Kulkul is a traditional information medium that bridges Balinese information, death information, deliberation information, and disaster information. Kulkul is very sacred and not just anyone who can ring it. Obstacles when ringing the kulkul when the officer is not in the village and must ring the kulkul and must climb the kulkul hall building to ring the kulkul. Balai kulkul until now remains a communication medium about the activities in the banjar environment. In general, the kulkul hall has not been maximally utilized in the event of a disaster. Even though the kulkul hall as a traditional communication medium that is very trusted by the public, can become a valid information center especially in the event of a disaster. By maximizing the function of the kulkul hall as a medium of community communication even in the event of a disaster, it is expected that the kulkul hall can continue to survive amid the times. Seeing the potential for disasters and the superiority of the functions of the kulkul hall, an implementation of disaster mitigation technology with Balinese culture was made. So we need a tool that can control the kulkul remotely using an sms system and the kulkul controller using a keypad so that officers do not need to climb the kulkul hall building. In this study, the numbers registered on sim 900 alone can control the kulkul via sms and the kulkul control via the keypad only the correct password code can control the kulkul, if the code is wrong then the LCD displays the wrong code notification and cannot control the kulkul. this system can be controlled using a keypad and SMS remotely with the types of knock kulkul_kematian, kulkul_musyawarah, and kulkul_pancabaya, to determine the social impact on the community by distributing questionnaires.

the prediction of equipment malfunction is crucial to guarantee its safe operation and improve its management efficiency. Combining with the character of cloud manufacturing, this paper makes the malfunction prediction of the cutting machine come true, which is based on the improved Apriori algorithm. First, with the malfunction analysis of the cutting machine, we can set up the comparison table of malfunction features and that of parameter, integrate different manufacturer and data of different equipment into virtual cloud pool and store them in HDFS form. then, we can explore the association rules of the machine malfunction data when we use Hadoop parallelisation to improve Apriori algorithm and add the temporal concepts. So that we can predict the trend of cutting machine malfunction and support the subsequent health management.

A fault diagnosis method based on fractional order PI D control LLC converter is proposed. the main content is to apply the fault tree meth-od to the converter and analyze its fault. First set the LLC converter fault that may occur, select the top events, intermediate and bottom events, and then establish LLC converter fault tree, using the circuit principle analysis and MATLAB simulation, and with the LLC converter under normal working condition of output voltage value comparison, finally, LLC, fault analysis, fault tree to determine the middle and bottom events, so as to find out the LLC converter failure. the comparison of output voltage value through LLC converter not only has faster diagnostic speed, but also has low false diagnosis rate and strong robustness, which plays a very important role in ensuring the normal operation of LLC converter.

Sleep is important to human beings. A good sleep can bring sufficient energy and keep healthy. Sleep process contains several sleep stages. there are also several short-duration awake states appeared in sleep process. the amount of those awake states during sleep would be related to evaluate the sleep quality. In this study, the automatic detection method of awake state is investigated on the sleep recording of patient with sleep disorder. Two nonlinear features of ApEN and Mc-ApEN are calculated based on the EMG signal recorded during one's overnight sleep process. the detection performance is analyzed and compared. the obtained results showed that the presented method is feasible for awake state detection during sleep, where Mc-ApEN is slightly better than ApEN. It can be an assistant tool for sleep evaluation.

Stock composite indexes prediction is an important issue in the financial world. A back propagation neural network(BPNN) with mind evolutionary algorithm(MEA) developed for the prediction of prices on Shanghai Stock Exchange is presented. the optimum weights and threshold values of BPNN are determined by MEA, which solves partial minimization of BPNN. Experiments are performed with Shanghai Stock Exchange stock to determine the effectiveness of the model. the results indicate that the accuracy rate of the proposed model is more than 70%.

With the wide application of LiDAR, RGBD cameras and other sensors in computer vision, intelligent robotics, indoor positioning and navigation, the processing of point clouds of indoor scene components has been a difficult problem in these fields. Due to the disorder, sparsity, and limited information of point clouds, it is a challenge to consume point cloud directly. this paper proposes an intelligent classification method based on the disordered point clouds of indoor components. First, a deep learning network is employed to extract high-dimensional features. then the features are divided into different clusters using two algorithms: t-distributed stochastic neighbor embedding (t-SNE) and density-based spatial clustering with applications of noises (DBSCAN). Finally, the classical iterative closest point (ICP) is used to match the laser point clouds with the model point clouds whose semantic labels are known in the model dataset. As a result, the method has a good performance on the classification of indoor point clouds, and the accuracy of classification is 98.6%, which can realize the intelligent classification of indoor components point clouds.

Recent investments in industrial digitization together with the concrete need for short-term planning capabilities mean digital twins can effectively aid enterprises in the management of their production systems and value chains. this paper introduces a conceptual framework for assembly line re-balancing in the context of Industry 5.0, focusing on manual assembly processes. the framework aims to leverage a digital twin for obtaining a synchronized representation of the current task allocations in the assembly line, and uses data-driven scenario generation methods for investigating alternative balancing solutions that are proposed to operators in real time. A proof-of-concept platform is implemented in a laboratory environment, utilizing an assembly line with industrial components. Complexity of robot control program is become a problem as variety of robot used today is dramatically increased due to demand of automation. Several studies has been made using GE to solve robot tasks but application in actual environment is still lack of proof. In this research, auto-generated control program using Grammatical Evolution (GE) is proposed to resolve the burden of constructing manually adjusted control program that consider both physical condition of robot and input from sensors. Grammatical Evolution (GE) is a genetic programming that map genotype to phenotype using predetermined grammar. As GE is subset to Genetic Programming which produce heuristics solution, the grammar-based algorithm enable the search range evolve in a set of rules. this search strategy can be applied to build the structure of control program which consists of multiple sets of program blocks with adjustable parameter. this system is evaluated using Santa Fe Trail problem with open world configuration. the results show the usability of the algorithm by manipulating crossover and mutation rates. Another important factors that effect the performance of the algorithm is the grammar that can govern the evolution of the control program. the proposed method able to generate control automatically with sets of rules determined using grammar.

Robotic technologies have been an indispensable part for improving human productivity since they have been helping humans in completing diverse, complex, and intensive tasks in a fast yet accurate and efficient way. therefore, robotic technologies have been deployed in a wide range of applications, ranging from personal to industrial use-cases. However, current robotic technologies and their computing paradigm still lack embodied intelligence to efficiently interact with operational environments, respond with correct/expected actions, and adapt to changes in the environments. Toward this, recent advances in neuromorphic computing with Spiking Neural Networks (SNN) have demonstrated the potential to enable the embodied intelligence for robotics through bio-plausible computing paradigm that mimics how the biological brain works, known as “neuromorphic artificial intelligence (AI)”. However, the field of neuromorphic AI-based robotics is still at an early stage, therefore its development and deployment for solving real-world problems expose new challenges in different design aspects, such as accuracy, adaptability, efficiency, reliability, and security. To address these challenges, this paper will discuss how we can enable embodied neuromorphic AI for robotic systems through our perspectives: (P1) Embodied intelligence based on effective learning rule, training mechanism, and adaptability; (P2) Cross-layer optimizations for energy-efficient neuromorphic computing; (P3) Representative and fair benchmarks; (P4) Low-cost reliability and safety enhancements; (P5) Security and privacy for neuromorphic computing; and (P6) A synergistic development for energy-efficient and robust neuromorphic-based robotics. Furthermore, this paper identifies research challenges and opportunities, as well as elaborates our vision for future research development toward embodied neuromorphic AI for robotics.
