this paper introduces an Unknown Input Observer (UIO) for nonlinear systems with One-Sided Lipschitz (OSL) and Quadratic Inner-Boundedness (QIB) properties. the UIO enables unknown input reconstruction and state estimation. Besides the UIO show resilience against Denial of service (DoS) attacks that can disrupt multi-agent communication. To counteract these attacks, the system uses buffer units to retain real-time data, allowing agents to access the latest states during disruptions. We present a control protocol that facilitates leader-follower consensus under simultaneous DoS attacks, detailing the upper limits on their frequency and duration. Numerical simulations demonstrate the approach's effectiveness. © 2024 IEEE.

the Manufacturing-as-a-service (MaaS) paradigm has received considerable attention in the research and business community over the past fewyears. MaaS provides manufacturing resources and capabilities as service, available for utilization by organizations via a digital thread, allowing them to concentrate in their significant competencies. this literature review enriched with bibliometrics, aims to examine the current state of MaaS by analyzing selected and contemporary references from Scopus database. the analysis was conducted with the help of specialized bibliometrics software, and the quantitative results include annual trends, leading publications, journals and organizations, citation distributions, co-occurrence of keywords, and journal co-citations. In addition, the publications have been classified according to the methodologies implemented for the data collection and analysis, their objectives, the results obtained, as well as their contribution to the field of manufacturing. this study sheds light on the status and trends in the field ofMaaS and has the potential to aid researchers in forming their research agenda and advancing their work on this topic.

Green Vehicle Routing Problem (GVRP) is a hot topic in the field of combinatorial optimization. In this paper, Multi-Objective Heterogeneous Green Vehicle Routing Problem with Customer service Constraints (MOHGVRP-CSC) is proposed for the first time, and an integer planning model is established with three objectives to minimize the total traveling costs of vehicles, Carbon Emission cost and Customer Satisfaction cost. then, a Hybrid Variable Neighborhood Search (HVNS) with hierarchical clustering and Brain Storm Optimization (BSO) is proposed. At the initial stage of the algorithm, the initial solution is constructed by hierarchical clustering algorithm and greedy algorithm. In addition, BSO is introduced into the global search of VNS to obtain a wider range of neighborhood searches. At the same time, 2-opt method is adopted in the local search to further improve the solution quality. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified by a large number of experimental simulations. © 2023 IEEE.

the advent of new technologies and concepts such as Extended Reality (XR), Cloud Manufacturing, Digital Twin, Industrial Internet of things is completely changing the manufacturing landscape. Innovative digital tools are available to increase the competitiveness and efficiency of companies. the XR can support the Smart Operator in production, maintenance and training activities. Similarly, Manufacturing as a service, which is a variation of Cloud Manufacturing, can make corporate architectural systems more flexible and scalable. In this paper, some preliminary results relating to the European 5G-ERA project and the synergistic work that the companies CAL-TEK, TWI and HAL robotics are conducting is shown. An XR-oriented architecture is proposed, whose usefulness is emphasized by the use of the MaaS concept, and the implementation of a Mixed Reality application is shown, to support an on-site operator. Future developments concern the implementation of a Virtual Reality application for the off-site operator, and the use of the 5G-ERA middleware to exploit the potential of the MaaS paradigm.

Accurately predicting traffic volume in highway service area can improve management efficiency. On the basis of complex spatiotemporal correlations from road network topology and traffic data, a TeN-GAT-T model is proposed for predicting traffic in the service area, capturing complex spatiotemporal correlations in the traffic sequence. Firstly, the extracted data is preprocessed according to the rules, and the signal matrix of the diagram is constructed according to the road network structure. this model utilizes Transformer with attention mechanism as its foundation and incorporates time convolution and graph attention network to extract various features. During the experiment, the model's efficiency is evaluated based on RMSE, MAE, MAPE, and other relevant metrics. Finally, the proposed model is compared with several commonly used models, using the real data of UK motorway service area as an example. © 2023 IEEE.

Natural language processing (NLP) is becoming more and more widely used in the field of user services. this paper discusses the innovative application of NLP algorithm based on deep learning in improving user service quality, and focuses on several key algorithms and their optimization methods. Firstly, by introducing pre-trained language models such as BERT and GPT-3, the efficient understanding of user services and the generation of responses are realized, which greatly improves the accuracy and fluency of the dialogue system. Secondly, for the intent recognition task in the user service, a multi-head attention mechanism based on Transformer architecture is proposed, which enhances the ability of the model to capture long-distance dependencies and enables the system to analyze the user's intent more accurately. In addition, in order to solve the challenge of context understanding in multi-turn dialogue, we designed a memory-enhanced recurrent neural network (RNN) with a fusion memory network, which can maintain and update the dialogue state in multiple rounds of interaction, so as to provide a coherent service experience. Finally, this paper discusses the challenges and solutions in the process of model deployment, real-time inference efficiency and data privacy protection, and looks forward to the application prospects of supervised learning and adaptive transfer learning. © 2025 IEEE.

Silicone composite long rod and porcelain disc insulators strings are used in EHV/UHV transmission lines to transfer power from generating station to load centers. Integrity of insulators have considerable role in providing uninterrupted and quality power to the end users. Insulators, the vital equipment of transmission system, is either composite or porcelain disc, which may develop defects during service. Damages made by in-service defects, excluding cracks and superficial faults, may reduce the creepage distance of string considerably. Moreover, potential distribution along the string become non-linear due to local electric field concentration at that damaged portion of insulators. Both these creepage distance and non-linear field distribution will affect the flashover performance of insulator string, sometimes, insulators with these in-service defects fail to withstand normal operating voltage and leads to line outage. Bird pecking and cracks are the most common in-service defects on composite long rod insulators. Damage of shed profile commonly evolve during service on porcelain disc insulators. In this work, an attempt is made to experimentally evaluate the impact of in-service defects on flashover voltage of insulator string. Defects are deliberately developed on insulator samples. Details of defects, impact of particular fault, viz. crack or bird pecking or shed damage on porcelain along with its location of insulator string has been elaborately evaluated. © 2025 IEEE.

Construction of a Public service Platform for Power Capacity Verification Based on Recommendation *** big data and artificial intelligence technologies, this study preprocessed historical power capacity verification data to establish and train a recommendation algorithm model for matching the supply and demand of providers and participants. Once the training met the required standards, the accuracy of this algorithm was validated within the core business processes of power capacity verification. the research delved deeply into the needs of all stakeholders in the power capacity verification field, integrating resources from various parties. By using unified data standards, business processes, and business description methods, a nationwide public service platform for power capacity verification was constructed. the application of the recommendation algorithm model on this platform demonstrated a superior fit for matching supply and demand of power capacity verification providers and participants compared to platforms without such algorithms. the construction of this public service platform based on recommendation algorithms has enhanced the informatization and intelligence level of the power capacity verification industry. It has also contributed to improving the supply-demand relationship in the industry and, to some extent, promoted the technical level and service quality of power capacity verification providers. © 2024 IEEE.
