there are many warehouses in our country. they do not have any calculation and track record of their warehouse's electricity cost and humidity. If they have access to their temperature, amplitude, volt, they can calculate the cost of their warehouse. Even though they have no idea about their warehouse humidity, that is why they sometimes face a large amount of loss. In this case, this is a massive problem for the store owner. Most of the people of our country are using an android operating system based mobile application. So, an android based phone and IoT based solution can solve this project's problem. If the owner can calculate their warehouse unit of electricity, they can make a massive profit from this. they reduce the losses and also save their products. the impact of using electricity for rural warehouse moisture control systems has opened a new era of modern warehouse systems. It is based on the IoT and is intended to make it easier to measure and regulate temperature and humidity. Using this warehouse humidity control system makes it possible to store and recover large amounts of crops without interruption. Our research for this project makes the model very easy to use and low cost. though Bangladesh is an agricultural country, its economy and significant rural jobs depend on agriculture. However, there is a lack of moisture control system technology and knowledge in rural areas. For this, 33% of crops are spoiled every day using a manual moisture system. In this project, a modern moisture control system model using NodeMCU and DHT-11 sensor has been presented. the main goal of this project is to help the rural farmers in our country to save their valuable crops give assurance to control humidity by using our projects. For this, our country will enrich foods and fulfil its internal demand. Besides, crops, seeds, and foods from different crops can be exported and earn much foreign exchange. © 2022 ieee.

Recently, the Internet of things (IoT) arose as paradigm to evolve the daily tasks and to deploy new intelligent services in the environments, turning them into Smart Environments (SEs). A SE is composed of heterogeneous wireless devices, where part of them are mobile. these heterogeneous devices suffer a problem of cross-interference, since most of them use the 2.4 GHz Industrial, Scientific and Medical bands ISM for communication. the cross-interference problem affects directly the Quality of Service (QoS), mainly the low transmission power devices that provide the basis of the services running on the top of the network. Within this context, this paper presents the Scalable Cross-Interference Mitigation (SCIM), an algorithm to mitigate the cross-interference problem in smart environments. the SCIM algorithm considers the mobility of the devices and their communication capacity to perform a scalable wireless channels assignment. the results, from the experiments performed, suggest that the SCIM algorithm minimizes the total interference of the SE, while increases the packet delivery, when compared to existing approaches.

Smart environment is dominating today’s world, and this is leading to a surge in real-time applications for Wireless sensor Network (WSN) technologies. But the downside of it are the issues concerning energy constraints as the energy of the battery-operated sensor nodes (SN) deplete with time. Clustering and routing approach is one of the techniques employed for increasing the energy effectiveness of SN. Multi-objective—Energy Centric Remora Optimization Algorithm (MO-ECROA) proposes to perform cluster-based routing by using various fitness functions for the purpose of best candidate selection for cluster head (CH). It then uses Ant Colony Optimization Algorithm (ACO) for choosing the optimal routing path for forwarding packets to the Base Station (BS) from CHs. the proposed MO-ECROA, moderates the node energy consumption while enhancing WSN data delivery. It shows better performance as far as energy efficiency and network throughput is concerned. the energy effectiveness of the MO-ECROA method-based CH protocol is 82.64%, which is higher when compared to the existing ACI-GSO, MWCSGA, and O-EHO. © the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd 2024.

the effect of environmental change in WiFi signal is a major obstacle for generalized WiFi-based activity recognition. In this paper, we propose a novel method for adapting a WiFi-based activity classifier, that is trained on a large-scale dataset for an environment, to a new environment with only one labeled sample per activity. To this end, we propose a novel representation extraction algorithm using the supervision of visual data during the training phase. Our proposed feature extraction explicitly learns the corresponding relation between WiFi signal and movement of human body parts. For environment adaptation, we propose a framework that relies on only one labeled sample per activity class in comparison with current state-of-the-art solutions which are not suitable for few-shot adaptation. We collect data from four volunteers from five different environments and show that our proposed solution is able to achieve 28% higher accuracy than state-of-the-art solutions for environmental adaptation.

Ship design is a crucial step in ship-building process, and the design method is relatively homogeneous. However, the traditional ship design approaches have long design periods, consuming much manpower and physical resources. Besides, traditional methods take much more time and it could be further upgraded to meet specific demands. With the increasing diversity of ship demands, the ship design model is being paid much attention in recent years. In this paper, a digital twin-based reconfigurable ship design method is proposed. this digital twin- based model contains physical entity, virtual model, interconnection model, digital twin data, as well as service support services. A digital twin-based model of ship is established. Based on such digital twin model, the NSGA-II is utilized to generate an optimal reconfigurable ship design scheme, considering various performance demands. Case study is conducted to validate the reconfigurable ship design method based on digital twin model. the results shows that the NSGA-II method can generate a reconfigurable design solution for different performance demands. © 2023 ieee.

