this paper introduces an automated system to improve educational accessibility through multilingual video translation and dubbing. It uses advanced speech-to-text (STT) technologies, natural language processing (NLP), and voice conversion models for accurate subtitles, translations, and dubbed audio in Indian languages. Key components include Whisper and Wav2vec for subtitle generation, GoogleTrans for translation, and Silero models for natural-sounding voice cloning. Indian Sign language (ISL) transcription is integrated to support hearing-impaired students, with Wav2Lip ensuring precise lip-syncing of dubbed audio. Evaluation shows a Word Error Rate (WER) of 1.9% and cosine similarities over $\mathbf{9 5 \%}$. the system also offers content summarization and Q&A to enhance engagement. Future work will focus on optimizing speech recognition and improving ISL transcription for greater accessibility.

Natural language processing (NLP) used in platform such as machine translation, chatbot, and text generation etc., Text augmentation helps in providing the suitable answer for the given instance. Nlpaug is a text augmentation library which helps in augmenting the text. In this paper different NLP framework is provided and implemented. advanced open source library makes use of neural network for effective result generation. the objectives of this paper are to apply and implement the advanced NLP framework for text processing and compare various open source library for natural language processing. advanced library used in this paper are nlpaug, texthero, nltk, spacy, gensim, sklearn. Text augmentation can be done in more predominate manner with the help of nlpaug. Further, nlpaug can be used to train the conversational chatbot effectively. However, nlpaug library and other library is having the drawback such as understanding the meanings emojis and any other special characters from the string.

In this study, we focused on analyzing customer-generated data on Facebook to explore how textual content on a social web can provide valuable information for decision support. To accomplish this goal, we used several techniques that included social network analysis (SNA), natural language processing (NLP), data mining (DM), and machine learning (ML), integrating them with artificial intelligence approaches. Our analysis aimed to harness the information generated during the Volkswagen pollutant emissions situation in a case study that was conducted using the textual content from 10,642 posts, that represented the interactions of 25,877 users over a span of twenty-two weeks. the results demonstrated that monitoring online social networks (OSNs) can significantly enhance decision-making processes and might help to mitigate potential damages to brands/businesses. By leveraging the proposed methodological approach, a set of orientations for decision-making was extracted, providing valuable guidance for brand management and reputation protection. Overall, this study highlights the importance of analyzing textual content on OSNs and leveraging advanced computational techniques to improve decision support. © 2023 the authors and IOS Press.

One of the most active areas of research and discussion in the field of natural language processing is the concept of sentimental analysis or the concept of opinion *** has gained a lot of popularity in the past few years and the main cause behind that is the usefulness of the derived *** methods and concepts can analyze the given text and provide results based on the nature of the *** is very useful in terms of business growth as well as customer satisfaction and *** rule-based approach was then used to train a machine learning model using a few parametric classifiers like K-nearest neighbors (KNN), XGBoost, and support vector machines (SVM).the classifiers also fetched a decent accuracy of 81%, 82%, and 78%, respectively, which indicated toward the good performance of the rule-based approach and its effectiveness with error counts of 0.296, 0.288, and 0.252 with TF-IDF and 0.285, 0.285, and 0.234 with bag of *** the process, manual observation was also used to compare the assigned sentiments to the sentence to find the errors in the *** best performance with respect to results was given by SVM classifiers that returned an F1-score of 75%, and the lowest error count of 0.25 which is better among all the *** metrics which were used to judge these classifiers were the F1-scores as well as the mean squared error. © 2023, the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

