Load Frequency Control (LFC) is an important method to ensure the power quality of interconnected power systems. For interconnected power systems with uncertain parameters and load disturbances, this paper proposes a LFC technique based on distributed H-infinity control. Large-scale systems are decomposed into multiple interconnected subsystems according to a certain logic. Each subsystem has its own local controller. this strategy exchanges its measured values and integrates the information of neighboring systems into the local control target and obtains the control law of each system. Finally, a simulation result of the three-area interconnected power system verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm.

One of the methods for reducing the negative environmental impact of conventional cars is to use electric vehicles (EVs). the proliferation of EVs has led in the installation of electric vehicle charging stations (EVCS). EV charging increases distribution system power loss and reduces voltage. the goal of the present study is to minimize the power loss while maintaining a healthy voltage profile as a bi-objective function by positioning the EVCS along with distributed generation (DG) correctly. DG plays an important role for minimizing power loss and improvement of voltage profile. the ieee 33-bus distribution scheme was used in this work to determine the best site for EVCS deployment. To allow EV charging in a separated region, each charging station is allocated to a different location. the Symbiotic Organism Search (SOS) algorithm was used to find the ideal site for EVCS. the findings of SOS were compared to those of Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO).

IPv6 address scanning is the basic technology of IPv6 network measurement and security. In recent years, there has been some researches focusing in address scanning of IPv6 network. However, most of them are aimed to reduce the address space, not to improve the scanning efficiency for a given large address set. In this paper, we analyze different ways of IPv6 address configuration and their corresponding address features, and then introduce a mapping model between IPv6 addresses and network devices. Furthermore, we propose an adaptive scanning strategy based on target types. the large-scale IPv6 addresses to be scanned will first be divided into different subsets according to their characteristics, and then the adaptive strategy will call the appropriate scanning method for different subsets. Experimental results show that the method has better accuracy and efficiency in detecting the survivability of large-scale IPv6 addresses. © 2022 ieee.

Binary neural network (BNN) is widely used in speech recognition, image processing and other fields to save memory and speed up computing. However, the accuracy of the existing binarization scheme in the realistic dataset is obviously low, and the input layer uses 32-bit floating point to avoid excessive precision loss, which requires additional computing units and increases the computational burden. therefore, it is very important to improve the input layer, save computing resources and reduce precision loss. In this paper, we propose a parallel convolution binary neural network accelerator architecture (PC-BNA). Based on our proposed BNN model, we design an efficient field programmable gate array (FPGA) based accelerator. the input of the first layer is binarized, the traditional binary convolution layer is replaced by a parallel binary convolution, and the network building blocks are improved. the experimental results show that the proposed PC-BNA has higher accuracy and better performance on CIFAR-10. the image recognition accuracy is as high as 91.4%, which is superior to the state-of-art of the BNN accelerator. Compared to the state-of-the-art BNN model, when using the same model size, the use of look-up-table (LUT) saves 9.08%, and the digital signal processor (DSP) saves 27.7%. the results suggest that it is promising for PC-BNA in future high performance mobile artificial intelligence applications. © 2022 ieee.

this paper proposes a remote monitoring and decision-making system for intelligent ships based on edge computing and distributed algorithms. Relying on the high bandwidth and low latency characteristics of 5 G communication, real-time data processing and remote monitoring of ship operation status are realized. the system localizes a large amount of sensor data through edge computing, and combines distributed algorithms to improve data fusion and decisionmaking efficiency. Data transmission supported by 5G communication provides technical guarantee for seamless connection between ships and shore-based monitoring centers. through real-time analysis of ship sensor data, the system can predict potential faults and optimize navigation strategies. Model simulation results show that the distributed algorithm based on edge computing has significant advantages in improving data processing speed, reducing decision response time by 15% and improving monitoring accuracy by 8.5%. this study provides technical support for remote monitoring and autonomous decision-making of intelligent ships, and verifies the broad application prospects of $\mathbf{5 G}$ communication in the field of maritime communications.

Next-generation Internet of things (IoT) is progressing rapidly due to the introduction of beyond 5G (B5G) and the approaching arrival of 6G, which have improved the dependability, productivity, and profitability of both industrial and personal operations. Nevertheless, data overload is frequently caused by the abundance of wireless sensors in commercial 6G devices. Data mining gathers useful information in order to solve this. Meanwhile, in the 6G architecture, edge computing enables automated equipment operations and intelligent decision-making in real-time. Even so, despite the drawbacks of sensor-based energy sources, the integration of many technologies has led to an increase in energy. Using a multi-agent system (MAS) approach, a system model for industrial wireless sensor networks in 6G applications has been presented in order to combat this. sensor node clustering locates and forecasts the locations of principal nodes by employing distributed artificial intelligence (DAI). Convolutional neural networks (CNN) and back-propagation neural networks (BPNN) are used in optimisation. Allocating resources to individual nodes efficiently is made possible by the analysis of inter-cluster correlations. the outcomes of the simulation show how well the approach works to reduce resource waste, increase overall energy efficiency, and protect important data. this strategy improves network performance in industrial 6G applications while simultaneously addressing concerns about energy consumption. © 2024 ieee.

Blockchain was developed as a decentralized public ledger that stores data among computer nodes. Online transactions and digital money systems were designed to ensure that people could interact freely and without bias. Due to ongoing fraud and the system's shortcomings in protecting users from fraud and money laundering, this has recently been proven to be the contrary. this study examines the effects of the international certification layer (ICL) on the blockchain system. It also sheds light on the new ICL innovation, which adds a new layer to the blockchain system and its obligations toward users and the government. Additionally, this study will examine blockchain technology, including its functions and the benefits that the 1CL offers to the overall system. All users' safely is a major concern in this context, as is the user experience, the blockchain system also encourages government involvement and intervention in online transactions and access to consumer data. Insecurity and fraud are the key problems associated with digital money;this study aims to demonstrate the importance of the ICL in addressing these problems. It guarantees the functionality of the ICL and its roles through various technical tests and by adding additional layers to the blockchain system.

With the advancement and popularization of science and technology, much research explores the provision of health care services or health management with the assistance of information technology in addition to traditional clinical diagnosis. Personal Health Records (PHR) are available for personalized health record information in the autonomous management system. the personal health record system is to improve disease management or strengthen personal health management. However, users are concerned about the safety and confidentiality of PHR in healthcare systems. In 2008, the blockchain architecture was proposed by Satoshi as a peer-to-peer network architecture that contains a distributed Ledger Technology (DLT). In this study, we proposed a blockchain-based PHR system using the homomorphic encryption to improve the privacy and security of the users. It allows a third party to perform operations on the ciphertext which can be retrieved correctly later, while the privacy and security of the nodes on the chain are ensured and provided for multiple users to protect the security of their information. © 2023 ieee.

With the rapid development of collaborative and assistive robotics over the past few decades, robotic systems have been integrated into day-to-day domestic and industrial applications largely. Hand gesture -guided approaches offer quite an effective, seamless, and intuitive interface of human robot interaction (HRI). Monocular vision -based systems provide hassle -free interfaces for gesture data collection from human participants but at the cost of several photometric challenges in the working space. In this paper, constant -Q transform (CQT) has been utilized for useful feature extraction from the hand gesture dataset, especially under challenging environments such as inadequate illumination levels. An exhaustive study of different components and their combinations in the CQT-feature space has been conducted. this demonstrates the effectiveness of the same in extracting reliable features from the photometrically degraded vision sensor data and consequently its successful implementation into real-world HRI environments.
