3D model reconstruction based on parallel contour is a problem distributed in many application fields, which include main matter of correspondence, branch, tilling and fitting. the research situation of branch problem is described in this paper, and a definition is given according to the model features of branch. the contours in the adjacent plane are projected in the same plane, and divided into two classes through the region division method. Algorithm which to calculate the auxiliary branch geometry object is present in this paper withthe polygon center line method. Finally, experimental study was carried out in 3D geological modeling, and experiments show that the algorithm in this paper can improve the modeling efficiency and precision.

In wind tunnel tests, the pose of the aircraft model in wire-driven parallel suspension system (WDPSS) is determined by driving several wires. Pose measurement is very important for the study of WDPSS. Using machine vision technology, Monocular Vision Measurement System has been constructed to estimate the pose of the aircraft model by applying a camera calibration, by extracting corresponding control points for the aircraft model, and by applying several homogeneous transformations. this article describes the programs of the measurement system, measurement principle and data processing methods which is based on HALCON to achieve the Solution of the pose of aircraft model. through experiments, practical feasibility of the system is validated.

Optimizing gas turbines is a complex multi-physical and multi-component problem that has long been based on expensive experiments. Today, computer simulations can reduce design process costs and are acknowledged as a promising path for optimization. Although the simulations of specific components of gas turbines become accessible, these stand-alone simulations face a new challenge: to improve the quality of the results, new physics must be introduced. Based on the simulation of conjugate heat transfer within an industrial combustor to predict the temperature of its walls, the current work aims at studying the scalability of code coupling on HPC architectures. Coupling accurately solvers on massively parallelarchitectures while maintaining their scalability is challenging. the strategy investigated relies on recent developments made in a generic parallel coupler. Performance tests have been carried out until 12,288 cores on the CURIE supercomputer (TGCC/CEA). Results show a good behavior and advanced analyzes are carried out in order to draw new paths for future developments in coupled simulations.

the Hough transform is a powerful tool in image analysis, e.g. circle detection is a fundamental issue in image processing applications of industrial parts or tools. Because of its drawbacks, various modifications of the basic circle Hough transform (CHT) method have been suggested. this paper presents a modified method based on the basic CHT algorithm and using no trigonometric calculations in order to improve the computational performance of the voting process for a good accuracy and robustness of circle detection in a binary image. this paper also provides the errors analysis of the proposed method against the basic CHT method to illustrate that it can replace the basic CHT method for small values of the resolution Ε of the angle θ. It then compete the CORDIC algorithm when it is used in a hardware implementation.
