this paper demonstrates ShaderNet - - our graph analytics framework with shader codes, which are machine-level codes and are important for GPU designers to tune the hardware, e.g., adjusting clock speeds and voltages. Due to a wide spectrum of use-cases of modern GPUs, engineers generally find it difficult to manually inspect a large number of shader codes emerging from these applications. To this end, we present a system, ShaderNet, which converts shader codes into graphs, and applies advanced graph mining and machine learning techniques to simplify shader graphs analysis in an effective and explainable manner. By studying shader codes' evolution with temporal graphs analysis and structure mining with frequent subgraphs, we demonstrate several key functionalities of our framework, such as a frame's scene detection, clustering scenes, and a new application's inefficient shaders prediction, which can accelerate GPU's performance tuning. In this study, the deep learning algorithm was used to diagnose the fault of rotating machinery. After the convolutional neural network was used to mine the fault characteristics from the historical fault data of centrifugal multistage impeller blower, a fault diagnosis model was constructed. the model diagnoses one-dimensional signal data, with two convolution layers, two pooling layers, three activation function layers, and one fully connected layer. Adam optimization function is used as the optimizer, and the Relu function is used as the activation function. Using this model, a smart fault diagnosis system with real-time monitoring and offline diagnosis functions is developed. the system obtains vibration data from the rotating machinery every minute, and can diagnose the machine immediately. the system can help laboratory administrators to quickly find potential mechanical faults, reduce accidents, prolong the service life of the system, save maintenance costs, and improve the level of intelligent management. © 2022 IEEE.

Face detection is a well-known issue in image processing, and numerous studies are present in this field. A prominent part of the work is devoted to RGB images, leaving depth and thermal data with less interest. However, in some conditions like low-light areas where face detection is needed, non-RGB sensors might perform better. Also, mounting an additional RGB camera could be challenging or not possible, considering privacy concerns. In this work, current deep learning methodologies are employed to train depth and thermal detection models. the training is done using combined publicly available data that is processed by us for this purpose in order to create necessary annotations for a learning process. the resulting models are validated on a new trimodal dataset collected for this experiments purpose. It contains images captured with RGB, depth, and thermal sensors. Various scenes with single and multiple faces appearances can be found. the results show that non-RGB solutions can be applied in practice with highly robust accuracy and their efficiency is close to RGB detectors. However, their performance depends on the environment and that circumstances are described later in this article.

the engaging ambitions of regeneration & growth of manufacturing in several nations, as well as the speed, flexibility, or expense benefits that might arise from the architecture of the industrial Internet of things (IIoT), are attracting considerable interest. While blockchain or machine learning techniques, particularly deep learning, might offer the latest viable use cases for IIoT, they operate in a rather antagonistic manner. Underneath the assumption of information regulatory standards such as information protections, blockchain helps the crucial information collecting for machine learning. However, it may be susceptible to a data breach as a result of big information insights using machine learning. To enable machine learning/blockchain relevant & applicable for a variety of industrialized applications, it is of the utmost essential to have a thorough grasp of their evolution within the framework of IIoT. In this paper, we present a summary & analytics of the opportunity of blockchain as well as machine learning in the IIoT, focusing on the agreement method, preservation, or transmission. this study gives a better knowledge of the protection & confidentiality issues of a blockchain's vital aspects from the viewpoint of machine learning, and that is beneficial for the creation of viable blockchain alternatives for IIoT. © 2022 IEEE.

the need for early detection of diabetes mellitus has led to the development of various intelligent systems using machine learning and artificial intelligence for the recognition of the presence of the disease. However, most of the techniques have yielded a comparatively lower accuracy. this research applied data science techniques to a dataset of diabetes mellitus to improve the accuracy of the prediction of the disease. this was achieved by pre-processing the data with dummy categories and applying principal components analysis for reduced dimensionality. Support vector machine, random forest classifier, and deep neural networks were then used to train the system. Support vector machine, random forest classifier, and deep neural networks yielded accuracies of 0.76, 0.77, and 0.89 respectively. Correspondingly, deep neural networks yielded the highest accuracy. the study concluded that better pre-processing will improve the accuracy of machine learning algorithms in the prediction of diabetes mellitus. © 2022 IEEE.
