While the integration of artificial intelligence and computer technology has enriched people's daily lives, it has also become an inaccessible part of people's lives. the trend of future social development is the advancement of computer network technology, which will be the tendency of future social development. Because of the artificial intelligence technology's high level of intelligence, it has emerged as one of the most promising technologies in the realm of computer networks and is dependent on computers for its development, which led to the establishment of the technology-based development. In order to hasten the incorporation of artificial intelligence into social production and living, as well as to make production and life easier, we need to make some changes. the purpose of this study was to investigate artificial intelligence, after which the model structure of intelligent anti-spam in network security management was established, and finally, the model was evaluated. According to the findings, the intelligent anti-spam model exhibited satisfactory filtering performance. © 2022 ieee.

Process quality optimization is a necessary means for enterprises to improve product quality. However, the current process quality optimization of enterprises is highly dependent on experienced senior technicians. If the experience of these people cannot be effectively converted into knowledge, the value of massive industrial data cannot be effectively obtained. It has become the main bottleneck faced by the intelligent production of enterprises. To this end, this paper proposes a process quality optimization method based on knowledge graph, which uses process quality optimization rules and artificial experience knowledge to construct a process quality optimization knowledge graph including process knowledge, product defect knowledge, and process optimization knowledge. Associate process defects and defect handling cases in the form of event clusters, combine artificial intelligence and graph algorithms, and assist process quality optimization decision-making in various ways such as knowledge search, knowledge question and answer, and knowledge recommendation. © 2022 ieee.

efficient and rapid visualization of large-scale vector data is a research hotpot in geographic information science (GIS). In existing popular method, the computation increases dramatically as data volumes grows, even with parallel technologies. However, the display-driven computing model (DisDC) greatly improves the ability of visualization of large-scale vector data. In this paper, we proposed a rapid visualization method based on the characteristics of DisDC, efficient data organization strategies and anti-Aliasing pixel generation algorithms are designed to supporting rapid visualization and presenting better visualization effects respectively. Visualization results are organized into a tile-pyramid structure to enable stepless zooming. Experiments show that our approach can significantly reduce computation time and provide real-Time visualization effects of million-scale vector data while remaining superior visualization effects. © 2021 ieee.

Deep convolutional neural networks (DCNs) have recently experienced rapid development in the direction of lightweight and edge deployment. However, accelerators for DCNs face challenges in balancing computational and data bandwidth, leading to inefficient computation and high hardware costs. Additionally, different network structures make it challenging to design and reconfigure accelerators flexibly. To address these issues, this paper proposes a parallel-serial channel accelerator system, which resolves the low utilization of multipliers caused by small channels and inadequate bandwidth of fully connected layers. the results demonstrate that the proposed accelerator in this study maintains high computational performance and efficiency on typical DCNs. When implemented on Xilinx VCU128 at 200 MHz, the peak computational performance reaches 204.5 GOPS, with an efficiency of 0.37 GOPS/DSP and a maximum utilization rate of computing array up to 99.63%, surpassing previous works. ©2023 ieee.

Agricultural supply chain systems mainly focus on technological applications, but do not pay enough attention to the privacy protection and data security guarantee of the entire supply chain entities. they face practical challenges such as low enthusiasm, poor data quality, and low credibility. this work starts from three dimensions of supply chain entities, blockchain technology, and government/regulatory agencies, fully integrating blockchain and the Internet of things, blockchain and big data, blockchain and artificial intelligence, and designing a three-dimensional data security architecture for agricultural supply chain. Research suggests that utilizing the data security guarantees provided by three dimensions, the distributed storage, tamper resistance, transparency, traceability and other technical features of blockchain, as well as the automatic perception, real-time aggregation, intelligent processing and other functions of the technology integration platform, can effectively eliminate commercial and security concerns of supply chain entities. It has important reference significance and value for promoting supply chain data security sharing and regulating regulation. More importantly, this work emphasizes the comprehensive guarantee of supply chain security, effectively reversing the direction of integrated application of blockchain and agricultural supply chain, and has important implications for guiding the construction of agricultural supply chain systems. ©2023 ieee.

the rapid development of water transportation has brought certain challenges to the management of ships. In order to assist the management of the Maritime Safety Administration and ensure the safety of ships, this paper compares the role of two prediction algorithms in trajectory prediction based on Automatic Identification Systems (AIS) data: BP algorithm and LSTM algorithm. First, this paper preprocesses the original AIS data and then uses orthogonal optimization to select parameters and conducts the experiments to compare the two algorithms mentioned above. Finally, the distribution map of absolute error, mean absolute error (MAE) and max absolute error table are shown. the results show that the LSTM algorithm is better than the BP algorithm in both overall and detail performance. © 2022 ieee.

