the state vigorously promotes "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", and e-commerce is one of the most suitable industries for innovation and entrepreneurship. However, at present, the cultivation of E-commerce professionals cannot meet the needs of the society for its innovative and entrepreneurial talents. teaching reform is very important to the cultivation of qualified personnel. this paper, mainly from the reality of our university, expounds the teaching reform of higher vocational E-commerce in the direction of innovation and entrepreneurship, and summarizes the innovation.

the Science, Technology, engineering, and Math (STEM) "pipeline" that is imagined to guide students from middle school into successful STEM careers implies a single path. this path often requires students to develop an interest in STEM by middle school, choose particular math and science courses in middle- and high-school, and gain experience and exposure in STEM activities through their high school tenure. While successful for approximately 7% of students who entered 9th grade in 2001, this system has filtered out 93% of the population, including many students who might have had interest and potential to pursue STEM careers. Importantly, this pernicious systemic problem impacts students of color (African American, Hispanic American, American Indian and Alaska Native students) disproportionately. To address this challenge, Access Summer Program to Inspire Recruit and Enrich (ASPIRE) was designed to broaden the participation of students of color and students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds by inspiring and preparing them to pursue degrees in engineering and computing. ASPIRE is a two-week residential summer outreach program with emphasis on the engineering and technology components of STEM to prepare high-school students with 21st century skills of critical thinking, collaboration, and communication. the program provides students with the confidence needed to enter the dynamic workforce of the future, which requires understanding of basic structure, materials and electrical design and computing. this program is guided by project-based learning, an experiential learning pedagogy that focuses on excitement, engagement, applying the scientific method and engineering process, and making a presentation to demonstrate mastery of these principles. ASPIRE introduces students to the fields of computer science and engineering. At the core of every computing related discipline and impacting everyone everywhere, computational thinking or CT has increasingly emerged as its own subject in all levels of education. How to effectively teach CT skills poses real challenges and creates opportunities. Focusing on engineering and computer science undergraduates, we resourcefully integrated elements of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into introductory computing courses. In addition to a comprehension of the essence of CT, AI enabled inspirations of collaborative problem solving beyond abstraction, logical reasoning, critical, and analytical thinking. It fostered the study of basic data structures and algorithms. Students enjoyed active learning classrooms. learning to learn, they constructed essential knowledge from solving exciting AI puzzles, competing in strategic AI games, and participating in intellectual discussion. Every activity is designed to allow students to fully engage their mental tools. Neither coding nor programming was required.

"Active learning (AL)," the teaching method which puts more emphasis on students' active participation in class and their abilities to discover problems and solve them, has been coming under the spotlight worldwide. We are promoting AL in the field of information and electronics. Especially, we are practicing A(3) learning System specializing in utilizing computers. We have aggressively introduced AL in class and seen the good effects of them. However, some problems are emerging in a certain type of subjects, which may mean that there are subjects unsuitable for AL. In this paper we report large-scale analysis of introduction of AL in information and electronics field and suggest that successful introduction of AL in class depends on the type of subjects.

A vessel motion statistical learning based on stored AIS data is proposed in this paper. this paper divide the region of interest into a uniformly sized grid, and analyze the stored AIS data messages according the vessel's position and index the motion information into the unique grid. the sailing state variation between messages are highlighted. Several predictors are designed to predict the vessel's position and the prediction error is get comparing the true position achieved from AIS messages. Experimental results show that the proposed model is credible and the prediction accuracy is higher.

To cultivate the multicultural sensitivity is an important goal of college English curricular reform, and is also the inevitable requirement of quality education. Language and culture are closely tied, so are language teaching and the teaching of culture. Nowadays, with the development of globalization, different cultures of different countries conflict with each other much more, so English learning becomes more important than anytime before. At the same time, the relations of the countries in the world are becoming increasingly closer, and cultural conflicts increasingly fiercer;different races, different languages, and different cultures provide different scope of studying to learners, which inject new blood into English learning and also integrate language and culture much more. Under this background, it is necessary to combine language with culture in college English teaching, and to improve the personal comprehensive ability of English teachers. As an efficient way to experience the culture of other countries, short-term overseas exchange has become an important way for many college English teachers to improve their own abilities. Starting from the connotation of multicultural sensitivity, the writer of this thesis tries to discuss the influence of short-term overseas exchange on college English teachers.