this research is carried out to identify the font of an English language using convolution neural network (CNN);the motivation behind this research is to unravel a realistic designer’s issue. It helps a lot to solve the designer’s problem. Typography is an integral feature of a brand or a creative design. While working as a graphic designer, we would often come across the pain of guessing the font/typeface of the requirement from the given reference by just eye-balling it. the main focus is to develop a model to identify the font which we want to use. But again, you just have to guess it. Sometimes, you don’t even know the typeface to guess in the first place. For this, one just has to take an image of the required typeface sample and feed it to the CNN model and it can effectively recognize the font. It scopes across the platforms of web and Android application and also in future looking forward to iOS application. this study endeavors to employ convolution neural network techniques for the purpose of font identification within the context of the English language. the impetus driving this research lies in the aspiration to address a pertinent concern faced by designers in a realistic manner. the elucidation of font selection significantly contributes to the resolution of design-related challenges. Typography constitutes an indispensable facet of brand identity and creative design. In the capacity of a graphic designer, one frequently encounters the vexing task of discerning the appropriate font or typeface from a given reference solely through visual assessment. the primary emphasis centers on the development of a model capable of accurately identifying the desired font. Nevertheless, this task often entails a degree of conjecture. At times, one may lack even the initial knowledge of the typeface to contemplate. Each text of the Sanskrit literature is wadded with the uses of Sanskrit krdanta (participles). the knowledge and formation process of Sanskrit krdanta play a key role in understanding the meaning of a particular krdanta word in Sanskrit. Without proper analysis of the krdanta, the Sanskrit text cannot be understood. Currently, the model of Sanskrit learning is traditional classroom teaching which is accessible to the students but not to general Sanskrit learners. the acute growth of information technology (IT) is changed the educational pedagogy and web-based learning systems evolved to enhance the teaching-learning process. though many online tools are being developed by researchers for Sanskrit these are still scarce and untasted. Globe genuinely demands the high-impacted tools for Sanskrit. Undoubtedly, Sanskrit krdanta is part of the syllabus of all universities offering Sanskrit courses. Approximately 100 plus krt suffixes are added with verb roots to generate krdanta forms and due to complexity, learning these forms is a challenging task. therefore, the objective of the paper is to present an online system for teaching the derivational process of krdantas based on Pārinian rules and generate a complete derivational process of the krdantas for teaching and learning. With the rapid development of modern science and technology and the rapid increase of new scientific and technological knowledge and information, mankind has entered the so-called era of information explosion. In terms of human reading experience, information explosion leads to the change of reading mode, which has brought negative effects and potential crises to human society. the automated essay scoring has great educational and commercial values, and provides a cost-effective and consistent alternative to human marking. the figurative rhetoric is important to the ideological content and artistic quality of the essay. Based on large-scale language text data, various natural language processing technologies have made great progress in the fields of text classification, speech recognition and so on. this paper proposed the experimental methods such as CNN, RNN, Transformer, Fast Text and Bert base to recognize the figurative rhetoric based on the oversea Chinese students’ composition corpus. We find that the Bert model has achieved an accuracy of 80.93% in the identification of figurative rhetoric sentences in oversea Chinese student compositions. the experimental methods in this paper are feasible, and can promote the improvement of the automated essay scoring technology. © 2022 Association for Computing Machinery.

NICA (Nuclotron-based Ion Collider facility) is a new accelerator complex, which is under construction at the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research in Dubna to study properties of dense baryonic matter. the experiments of the NICA projects have already generated and obtained substantial volumes of event data, and it is expected that the overall number of stored events will increase from the current value of hundreds of millions to several billion events per year. the developed Event Metadata System is required to store and index experimental event records obtained at NICA facilities, allowing to quickly search for only necessary events based on various criteria for further processing and physics analyses. the main aim of the information system that is described is to speed up desired physics analyses and data quality checks. In addition, it allows reducing the load of the NICA computing infrastructure. the Event Metadata System, which is presented in the paper, is integrated with other experimental and software systems, in particular, NICA ROOT-based frameworks and implemented Condition Database. An access and management of the event metadata in the Event Catalogue being used to select only events for a particular physics analysis are provided via several interfaces, such as REST API, web UI, and a dedicated C++/ROOT interface. the detailed architecture of the system and developed services including monitoring are also presented.

this paper presents a software implementation of a proposed theoretical solution for the interoperability issue of wireless sensor network standards. the emulator architecture includes three software modules (scripts) written in the Visual Code Studio environment and using Python programming language. the results of the execution of the emulator, showed that compatibility of WirelessHART and ZigBee standards frames was ensured, on the other hand, the efficiency is reduced and processing time has been increased due to the unification process, which that can be considered a negative indicator.

the lack of comprehensive sex education for Sri Lankans and inadequate systems for reporting sexual harassment are significant problems in the current society. these issues lead to limited awareness, compromised safety, and poor health outcomes. Many individuals lack access to accurate information and resources, exacerbating the risks associated with sexual health and safety. Addressing these gaps is crucial for fostering a well-informed and secure community. In this research, we introduce Eduguard, a mobile application aimed at improving sex education and sexual harassment reporting in Sri Lanka. this comprehensive approach addresses significant gaps in education and safety, promoting awareness and health through advanced technology. Eduguard features four key components: an age-appropriate sex education platform using face recognition, a sexual harassment reporting system utilizing voice recognition for discreet reporting, a blog and questionnaire platform with Natural language processing (NLP) for content filtering, and a sexually transmitted disease detection module employing image processing for early diagnosis. In conclusion, Eduguard represents a pioneering solution that combines education, safety, and health through the use of advanced technology. Its impact is substantial, offering a replicable model for regions facing similar challenges.
