DOI: Graduated motor imagery is the technique used in rehabilitation therapies, for the treatment of chronic pain and in most cases for movement disorders, the technique consists in strategically presenting therapies that correspond to laterality perception, mirror therapies and motor imagery. In the present work a mechanism was designed that facilitates the patient to learn about the movement mechanisms and the way in which the movement interacts withthe extremities of the upper and lower limbs, the design is based on being able to use 24 images of the upper limbs and lower, these images are grouped into two groups with a different background, one dark and the other light, these images are grouped and sequentially arranged in a video, each image has a duration of 2 seconds in the video, after this time the image, at the time each image is displayed, the patient raises his hand that corresponds to the image he is observing, if he observes an upper or lower limb that corresponds to the right side, the patient will raise his right hand, in order to eliminate any visual pollution that does not achieve concentration to the patient, the use of the virtual reality lens that is coupled is used side with a cellular equipment that is where the video can be observed, the proposal provides a brain computer interface with which the level of concentration and meditation of the patient is measured at the time of performing the technique. the use protocol consists of performing the exercise three times: in a first time the patient only observes the images in order to be able to identify them, in the second attempt the patient performs the exercise at the end of this, the results are indicated by identifying the successes and the failed ones, knowing these results, in the third attempt the patient makes the attempt again withthe intention of improving the previous result. the evaluator will carry out the evaluation accompanied by a checklist to record the results. Finally, a smal

the difficulty in differentiating between the normal and cancerous cells in the brain through the frequent magnetic resonance imaging approaches is one of the major obstacles to realization of diagnostic precision. the presented work reveals a new MRI imageprocessing technology, which includes an original software that contains complex algorithms and trained machine learning models, as the programs that make the images much better than before. Carefully calibrated computervision dataset which features brain scans is subjected to the well-defined novel approach, whose performance is compared withthe traditional MRI methods by calculating multiple metrics such as classification accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, ROC are and so on. this paper is the climax of a deep cognition of various cell types revealed by the newest MRI method which presents a better contrast than the old techniques. Next, the quality in the detection and recognition of the tumour after, comparison of these modalities displays that the modality of higher resolution, the ability to detect the tumour earlier and better. Such technological improvements in MRI machines will enable the surgeons to identify the growth of tumors at the early stages that will lay the right groundwork for the design of personalized treatment plans and also will have positive impact on the lives of the patients. through this effect, the level of quality followed by MR imaging has been improved as well as arising new alliances between major imaging companies and machine learning technologies. It can be thought as the border - eraser diagnostics and imaging which will obey medical laws. therefore, it states that the present hypothetical world should be improved while the advanced and proven diagnostics systems should be developed. the daily clinical applications of these advanced MRIs may well be the beginning of a new era in diagnostic oncology, which will be a very important way forward in improving treatment combined wi

the adversarial vulnerability of Deep Neural Networks (DNNs) has been well-known and widely concerned, often under the context of learning top-1 attacks (e.g., fooling a DNN to classify a cat image as dog). this paper shows that the concern is much more serious by learning significantly more aggressive ordered top-K clear-box 1 targeted attacks proposed in [Zhang and Wu, 2020]. We propose a novel and rigorous quadratic programming (QP) method of learning ordered top-K attacks with low computing cost, dubbed as QuadAttacK. Our QuadAttacK directly solves the QP to satisfy the attack constraint in the feature embedding space (i.e., the input space to the final linear classifier), which thus exploits the semantics of the feature embedding space (i.e., the principle of class coherence). Withthe optimized feature embedding vector perturbation, it then computes the adversarial perturbation in the data space via the vanilla one-step back-propagation. In experiments, the proposed QuadAttacK is tested in the imageNet-1k classification using ResNet-50, DenseNet-121, and vision Transformers (ViT-B and DEiT-S). It successfully pushes the boundary of successful ordered top-K attacks from K = 10 up to K = 20 at a cheap budget (1 × 60) and further improves attack success rates for K = 5 for all tested models, while retaining the performance for K = 1.

the growing incidence of blindness, specifically linked to diabetic retinopathy (DR), highlights the need for expandable retina screening programs. the purpose of this work is to determine the distinction between normal and infected retina images by applying Independent Component Analysis (ICA). Although several processing methods help in DR detection, accuracy is still a problem. the accuracy of current techniques, such as multi-scale amplitude modulation and frequency modulation (AM-FM), to differentiate normal and diseased retinal images is restricted. the proposed method seeks to improve the identification of normal retina histories, haemorrhages, exudates, neovascularization, microaneurysms and blood vessel patterns. Optic Nerve Head (ONH) identification uses established parameters from AM and FM-based extraction of features to check illness traits, relying on edge data without disguising. Type 2 diabetes, which is typified by elevated blood sugar levels, causes damage to the arteries and diabetic retinopathy (DR), an important cause of permanent loss of visionthat is frequently undiagnosed till severe. In the initial phases of diabetic retinopathy (DR), non-proliferative alterations that damage the walls of retina blood vessels develop to proliferation retinal degeneration, which is marked by aberrant formation of neovascularization. A lesion diagnosis is still difficult, despite its importance in the early identification of DR. For disease identification, the intricacy of retinal anatomy necessitates the use of many images and certain segmentation algorithms. Microaneurysms, haemorrhages, exudates and neovascularization are examples of lesions markers and identifying anomalies requires accurate segment. In conclusion, precise and affordable retinal scanning devices are necessary to deal withthe increasing incidence of blindness, especially that caused by DR. To improve DR identification, this investigation suggests utilizing ICA and UDA.
