Sentiment analysis is a natural language processing technique that is used to determine the emotional tone or attitude communicated in a piece of text, often classifying it as positive, negative, or neutral. Whereas, sarcasm detection is employed to identify and determine whether a statement or piece of text is intended to convey a meaning conflicting to its literal interpretation, often with a mocking or ironic tone. In this study, two methods are proposed for sentiment analysis and one for Sarcasm Detection. One dataset i.e. Amazon Food Reviews is used for analyzing the sentiment and another dataset i.e. Sarcastic News Headlines is used for analyzing sarcasm. To overcome the shortcomings of some previously implemented methods, RoBERTa (Robustly Optimized BERT Approach) and VADER (Valence Aware Dictionary for Sentiment Reasoning) are proposed. In the study, RoBERTa performed better than VADER. RoBERTa has proven better due to its Transfer Learning approach, deep contextual understanding, domain adaptation, and extensive pretraining. Naive Bayes is proposed as it is sometimes considered better than other methods for sarcasm detection due to its simplicity, efficiency, and effectiveness in capturing certain linguistic patterns associated with sarcasm. Sentiments analysis model based on RoBERTa attained an accuracy of 88.95% and VADER attained an accuracy of 83.13%. Whereas, sarcasm detection model based on Naive Bayes attained an accuracy of 90.05%. © the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2024.

the wireless sensor network is the most widely used, most flexible, and most scalable paradigm. It is an arrangement of a large number of sensing nodes that can assemble information from their surroundings and coordinate with one another in order to relay the information to a central base station. In wireless sensor-system used in various applications, the sampling rate of camera is increased there by oversampling problem arises, since sampling rate influences the quality of service (QoS) of WSN. If the sampling rate is low, the sensor estimation may overlook lot of information. When sampling rate is high, estimations are more precise but cost of computational power increases resulting in short lifetime of sensors. We propose versatile sampling strategy to accomplish high detecting quality and additionally expand the system lifetime. the three primary phases of proposed strategy are preview, which frames a low gauge of the field, back cast, which activates extra sensors in non-smooth region and refinement, which makes the base determination, assess. In the primary stages, we use the conventional method of comprehensive sensing to sample and rebuild the image. the secondary stage uses the adaptive sampling method to sample and reconstruct the image. © 2023, the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

In view of the importance of Age of Information (AoI) in delay sensitive applications of Wireless sensor networks (WSNs), an improved gray wolf algorithm (POPAGA) based on the combination of particle swarm optimization possibility fuzzy C-mean clustering is proposed. POPAGA is optimized from the clustering stage and the path planning stage. In the clustering stage, the particle swarm optimization algorithm is first used to optimize the possibility fuzzy hybrid clustering algorithm, which not only overcomes the problem that the fuzzy C-means is sensitive to the initial clustering center, but also avoids the poor initialization effect of the possibility fuzzy c-means clustering, so as to determine the Hovering Collection Data points (HCD) and their associated sensor Nodes (SNs). In the path planning stage, based on the hover collection data points obtained in the previous stage, the improved gray wolf optimization algorithm (GWO) is used to find the optimal path to minimize the maximum AoI and the average AoI. the simulation results show that POPAGA can obtain the global minimum AoI optimal value, whether compared with the traditional genetic algorithm (GA) and simulated annealing algorithm (SA) for solving TSP problem, or compared with the genetic algorithm (GA) and greedy algorithm based on AoI. © 2022 ACM.

the selection of wireless sensor networks (WSNs) communication topology and the application of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) in data collection are studied in the scenario of being far away from the base station. the topology consists of a set of cluster head nodes that communicate with the UAV. After considering the network energy consumption factors, the optimal number of cluster heads of the network is derived, the network is clustered and the cluster head node is selected. Finally, the cruising path of the drone to collect data from the cluster head is optimized. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively save the energy of nodes, prolong network life, and reduce the total distance of the UAV collects data. © 2022 ACM.

this research work presents an innovative approach to Animal Accident Prevention System by combining Internet of things (IoT) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies. the proposed system gathers real-time data on traffic flow, vehicle dynamics, and environmenta conditions by integrating sensors in vehicles. In addition to identifying high-risk situations and predicting possible collision scenarios, advanced machine learning model analyze this data to compute real-time distances between objects and vehicles. Furthermore, the proposed system is designed to expedite response and assistance in the unfortunate event of an accident by initiating emergency messages to relevant individuals, such as emergency services and designated contacts. By providing proactive accident prevention strategies, timely emergency notifications for minimizing the situation, and informed decision-making, this AAPS seeks to significantly reduce accidents through continuous learning and adaptive capabilities.

Integrated Sensing and Communication (ISAC) en-ables simultaneous sensing and communication functions and is regarded as a cutting-edge technology for future mobile networks. In this paper, we propose a UAV-enabled joint sensing and communication (ISAC) system, where the UAV serves as a base station. In the presence of eavesdroppers, the system aims to ensure that multiple sensing targets are effectively illuminated while maximizing the sum of achievable secrecy rates for multiple communication users under secure communication constraints. To achieve this, we develop a solution based on alternating optimization (AO) and successive convex approximation (SCA). Simulation results validate the effectiveness of the proposed method, demonstrating its ability to balance communication and sensing requirements while significantly enhancing communication security.

We develop a deep learning framework for Direction of Arrival (DOA) estimation. the sparse power spectrum inspires us, and the first shows that the columns of the array covariance matrix can be formulated as undersampled linear measurements of the spatial spectrum. Secondly, we introduce a Deep Neural Network (DNN) that learns potential inverse transformation from large training dataset. Our proposed DNN-based framework provides a larger aperture with a small number of antennas. Moreover, we reduce the hardware complexity and allow reconfig-urability of the receiver channels. Our solution is able to estimate a number of closely spaced targets larger than the number of receiver channels. through numerical simulations, our proposed method overmatches the most advanced DOA estimation methods based on deep learning, particularly with limited snapshot and low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) situations. © 2022 IEEE.

Daily mhealth is among the most frequent and challenging duty in wireless body sensor networking Wsns tech. A low surface oral bioavailability (SAR) value and excellent communication in a sensor system are the main objectives of the important applications. With its distinctive shapes and great discoveries, an antenna has become one of the most popular types of communication devices in the digital age. the design strategy is suitable for adding a new parallel F1 slot to a wearable applications patch antennas UWB microstrip antennas. the antenna been generated using a higher stability simulator employing a textile substrate made of denim. the developed antenna has a 4dB permissible gain and resonates @7.7GHz. Heterodyne measurements of the reflection coefficient revealed that the antenna had such a decent return loss, improved spectrum, high VSWR of 1.05, and a concentration rate SAR number of less than 2W. the result demonstrates that the suggested design complies only with specifications for a cotton wearable antenna in use for continuous healthcare monitoring in the wireless body area net, sports, or commercial applications. © 2022 IEEE.