An attacker can use a reflection amplification attack to increase the amount of destructive traffic they can generate while also hiding the source of the assault. the target is overwhelmed by this type of distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack, which causes system and service disruption or outage. On a regular basis, these attacks are expanding at an exponential rate. As a result, presenting an effective intrusion detection system capable of detecting these threats in a timely and efficient manner has become vital. the study offers an intrusion detection system that detects various reflection-based DDoS assaults using the CICDDoS2019 dataset. the J48 classifier is used to evaluate the proposed system, which uses InfoGain (IG) filter-based feature selection techniques. the suggested approach achieves an 80.4597 percent reduction in the dataset's original characteristics. Portmap, LDAP, NetBIOS, and MSSQL threats are all successfully and efficiently detected by the framework. the results of the recommended technique are compared to those of earlier approaches on the identical CICDDoS2019 dataset. © 2022 ieee.

this paper discusses the car-following algorithm and energy-efficiency torque allocation of distributed-drive electric vehicles under low-speed stop-and-go scenarios. In this scenario, the host vehicle needs to start and stop frequently. To improve the car-following performance of adaptive cruise control, a linear model predictive control is designed to meet the safety and comfort requirements of the host vehicle. In addition, combined with the characteristics of distributed drive, a genetic algorithm is used to solve the torque allocation objective function based on energy efficiency to minimize the energy consumption of the host vehicle. the genetic algorithm is solved offline to reduce the real-time computing burden of the onboard controller. Under the New York City Cycle, the co-simulation results of Carsim/Simulink show that the linear model predictive control can achieve better car-following performance, and the energy consumption of the host vehicle can be reduced by 1.7%. © 2022 ieee.

this paper investigates the distributed secure platoon control (DSPC) problem for multi-vehicle systems with sensor and actuator attacks. To address malicious attacks on the actuator signals of the follower vehicles and sensor attacks on the output neighborhood synchronization error measurements, we developed a novel distributed adaptive output feedback platoon control protocols. Furthermore, state tracking errors for each vehicle are uniform ultimate boundedness (UUB), and the objective of vehicle platoon coordination is ensured in the presence of sensor and actuator attacks. Finally, a simulation study of a vehicle platoon is introduced to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Internet of things (IoT) Wearable technology plays a crucial role in assisting the diagnosis of Parkinson's disease (PD), and an efficient model for auxiliary diagnosis of the severity of PD can help reduce the workload for doctors. However, due to the influence of data collection environments and annotators, noisy label data is inevitable, which may have a negative impact on modeling the severity of PD. To address the above challenges, on the one hand, we collected a large number of activity signal data of Parkinson's patients in free-living environments, and on the other hand, we proposed an efficient PD stage assessment framework, which includes a noisy label processing method to alleviate the noisy label negative impact. Specifically, we collected signal data from 15 healthy controls and 68 PD patients through 12 activities, and then we proposed a framework for noisy label detection and correction. the experimental results on real PD data sets demonstrated that the proposed framework achieve 75.9% accuracy in PD stage assessment and significantly improve the classification performance of different types of basic classifiers, which is better than other noisy label detection algorithms and other PD stage assessment frameworks. Overall, in this work, we focus on modeling PD severity in free-living environments using a single wearable sensor and reducing the negative impact of noisy label data to better help PD patients manage the disease. © 2023 ieee.

5G networks support a Multi-access Edge computing (MEC) infrastructure to host many heterogeneous applications at the network's edge. MEC infrastructure helps 5G to achieve the high-bandwidth and low-latency targets demanded by modern applications. Applications hosted in MEC have Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that guarantee service quality to the users. Service migrations are done in MEC to prevent SLA violations caused by application performance or overload conditions. While several existing research on MEC study the impact of service migrations on user mobility, there is a paucity of studies on service migrations performed during application overload conditions. this paper proposes a novel Adaptive Service Migration Window (ASMWA) algorithm to initiate service migrations in MEC using the application's resource utilisation, user QoS and service migration duration. We have compared the performance of ASMWA with the state-of-the-art Exponential Weighted Moving Average (EWMA3) and static threshold algorithms. Our simulations show that the ASMWA performs better when compared to EWMA3 and static threshold algorithms in minimising SLA violations and QoS degradation during service migrations in MEC. © 2023 ieee.
