the decision-making and evaluation of raw material ordering and transportation schemes are common in the actual production process. this paper makes an in-depth study on the formulation of ordering and transportation schemes in the future. Firstly, this paper determines the four quantitative indicators of supplier compliance rate, stability, market reputation and raw material output-input ratio with mean square deviation to weight them, establishes TOPSIS comprehensive analysis and evaluation model, and obtains the list of the top five importance to the production guarantee of the enterprise. then, the time series Arima prediction model is used to process the historical data of the supply volume of the top 50 suppliers and predict the supply volume corresponding to the next 24 weeks. the specific ordering and transshipment scheme is obtained by using the prediction value, the single objective function model of "minimum number of suppliers", double objective function model of "minimum number of suppliers + minimum cost", and the three objective function model of "minimum number of suppliers + minimum cost + minimum overall loss rate".

In this research, the rGO-CoS composites were successfully synthesized from GO and the Cobalt and Sulfur precursors via solvothermal reaction. the GO material was obtained by Hummer method reaction synthesis. In term of rGO synthesis, reaction time is one of important factors that determine the reduction process and the resulting material properties. therefore, we studied the influence of reaction time to the chemical properties of the obtained composites by varying i.e 12, 24, 36 and 48 hours of reaction time. the characterizations were carried out using Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), and Fourier Transform Infra-Red (FTIR). Morphological observation of rGo-CoS shows that rGO-CoS are has many thin layers, rougher, and wider surface. From the XRD result, GO shows shift of peak diffractogram to 2θ 9.56 with interplanar space 9.24 and rGO-CoS 36 shows several peaks at 2θ 30.84, 35.47, 47.54, 54.94 . the GO spectrum pattern shows specific functional group, OH groups (hydroxyl), carboxyl stretching vibration C=O (-COOH), C=C of unoxidized graphite consisting aromatic rings, and epoxy group vibration C-O(-C), while rGO and rGO-CoS shows decrease in intensity of these bands. It concluded that the rGO-CoS 36 (hours) is considered as the most optimum reduction reaction time. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Geant4, an object-oriented C++ toolkit for the simulation of the passage of particles through matter, is increasingly used in nuclear physics research. In such a situation, a high level of programming ability is required for users to use Geant4, raising the difficulty of scientific research. Our work focuses on how to lower the technical threshold for using Geant4 with wizard-style GUI and modular functional design. Software-wise, the proposed idea is to design a set of input rules, and to establish a corresponding parsing library as the internal logic of the GUI. With the parsing library, detailed description of detector construction, electromagnetic field setting, source definition and output information become possible without coding. Based on such an idea, a software eCARD (easy CAlculator of RaDiation) for quickly modeling radiation simulation is developed. By using a mature XML parsing library, an input card can be written through the GUI or modified manually. eCARD also integrates functions such as reloading historical files, batch processing and result graphing. this paper will firstly report how to design the software eCARD to work for different research fields. Next, the implementation of eCARD and its application will be introduced. Finally, we will discuss its simulation results compared with research cases. © 2023 by JSME.

In order to cultivate students' abilities of solving complex problems, transform from a traditional classroom to the capacity-cultivating classroom, and deepen combination curriculum practice with advanced technology, a teaching mixed-mode is put forward. First of all, methods of MOOC, APP terminal and the flipped classroom are utilized to assist teaching and a reasonably teaching structure is established. Furthermore, for the purpose of regarding students as teaching center, it is essential to explore students' potential, stimulate their learning initiative, improve their practical abilities. Meanwhile, it is necessary to deepen teaching interactivity and degree of difficulty. In the end, various software is used to describe students' personality so as to feedback their learning situation to teachers. Experimental results indicate that the method can simulate students' interest effectively in learning and advance their abilities of programming practice. © 2020 ACM.

