this paper studies the digital transformation and upgrading algorithms of universities based on artificial intelligence. through the precise docking of the digital transformation and development of the manufacturing industry, we study and determine the knowledge structure, ability requirements, and professional digital literacy of intelligent manufacturing digital talents by the process design and programming of industrial robots, the operation and integrated debugging of the production line of intelligent manufacturing workshop, production control and maintenance and other job requirements. through experiments, we conclude that the algorithm in this paper has advantages. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s). With the rapid development of the digital economy and the continuous dynamic changes in demand for cloud services, a single cloud resource service provider is no longer capable of meeting the diverse requirements of the evolving cloud *** study primarily focuses on cost-sensitive small and medium-sized cloud application providers and explores how they can optimize their service procurement strategies to maximize the profits and cloud resource *** combining stochastic programming with newsboy model, we delve into the optimal selection strategy when faced with heterogeneous cloud resource *** to this analysis result, we design a service provider selection and composition algorithm based on break-even point rate to determine the allocation of resources from each cloud resource *** research findings indicate that startup or smaller-scale enterprises with limited costs are more inclined towards selecting only a mature and stable cloud service providers to mitigate operational risks and reduce expenses;whereas businesses experiencing stable growth but higher costs tend to prefer multiple high-quality cloud service providers for composition in order to achieve maximum returns, thereby enhancing competitiveness while improving service levels and customer *** study contributes towards promoting scientific and effective procurement decision-making by small and medium-sized cloud application providers in hybrid-cloud environments, supporting steady development and long-term competition. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s). Controllers act as a bridge between the operator and the system, allowing the operator to communicate with the system as if it were a human. In other words, the controller is like the thinking brain of an industrial process. A controller communicates all the commands that an expert wants to apply to the system to follow its standard flow process and ultimately achieve the desired response. When industrial processes are left alone and without a controller in the control loop, they typically do not give satisfactory responses in terms of transient or steady-state characteristics. therefore, the selection and programming of an appropriate controller is one of the most important steps in an industrial process. One of the most widely used and well-known controllers is the PID controller, whose gains are often determined experimentally or through trial and error. However, finding the optimal gains is always a challenge. In this study, for the first time, the optimal gains of the PID controller are determined using Lion Optimization Algorithm (LOA). this research has introduced a systematic and efficient approach to achieving optimal control of mechatronic systems. © 2025 IEEE.

Today, with the rapid development of science and technology, robots play an irreplaceable role, and industrial robots are a powerful factor to promote the development of production. Among them, the four-degree-of-freedom robot occupies a very high market rate, because the four-degree-of-freedom robot can not only realize the movement in X, Y and Z directions and the rotation around the Z axis, but also expand the workspace in the driving direction according to the operation requirements, thus increasing the scope of the workspace. In this study, the four-degree-of-freedom robot is modeled in UG first, and then the operation program is compiled in Portal for the whole model. In this paper, a MCD (Mechatronics Concept Designer, Mechatronics Conceptual Design Solution) simulation system of robot based on Siemens PLC is designed, which mainly uses UG to model the four-degree-of-freedom robot. the joint motion control simulation of the robot is carried out by using Portal programming and UG. through the co-simulation experiment, the robot can achieve the predetermined movement under the control of Portal. © 2025 SPIE.

Data structures are fundamental for efficiently storing, accessing, and performing operations like insertion, deletion, and data updates. Furthermore, this tool empowers users to create and execute their own custom methods through a simplified programming language designed for various data structures. this paper presents a twistable polymer based on residual magnetic flux vector programming and applies it to the cantilever beam of a magnetically driven micro mirror. We innovatively use soft silica gel as the substrate of the cantilever beam, incorporate NdFeB particles with a diameter of 5 μm into it and perform vector magnetization. the results show that under the drive of an external magnetic field, its maximum mechanical deflection angle can reach 7.19 degrees, nearly 1.8 times that of traditional electromagnetic micro mirrors, and it shows a high degree of linearity with the magnetic field strength. In addition, since it is made of flexible materials, the stress during the twisting process is five orders of magnitude smaller than that of rigid cantilever beams, showing good mechanical properties. Compared with traditional electromagnetic micro mirrors, this design directly combines the driving part with the cantilever beam and eliminates the complex coil module, which is expected to greatly reduce the volume of the system and improve the control accuracy and sensitivity, providing a new approach for the design of electromagnetic micro mirrors. © 2025 IEEE.
