Trajectory sensitivity based analysis is widely regarded as an important tool for real time protection scheme of power systems. Model Predictive control (MPC) for voltage instability is one such protection scheme which computes a sequence of control actions depending upon the trajectory behaviour of the dynamics of the power systems. thus, computation of trajectory sensitivities with respect to control input can be an integral part for designing a real-time protection scheme. In this context, it is important to note that for the state-of-the-art Power System Analysis Tool (PSAT)(Milano, 2005), (Milano et al., 2008), while it is relatively easy to compute the trajectory sensitivities with respect to any system variables, the computation of trajectory sensitivities with respect to control inputs is not explicitly supported. this paper presents a method to extend the functionality of PSAT to also compute the trajectory sensitivities with respect to control inputs, which ultimately forms the basis for real-time protection schemes such as MPC. the proposed method is validated using direct time-domain simulation results.

Even though several control methods on the task space dynamics of humanoids have been proposed, they cannot cover the entire dynamics of the system since there are hidden null space dynamics due to kinematic redundancy. Besides, there are few studies on the coupling effects between task space and null space dynamics. through an extended task space formulation, the coupling effects between each space are manifested because this form allows representing the entire system dynamics. Moreover, by using an adequate selection of weighting matrices, the coupling effects can be inertially decoupled. Regarding the effectiveness of the decoupling process, two whole-body control approaches and provide their mathematical comparisons is proposed. A kinematically decomposed control approach without the decoupling process is first introduced, and its extension to an inertially decoupled control approach is then developed. Furthermore, conventional operational space-based control is discussed to compare the above control approaches. this paper constructs a mathematical analysis of their relationships. Finally, simulation results are given in this paper to demonstrate the validity of the mathematical analysis.

Aiming at the traditional prediction methods of related parameters that affect water quality, they usually only consider the temporal characteristics of the related parameters of water quality and ignore the problem that water quality changes are multivariate related, A prediction method of spatiotemporal correlation water quality parameters based on automatic encoder(AE) dimensionality reduction and long and short time memory(LSTM) neural network is proposed. Firstly, considering that water quality parameter changes have obvious time characteristics, a time series prediction model of water quality parameters is established based on LSTM. Secondly, considering that the water quality changes have multiple correlations, the upstream water quality will also affect the downstream water quality. If all the water quality parameters of the upstream station are added to the prediction model, redundant features will reduce the accuracy of parameter prediction. therefore, the automatic encoder is used to reduce the dimensionality of the relevant parameters. Finally, the data set of Lang fang Water Quality Automatic Monitoring Station is applied to monitor the effectiveness of the method. By predicting the concentration of total phosphorus(TP) and total nitrogen(TN), the method is found to have better prediction accuracy and robustness.

the propose of this work is to extract different features from surface EMG signals of forearm muscles such as MAV, RMS, NZC, VAR, STD, PSD, and EOF's. Signals are acquired through 8 channels from "Myo Armband" sensor that is placed in the forearm of the human being. then, identification and classification of 5 types of movements are done, including open hand, closed hand, hand flexed inwards, out and relax position. Classification of the movement is performed through machine learning and data mining techniques, using two methods such as Feedforward Neural Networks and Support Vector Machines. Finally, an analysis is done to identify which features extracted from the sEMG signals and which classification method present the best results.

the paper presents a real-time open software simulation framework, dedicated to the analysis of control systems deployed over distributed execution resources and wireless links. It is able to consistently simulate in parallel the numerical devices (real-time tasks and communication links) and the evolution of the controlled continuous time plant. It is applied to foresee future enhancements of a Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) system used in therapy for rehabilitation or substitution for disabled people. It is a distributed control system using electrodes to interface a digital control system with livings. Hence the whole system gathers continuous-time (muscles and nerves) and discrete-time (controllers and wireless links) components. During the design process, realistic simulation remains a precious tool ahead of real experiments to check without danger that the implementation matches the functional and safety requirements. the simulation tool is especially devoted to the joint design and analysis of control loops and real-time features.
