genetic algorithm, effectively reduce the likelihood of local convergence, and improve both convergence speed and computational accuracy. A simulation study was conducted to optimize the system’s reactive power. the simulation results indicate that the improved genetic algorithm can more accurately identify the global optimum, significantly accelerates the convergence process, and outperforms the standard genetic algorithm.

Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) perform well in continuous data generation, but face challenges in discrete sequence generation due to the non-differentiability of backpropagation. SeqGAN addresses this issue by utilizing the policy gradient method; however, it still suffers from limitations such as low efficiency, inadequate reward utilization, and a tendency to converge to local optima. this paper proposes a discrete sequence generation model, W-SeqGAN, which is based on Weighted Policy optimization (WPO). this model incorporates WPO into the training process of the generator. Its dynamic weighting mechanism ena bles the generator to focus on samples with strong discriminator feedback or those that are difficult to generate, thereby enhancing the generation quality. Experiments were conducted using synthe tic data, and the Negative Log Likelihood (NLL) was adopted as t he evaluation metric. the results indicate that W-SeqGAN outper forms traditional SeqGAN and other baseline models in terms of generation quality and training efficiency.