Along with the development of big data and artificial intelligence, high-performance heterogeneous parallel computing technology has received more and more attention from the industry. On the one hand, heterogeneous computing can significantly improve the computational efficiency. But on the other hand, it can also make the programming more difficult. Such bottlenecks make it harder to give full play to the advantages of heterogeneous hardware. there is currently no comprehensive solution to meet the efficient task scheduling requirements of heterogeneous computing systems. therefore, this paper introduces a task parallel programming framework based on heterogeneous computing, including the design of programming model, adjusting task granularity, and task scheduling. A ST-HEFT-based static task scheduling method for heterogeneous computing system is proposed to improve computing efficiency. Simulation results show that the framework can obtain better average acceleration ratio. the difficulty of parallel programs for developers can be reduced, and the varying capabilities of heterogeneous components can be fully utilized. © 2020, Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) have achieved great performance in many visual tasks. However, CNN models are sensitive to samples with large spatial variants, especially severe in fine-grained classification task. In this paper, we propose a novel CNN model called ST-BCNN to solve these problems. ST-BCNN contains two functional CNN modules: Spatial Transform Network (STN) and Bilinear CNN(BCNN). Firstly, STN module is used to select key region in input samples and get it spatially modified. Since the adoption of STN will cause an information loss phenomenon called boundary loss, we design a brand-new IOU loss method to solve it. We make a theoretical analysis of the IOU loss method. Secondly, to discover discriminative features for fine-grained classification task, BCNN module is applied. BCNN interacts CNN features from different channels to produce more discriminative bilinear features than fully connected features of CNN. ST-BCNN works by reducing irrelevant spatial states and producing fine-grained features. We evaluate our model on 3 public fine-grained classification datasets with large spatial variants: CUB200-2011, Fish100 and UAV43. Experiments show that the IOU loss method can reduce boundary loss and make STN module output spatial transformed image appropriately. Our proposed ST-BCNN model outperforms other advanced CNN models on all three datasets. © 2019 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In the context of functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) images, human brain parcellation is a very critical issue for human brain network generation, analysis and functional connectivity researches. thus, brain organization has been defined with specific topographies at different scales where brain is dividing into different areas or regions which are interconnecting closely between them and each one is represented by a node with specific local properties. Typically, a huge number of recent parcellation studies prove the important role of fMRI based approaches to parcelate the brain into different interest regions by using several distinct generated Atlases. In this paper, we present a comparison between different Atlases that represent the map of parcellation. More specifically, we study the initial steps which are applied later with graph theories that has been used in a huge number of previous works in order to detect and describe neurodegenerative diseases. In our work, we have started by calculating the mean correlation matrix using distinct Atlases. We have chosen popular Atlas such as probabilistic Atlas, YEO Atlas, Power Atlas, Crad Atlas, Fair Atlas and Dos *** experimental results are based on testing fMRI images taken from the famous database for Alzheimer named ADNI.

Electronic medical record is the core component of hospital information system, and it is also an important evidence in solving social security and governance such as medical disputes, medical insurance cash and fraud. the most advanced digital certificates and other technologies have effectively solved a series of important security issues such as "identity camouflage" and "man-in-the-middle attacks" and have been granted certain legal effects. However, due to their dependence on trusted third-party organizations, there are facts. Technical loopholes and serious trust crises. Blockchain technology is considered to be the best solution for current data security due to its decentralized distributed storage, non-tamperable, consensus computing and other characteristics, and has received widespread attention. Based on the alliance blockchain architecture, the research project supported by this paper selects the health service and management organization of Nanshan District of Shenzhen as the social programming practice scenario;builds the alliance blockchain network based on Fabric super account, writes and deploys intelligent contracts, and collects the core of electronic medical records. the data item (desensitization) generates a HASH digest, and stores the HASH digest on the alliance blockchain network;the user can select the network node to download the corresponding HASH digest, and perform the two-way comparison to complete the electronic medical record security credit, thereby realizing Key governance of medical disputes. the experimental results show that the system can effectively complete the protection and acceptance of electronic medical records, and has a good social security and governance application prospects. © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2019.
