Optimizing parameters to achieve optimal trade-off between coverage and capacity is a well known research problem in 5thgeneration mobile cellular networks. Introduction of ultra dense heterogeneous networks is bound to exacerbate this problem by adding a third conflicting objective i.e., load balancing between macro and small cells. Existing solutions on load balancing are not suited for this purpose since they balance cell loads at the cost of spectral efficiency, a key measure of resource efficiency in 5G networks. To tackle these challenges, we propose a novel solution for joint optimization of coverage, capacity and load in ultra dense heterogeneous networks that does not compromise spectral efficiency or subscriber satisfaction. the proposed solution incorporates antenna tilt, transmit power and cell offset parameters into a single objective. We compare two different versions of our proposed solution with existing coverage optimization In and coverage, capacity and load optimization [2] algorithms, as well as coverage optimization and load balancing solutions for HetNets to highlight its advantages. Simulation results show that the proposed solution improves service quality while also offering higher residual capacity compared to nearest benchmark.

In this paper, a novel video transmission scheme for transmission of three Dimensional Set Partitioning in Hierarchical Trees (3D-SPIHT) video coding streams over the CDMA channels is proposed. the main idea behind this scheme is that the output of the 3D-SPIHT video coding will be send related to its significant information. the modified 3D-SPIHT coder will generate three groups of bitstream. the significant bits, the sign bits, and the refinement bits are transmitted in three different groups. the optimal Unequal Error Protection (UEP) of these groups is proposed. the RS code is used to test the effectiveness of the proposed scheme. In addition to UEP, the power optimization over the code-Division Multiple Access channels (CDMA) is done which increases the performance of our system. the simulation results indicate that the proposed scheme provides significantly better PSNR performance in comparison withthe well-known robust coding schemes.

In a traditional software architecture, control originates in components and flows to other components via connectors. the system's control flow is fixed at design time, when components and their inter-connections are specified. code generated from the design inherits this control flow, and consists of component code and glue codethat tightly couples connected components. this means that code generated from a given software architecture is system-specific, and is therefore neither generic nor reusable. In this paper we describe an approach which allows separate reuse of component code and connector code, and thus making it possible to build architectures from pre-existing components and generic connectors. Furthermore, we show we can implement such architectures by generating control flow at run-time automatically.

Software Testing is one of the main important and complex steps in the software development lifecycle. To fully test a newly developed software package, either black box (specification based) or white box (code based) testing must be performed. White box testing depends upon structure of code and its control flow graph. Identification of independent path is a complex problem, so the aim of the current paper is to present a simple algorithm for independent pathgeneration, based on the recently developed cuckoo search. the proposed approach has some additional set of rules for the effective paths generation and prioritization of the basic paths. It can be shown that the proposed approach guarantees full path coverage.
