Timely precise evaluation of any health concern is critical for the successful prevention and healing process of illnesses. therefore, the development of a medical diagnostic system based on machine learning (ML) algorithms can lead to more precise diagnoses than traditional methods. We have created a disease prediction system that uses ML to predict illnesses based on data or symptoms entered into the system, providing accurate results. this disease prediction system employs Python and machine learning programming language, with its Flask interface, and utilizes hospital database to predict diseases. By utilizing this predictive disease system using machine learning, we can improve diagnosis accuracy and support effective disease prevention and treatment. © 2023 IEEE.

In a Photovoltaic (PV) array, the occurrence of string-to-string faults and string-to-ground faults are difficult to diagnose. In this paper two simple and robust methods of fault identification is proposed to detect the fault occurrence. Moreover the proposed fault finding algorithms can classify the three important types of electrical short circuit faults. In addition these technique can be used for all types of PV array ranging from few watts to mega watt range. the proposed methods can detect faults of any mismatch level and size of the PV array by using either two current sensors or two voltage sensors per string. One algorithm is developed for system without blocking diodes and other with blocking diodes. Both the algorithms are tested in PSIM software and analysis is detailed in this paper. © 2023 IEEE.

Magnetic Resonance Images (MRI) have been utilized by radiation oncologists to identify the size of tumours within the *** accurate identification of brain tumours from 3D MRI images is essential for proper diagnosis. Our proposed model introduces a network capable of segmenting 3D images using sparsely labeled data. this network is an enhanced version of the u-net architecture with attention network and utilizes 3D operations, without the need for a pre-trained network. the effectiveness of this approach was evaluated on the well-known BraTS 2018 brain dataset and achieved a Dice Similarity Coefficient score of (0.95, 0.89, 0.95) for the complete, core, and enhancing regions, respectively © 2023 IEEE.

Synchronous reluctance motors (SynRMs) are getting precedence now a days in industries compared to its contenders like induction motors because of its higher efficiency and cold rotor construction. SynRM suffers from torque ripples and power factor issues. Non linear behavior in torque production averts its use in high efficient control and drive schemes. In this work, a control scheme which reduces the torque ripple and improves the dynamic response of a SynRM is proposed. An additional torque control loop is incorporated to the standard structure of field oriented control (FOC). the proposed system is simulated in MATLAB/Simulink and the results illustrate that there is significant reduction in torque ripple with the proposed method. © 2023 IEEE.

Oil spill detection performed by using Machine Learning (ML) involves building and training a model to identify and classify oil spill images from satellite or drone imagery. Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) is a technology that has been extensively used in oil spill detection. It is to detect and monitor tea-based oil pollution by airplanes and satellites furnished with SAR. It is necessary to see and spot oil spills in seas, oceans, rivers, and lakes. the ML model can be trained by images labeled with clean water and water with oil spills gathered from satellite and drone images with high resolution. In this proposed method, AIS data of ships were utilized to predict the oil spill events at sea before it happens. With the parameters like container details, type of oil, dispersion rate, skim rate, etc. the probability of an oil spill is detected by training a machine learning model. the software used for implementing the idea is Spyder IDE and algorithms like Linear Regression, Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Decision Tree were employed here. the major challenge in oil spill detection is accuracy and time complexity. © 2023 IEEE.

the era of digital payment systems leads to dynamic changes in economic growth. the trend of digital innovation is where business transactions change from cash to electronic-based transactions. the digital payment system is not introduced to replace cash but it is used as a quick and secure alternative for payments. Motivated by recent trends in payment systems this study intends to review the available digital payment modes to highlight the scope of scan and pay method of digital payments and the methodology used by previous researchers to identify the gap between the scan and pay transactions and study for further developments. Besides enhancing the utility of the digital payment system, the major focus is on enhancing user experience and minimizing transaction failure, the privacy of the user is also a concern in this digital era, and the suggestion of using specially designed blockchain technology and cryptographic methods we can secure digital payments to a greater extent. © 2023 IEEE.

Blockchain technology has been gaining traction in various industries as a secure and decentralized means of storing and sharing data. Blockchain technology can completely change how stem cell records are exchanged and kept in the stem cell research community. In this study, we suggest a stem cell data storage and sharing system based on blockchain technology that protects the data's confidentiality and privacy while allowing for authorized access and sharing. In the proposed system, each record of a stem cell is represented by a transaction and is stored on a permissioned blockchain network. Digital signatures and smart contracts are used to limit access to the documents, allowing the safe and permitted exchange of the records among authorized parties. Simulated evaluations of the proposed approach reveal that it is safe, effective, and scalable. Overall, our work demonstrates the potential of blockchain technology to improve the preservation and sharing of stem cell information in the stem cell research sector. © 2023 IEEE.
