In modern communication, speech technology plays a vital role, with accent being one of the key features that reflects the nuances of spoken technology. However, differences in accent can make communication difficult, especially in global contexts like language learning and human computer interaction. Accent conversion approaches often solve these issues by transforming the accent of speaker to that of the other speakers, while maintaining linguistic information and speaker identity. this technology holds great applications to speech recognition, language learning, and cross-lingual communication. this paper explores the use of advanced deep learning techniques in accent conversion systems which have improved both the naturalness and intelligibility of converted speech. Additionally, we discuss the methods generally used for performance evaluation of these systems. © 2025 ieee.

this case study addresses security attacks associated with SQL Injection, Cross-Site Scripting (XSS), and Email Phishing attacks on online platforms. the study focuses on a small beverage commercial web portal and fake Facebook pages as case examples. the objective is to enhance the operational resilience of these platforms by implementing input validation protocols and phishing detection plugins. the study aims to identify and analyze security vulnerabilities, develop strategies to minimize threats, integrate validation techniques and detection plugins, and proactively implement a secure environment. Moreover, this study relies on 18 references, including research publications from databases like ieee and Google Scholar. the findings highlight the significance of understanding phishing attacks and keyloggers, the prevalence of web-based ordering systems, and the risks of SQL Injection and Cross-Site Scripting in web applications. Furthermore, the study emphasizes the need for comprehensive measures, including technological safeguards, user education, and transparent communication, to address these security concerns and foster a secure and trustworthy online environment. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).

Agriculture is backbone of many economies but still farmers often face many challenges in accessing financial services or available resources for them, making informed crop choices and participating in government initiatives. Because of many farmers are not aware about all these things, to address these concerns, the proposed "Agricultural Financial Inclusion System" provides a comprehensive platform which integrates essential services with aim of improving farmers’ production and their financial awareness. Our system has a crop recommendation feature that helps farmers to choose the best suitable crop for their soil in the farm by taking climate and soil type into account. In order to make sure that farmers are aware about various available services/resources or any government schemes and able to take advantage of them, the platform also offers essential information on a variety of government initiatives, saving plans etc. By combining all these features, the Agricultural Financial Inclusion System encourage farmers to make smart choices which help them to enhance agricultural productivity and financial stability. In order to create more successful and sustainable agriculture sector, this integrated approach hopes to fill the gap between farmers and technology & resources they need. © 2025 ieee.

the real-time obstacle identification and precise distance calculation is necessary for drone deliveries but the traditional LIDAR sensors are expensive and their weight poses significant challenges. the high financial investment required to procure and integrate LIDAR into drones also adds significant weight to drones, which impacts their performance. this project offers a low-cost substitute for LIDAR sensors in drone applications that require pre-pixel depth estimation. A great deal of testing confirms the effectiveness of depth estimation. the object’s distance is yield by a disparity map. this demonstrates how depth information can be accurately determined with the help of stereo vision by using block-matching and semi-global block-matching algorithms. According to our research, integrating pseudo-LIDAR systems offers a viable and affordable alternative to LIDAR sensors for drone applications. © 2025 ieee.

Heart disease remains a leading global cause of mortality, emphasizing the need for innovative diagnostic solutions. Traditional Clinical Decision Support Systems (CDSS) often struggle with limited datasets and imbalances, impacting prediction accuracy. this study proposes a novel approach by integrating Conditional Generative Adversarial Networks (CGANs) into a CDSS framework, enhancing its ability to generate high-quality synthetic data. the augmented dataset is utilized to train a Gradient Boosting model capable of identifying subtle patterns in patient data. this methodology significantly improves prediction precision and addresses limitations of traditional techniques. the results demonstrate the model's superiority inaccurately identifying heart disease risks, making it a valuable tool for early diagnosis and clinical decision-making. By combining advanced machine learning techniques with domain- specific innovations, this research sets a new benchmark in the application of AI for healthcare. © 2025 ieee.

Melanoma represents one of the most lethal forms of skin cancer, underscoring the importance of early detection for effective treatment and improved survival rates. Traditional diagnostic methods, which predominantly rely on visual inspection and biopsies, are often time-consuming and susceptible to human error. Timely diagnosis significantly enhances the likelihood of recovery and can reduce healthcare costs by minimizing the necessity for surgical, radiographic, or chemical treatments. Recently, deep learning techniques have demonstrated considerable promise in automating and improving the accuracy of medical diagnoses, including melanoma classification. In this study, we evaluate the performance of several state-of-the-art deep learning models - DenseNet, ResNet, VGG-16, VGG-19, Inception v3, and AlexNet - for multi-class melanoma cancer classification. Our objective is to identify the model that offers the best performance in terms of accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity. We conduct a comprehensive comparison using publicly available datasets, such as HAM10000 ("Human Against Machine with 10000 training images"), to ensure robust and generalizable results. this evaluation aims to advance the field of melanoma diagnosis by identifying the most effective deep learning approach, thereby facilitating early and accurate detection of this life-threatening disease. © 2025 ieee.

the methods were evaluated using machine learning-driven interruption detection, blockchain-enhanced access control for inconsistency localization, and structured threat insight data in a simulated healthcare environment. With an accuracy range of 0.88-0.94 and lift specified between 0.75 and 1, knowledge values ranging from.86 to.92, and F1 scores between and above, the test results demonstrated that all computations were possible. BACA strengthened access control with blockchain;ADA surpassed expectations in identifying discrepancies;TIAA succeeded in risk insights management;and ML-IDS achieved outstanding results in intrusion detection. A comparison with related research highlights the significance of these algorithms in tackling specific cybersecurity issues in the healthcare sector. Because the proposed algorithms provide a holistic approach to safeguard confidential health information, ensure the validity of assessment models, and strengthen organizations against a range of dynamic cyberthreats, they are pertinent to the expanding discussion about cybersecurity in the healthcare industry. © 2025 ieee.