Communication protocols are a composite of supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) and they are used by the devices connected on the SCADA network. In this paper the distributed network protocol (DNP3) and international Electrotechnical Commission IEC 61850 communication protocols were modelled in OPNET. the simulation of DNP3 and MC 61850 communication protocol is done in different scenarios and the traffic behavior is analyzed. the DNP3 protocol is modelled as the medium protocol of communication during the maintenance of a 400kV Transformer at an Electrical Substation. Its network traffic behavior is then analyzed for this operation. the IEC 61850 protocol is then used as a medium of communication in the same Electrical Substation communication network (SCN) when a faulty backbone switch is present. In this scenario the network traffic behavior is again analyzed. the DNP3 simulation during the maintenance of the 400 kV Transformer shows that the model is working since the throughput is consistent without dropped packets at the Substation RTU end and the 400kV Transformer IED end. the IEC 61850 simulation when a faulty backbone switch is present shows that the model is working in this scenario since the throughput is again consistent. When the IEC 61850 protocol is modelled on the SCN, the time delay is 80 Its during normal operation and with a faulty switch the delay is 100 Its for this protocol. this shows that for the IEC 61850 model the time delay increases when there is a faulty backbone switch but not exceedingly since there is a backup switch in the structure. In the DNP3 model during the maintenance of the 400kV Transformer the time delay is approximately 160 Its. the IEC 61850 protocol performs approximately twice as fast as the DNP3 protocol during normal operation in an SCN.

MECs enable the connectivity of mobile networks components with Web accessibility in 5G and later by reducing the workload on the core processor units (CPU) just at information centers base. the protection of individual data in a heterogeneous technology model for multi-server interaction is essential considering the ever-growing demand of applications. Most contemporary methods don't focus on the privacy of customers or products;rather, they focus on the anonymous of topologies. In this research, different MEC platforms are designed using blockchain, and adaptable method is used as either a transportation & a topologies privacy-preserving router. Typically, routed agreement is achieved by participation methods that keep topological confidentiality secret. Blockchain technology is used to create multiplexed commitment & confidence connection as well as cooperative flow monitoring through membership. through the membership services & agreement method, blockchain is used to establish multiplexed loyalty & trusted connection and collaboration flow validation. Experimenting to determine the viability and effectiveness of our idea. the statistics show that the suggested strategy can significantly increase the legitimacy & effectiveness of MEC cooperation. © 2023 ieee.

With the wide use of NVM-based DNN accelerators for higher computing efficiency, the long data retention time essentially causes a high risk of unauthorized weight stealing by attackers. Weight encryption is an effective method, but existing ciphertext computing accelerators cannot achieve high encryption complexity and flexibility. this paper proposes WeightLock, a mixed-grained hardware-software co-design approach based on local decrypting units (LDUs). this work proposes a key-controlled cell-level hardware design for higher granularity and two weight selection schemes for higher flexibility. the simulation results show that the accuracy of VGG-8 and ResNet-18 in the Cifar-10 classification drops from 80% to only 10% even if 80% of keys are leaked. this shows >20% higher key leakage tolerance and >17x longer retraining latency protection, compared with the prior state-of-the-art hardware and software approaches, respectively. the area cost of the encryption function is negligible, with ~600x, 2.2x, and 2.4x reduction from the state-of-the-art cell-wise, column-wise, and 1T4R structures, respectively. © 2023 ieee.

With the continuous development of modern astronomical observation methods, the sky survey data obtained through observation has increased exponentially, and machine learning has gradually replaced traditional scientific computing methods with its powerful computing power in the big data environment. In view of the problems of low classification accuracy, poor classification efficiency and few classification types in the current astronomical spectrum classification work, this study added sub-classification to the original classification benchmark and compared the performance of different machine learning algorithms in the classification problem in detail. Visual presentation of data improves the intuitiveness of data. In this study, one hundred thousand LAMOST DR6 spectral data were used for training, and different machine learning algorithms were used to evaluate the performance of various classifiers, and then correlation analysis was used to greatly improve the classification accuracy of specific categories on the basis of the original research, making the classification accuracy of galaxies and QSO is higher than 98%, which proves the validity of this research. Finally, various attributes of the classified celestial objects are displayed through visualization methods. © 2022 ieee.
