data augmentation is one of the most significant approaches to improve the performance of object detection. Currently, data augmentation is generally used for resolving the long tail and sample imbalance problem. However, there is an imbalance of detection performance in multi-class object detection without the impact of the above-mentioned problems. In this paper, we present an offline data augmentation method based on Cannikin's Law for augmenting the categories far below the average detection accuracy. Specifically, we first apply the statistical method to find the categories with low detection performance. Secondly, a data augmentation following the cut-paste principle is constructed. the instances from the specific categories are segmented and placed into the selected pictures in the training dataset. Lastly, the augmented pictures are selected by the similarity measurement mechanism. Extensive experiments are conducted on the Pascal VOC dataset. For the FCOS detector, the mean Average Precision (mAP) is increased from 79.12% to 83.14%. For the RetinaNet detector, the mAP is boosted from 81.6% to 83.57%. Meanwhile, the detection accuracy of the specific categories is improved by 10% at least. the experimental results show the effectiveness of our data augmentation method. © 2021 ieee.

this paper uses Citespace software to visually analyze the domestic and foreign literature discussing the topic of sharing economy in recent years, using China Knowledge Network (CNKI) and Web of science (WOS) as basic sample data sources, using social network analysis, induction and summary methods, the research progress of the literature on this subject is analyzed, and future research trends are prospected. the research found that: (1) the development of bicycle sharing and other industries has caused social problems of 'tragedy of the commons'. How to solve them is a hot topic for scholars;(2) the hotspots of foreign sharing economy research are more biased Shared resources and ecological environment, which also shows that the current development of the sharing economy is deeper than the previous model of single pursuit of economic benefits;(3) Government supervision and policy formulation in the sharing economy must continue to pay attention to the end of the epidemic Instability factors that may appear in the aftermarket. © 2021 ieee.

Since the standardization of ac power distribution, reactive power compensation has become an essential part of commercial power system operation. this paper will review the history of the development of reactive power compensation strategy, analyze the equipment and methods of reactive power compensation, and discuss the strategy of reactive power compensation in low-voltage distribution network. Under conventional switching control, the switching of capacitors produces voltage transients that are disruptive for some users, and the fixed impedance causes the compensation level to fall below the optimal level. therefore, the intelligent control switch will be used to calculate the power quality by the single chip microcomputer, control the intelligent switch to switch in the best position, in order to reduce the generated voltage transients, improve the power quality. © 2021 ieee.

Tertiary industry has become an important engine to promote the rapid development of national economy. From evolution analysis, we find there is a gap between the tertiary industry of Anhui and the whole country. Based on statistical yearbook from 2005 to 2018 in Anhui, we establish a macroscopic impact model. Empirical results show that scientific research and technical service industry has the greatest contribution degree to tertiary industry. Furthermore, a time series model for scientific research and technical service industry is provided, which shows the industry has an obvious upward trend. this paper can distinguish the key factor in the tertiary industry development and forecast its future trend. Based on the results, some suggestions are offered from the aspects of R D transformation, talent introduction and industry innovation to promote sustainable and effective development of the tertiary industry. © 2021 ieee.

Association classification (AC) has p-roven to be a promising approach in data mining by integrating association mining and classification. the evidential association rule-based classification (EARC), as an extension of AC in belief function framework, is an effective classification model for addressing multiple uncertainties in real-world applications, but it encounters difficulties in dealing with high-dimensional data. To adapt the EARC to high-dimensional data, an improved evidential association classification method, called EARC-HD, is developed based on four stages: entropy-based fuzzy partition, evidential class association rule mining, rule prescreening and genetic rule selection. Comparing with EARC, an entropy-based fuzzy partition strategy is designed for deriving a series of fuzzy regions, with which some irrelevant attributes can be deleted. Moreover, the number of antecedent attributes is limited for effectively reducing the computational complexity in rule generation. To improve the efficiency of the classifier, the techniques of redundancy reduction and subgroup discovery are used for prescreening the mined rule set before a genetic rule selection process. Experimental results based on real-world datasets demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method in dealing with high-dimensional problems. © 2021 ieee.

Electronic Health Records (EHRs) is an important form of medical data. Sharing health data is considered a key way to improve the quality of health care services and reduce the cost of health care. However, nowadays, many people will create electronic health records in different hospitals. In the process of cross-hospital diagnosis, due to the decentralized storage of electronic medical record in various hospitals, the electronic health records cannot be shared. this phenomenon will cause obstacles to doctors' diagnosis, impede data sharing and endanger patient privacy. To solve these problems, we propose an EHRs privacy protection data sharing scheme based on blockchain. In this scheme, the original EHRs are securely stored in the cloud. the generated index is stored on the hospital private blockchain. Visitors can obtain the index of electronic health records through the blockchain. It's convenient to view the patient's electronical health records and diagnose the patient's condition in detail. In this way, the risk of medical data leakage can be greatly reduced. the advantages in the blockchain ensure that EHRs cannot be arbitrarily modified. Meanwhile, the original data is stored in the cloud, while the blockchain only stores indexes, which solves the problem of limited storage space in the blockchain. According to the current medical situation, we put forward Wanchain as a service (WaaS), and propose a cross-blockchain based privacy-preserving data sharing for electronic health records. Wanchain is used to achieve cross-blockchain secure access to EHRs data when patients visit different hospitals. In addition, our scheme ensures that patients can delete EHRs data effectively and freely. the safety and effectiveness of the system are proved through security analysis and performance evaluation. © 2021 ieee.

Vehicle Re-Identification (Re-ID) aims at matching and returning images of a query vehicle from a large-scale gallery set taken across different cameras. To extract and adapt more discriminative and useful vehicle feature information from the source to the target-domain data of interest is the foremost goal of cross-domain vehicle Re-ID. In order to better adapt to the real-complex-world surveillance environment of traffic vehicles and further improve the generalization and robustness of our model GLCAM-Net (i.e. a vehicle Re-ID network based on Global-Local feature fusion, Channel Attention Mechanism and Weighted Local Feature), we conducted cross-domain evaluation experiments and ablation studies on two large benchmark datasets VehicleID and VeRi-776. Our qualitative and quantitative results demonstrate that our approach outperforms the state-of-the-art by more than 3.05% (VeRi-776?VehicleID) and 3.13% (VehicleID?VeRi-776) improvements in term of mAP, respectively. © 2021 ieee.

All-to-All Comparison (ATAC) is a key computing mode to improve computing performance and is applied in many disciplines. through the research on the data distribution strategy of the ATAC calculation, a novel solution framework of the ATAC data distribution strategy based on tabu search is proposed for the first time. An ATAC data distribution model is constructed, and the related algorithms of the model are designed based on the tabu search, and it is implemented on MATLAB. the framework consists of three parts: 1) the driver module responsible for interacting with users;2) the load balancing module that solves the data distribution strategy that meets the load balancing situation;3) the storage optimization module that solves the data distribution strategy that meets the load balancing and optimized storage. Experiments prove that the framework for solving the ATAC data distribution strategy based on tabu search has the following advantages: A) the data distribution strategy obtained by the framework enables the nodes of the distributed system participating in the ATAC calculation to achieve load balancing and complete data localization. B) the data distribution scheme can reduce 40%-50% of the storage space in the distributed system. C) the framework is more advanced than the existing ATAC data distribution algorithm in calculation speed. © 2021 ieee.
