this paper designs an adaptive controller based on event-triggered strategy for network Euler-Lagrange systems with external disturbances. A novel triggering condition including the adaptive estimate parameter is constructed to facilitate the adjustment of the trigger frequency. Both the communication frequency between the controller and actuator and the communication frequency among subsystems are reduced. Finally, simulation results are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed control law.

IEC 61499 holds its distinct identity as a standard modeling language for distributed control applications in the realm of Industrial Process Measurement and Control systems (IPMCSs). From the perspective of modeling distributed control applications it seems to be a fitting standard unless one tries to map the models into implementations on any of the diverse hardware platforms available for IPMCS. UML often seems to be a modeling counterpart of IEC 61499. Due to its wide-spread application in different domains UML is now enriched enough with artifacts like standard profiles and hence more expressive. Moreover, its familiarity inspired researchers to draw modeling similes with IEC 61499. In this context the presented work tries to present the aspects of UML artifacts to specify IEC 61499 models to avoid certain ambiguities that might widen the gap between model and implementation. Moreover, considering the fact that the model of IEC 61499 resources and its mapping to implementation determines how the constituent element should behave in the application, a modeling paradigm for resources - taking into account the execution semantics (profile) - in terms of UML is also proposed. Its uniqueness lies in the fact that the ambiguity of textual representation is sufficiently avoided. Furthermore, the definition in terms of constraints (OCL) allows checking a model for consistency with a given profile.

To improve the operation efficiency and real-time scheduling capability of existing industrial control network systems, based on the existing industrial real-time Ethernet communication protocol technology, an industrial real-time Ethernet scheduling method based on time slot reuse is proposed. this method adopts the time-division multiplexing strategy, decomposes the continuous time into different time slots, configures the data of different types of nodes to be transmitted in their respective time slots, uses the peak shift clock synchronization method and timer trigger task mechanism to improve the real-time communication, and uses the time slot multiplexing mechanism to improve the data transmission efficiency; Finally, a test platform is built to verify the proposed method. the experimental results show that the proposed method has high clock synchronization accuracy and real-time scheduling capability.

With the steady advancement of highway infrastructure, the highway tunnel has been extended to remote areas and mountainous areas. It is difficult to connect to the power grid, the line distance is far, and the construction investment is large. therefore, the use of distributed photovoltaic system to supply power to the power facilities in the tunnel can effectively reduce the power consumption, save natural resources and promote energy conservation and emission reduction. Based on the shortcomings of the traditional power supply mode of highway tunnel, combined with the application of distributed photovoltaic in highway tunnel in China, this paper analyzes the application advantages of distributed photovoltaic power station for power supply of tunnel lighting system. Finally, taking the actual project as an example, it shows that it has good economic and social benefits.

In order to predict the distribution of gas flow, we need to get the temperature of each point in blast furnace throat in advance. In this paper, firstly, two intelligent modeling methods are used to establish a multiple-input multiple-output prediction model, one is extreme learning machine(ELM) algorithm and the other is online sequential extreme learning machine(OS-ELM) algorithm. And the model is a single-step prediction model of temperature in blast furnace, single-step prediction means the prediction of temperature in the next moment. We use autocorrelation analysis to determine input vector and output vector of the model. the result of autocorrelation analysis indicates that the method of temperature sequence prediction has a higher prediction accuracy and better prediction stability than the method of single point prediction. Next, based on real industrial data, we make a comparison between the multipleinput multiple-output model and least squares support vector machines(LS-SVM) model used in common. the experiment results show that OS-ELM model has a better forecast effect than the ELM model and LS-SVM model.

In this paper, we consider the problem of multi-frame super-resolution for license plate images given low-resolution frames. Optical Character Recognition (OCR) systems may not work well when the resolution of a license plate image is low. Using high-resolution cameras is an expensive solution to this problem. However, super-resolution methods can reconstruct a high-resolution image from a set of low-resolution frames. In this paper, we propose a new interpolation method that enhances the resolution of the license plate, using consecutive frames of a video. the images obtained by this method are suitable for a license plate recognition system. Experimental results show that applying the proposed method on low-resolution frames, improves the quality of the license plate significantly, and produces better results when fed into an OCR system.

Land Use Land Cover change analysis has proven useful in studying the impact of an event on a region. Changes in a region due to urbanization, deforestation, or due to a disaster can be easily assessed using LULC change detection analysis. Remote Sensing, and Geographic Information System (GIS) tools have been used to study long and short-term biodiversity and LULC changes in an area. We present a case study on 2013 flash floods of Uttarakhand that uses multi-spectral Landsat satellite images to analyze the Spatio-temporal changes in the LULC of the region. Landsat 7 and 8 images are used to classify using the Maximal Likelihood Algorithm which is further improved by NDVI. the region is categorized into 5 major classes; mountain, settlement, vegetation, water, and glacier with accuracy more than 92%. the LULC maps are analyzed to reveal significant changes in the region after the disaster.

Phase-locked and non-phase-locked event-related oscillations and channel spectra during motor imagery with speed parameters (fast 4Hz and slow 1Hz) were investigated in the paper. EEG signals related to imagination of six tasks that involved three limbs (left and right index fingers and right toes) and two speeds were first separated from original EEG signals mixed with noises by ICA. then, event-related EEG trials were superposed and averaged to get time domain average EEG that was decomposed by wavelet transform to investigate phase locked event-related oscillations. Event-related EEG trials were also decomposed by wavelet transform respectively and then superposed and averaged to investigate non-phase-locked event related oscillations. In addition, power spectra for selected channel were calculated by FFT. By these methods, the latency of 50~536ms and the low frequency band of 2.7~8Hz for an increase in power early after the event, latencies and frequency bands for significant different changes and a different degree decrease in power at high frequency band between fast and slow motor imagery, and ERD / ERS in a broad frequency band for selected channels were found. Simultaneously extracting phase-locked and non-phase-locked event-related oscillations in broadband range may be very important for acquiring complete information about event-related EEG during motor imagery with speed parameters. the research results may be used in feature extraction for brain-controlled robots interface (BCRI). In the based on brain cognitive robots control, this study is also expected to provide some degree continuous and fine control strategies for BCR.

the most lethal kind of skin cancer is called malignant melanoma. Accurate diagnosis of skin malignancies are aided by dermoscopy, a non-invasive high-resolution imaging procedure. Melanoma is a very dangerous kind of skin cancer because of how quickly it spreads and how aggressive it is. For this reason, malignant melanoma maintains its place as one of the tumors with the highest rates of growth across the globe. Second-order texture feature data may be obtained by the GLCM (Grey Level Co-occurrence Matrix) technique. the reference pixel and neighboring pixels are considered by GLCM to ensure an accurate calculation. Grayscale pictures have a decent number of levels, which is straightforwardly relative to the number of segments and columns in the frameworks used to characterize the scale. Relative recurrence is addressed by the grid component P I j | Dx, Dy), where I and j are force values and Dx and Dy are pixel distances. In total, the co-occurrence matrix considers 14 different attributes, including energy, efficiency, latency, correlation, homogeneity, and contrast. Convolutional Neural networks (CNN) and Gaussian Filters (GF) classifiers were then used to sort these vectors. Comparisons of the results these classifiers provide are also made.
